I wrote an email explaining the situation to Cellairis and asking for a refund for the repair which broke the phone. They called me back and said they would not replace my phone. I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.

Really helpful staff and a decent selection of phones and accessories. They made good recommendations on cases etc and got us fixed up on a good promotion to trade in our old phones; hopefully we're good for another three years. You can call ahead and ask about ongoing promotions but make sure you double check the facts on plans and discounts, because details can be miscommunicated and plans can change. Once you switch your plan, there's no going back, and AT&T seems to always be trying to get customers to switch plans. This store seems to have steady flow of traffic but the crowds didn't seem overwhelming when we were there. They also take appointments. Parking is easy in their lot.

We visited this Verizon store and I wanted an iPhone 17 pro in orange. The store didn't have an orange phone in stock, but Jordan figured out how to get one from another store. I went back later in the day, and voila! There was my phone! Jordan helped with the screen/lens protector, selecting a case to show off the orangieness of the phone, and helped set the phone up.
