Yesterday Trey helped with trading in old iPhone for 17pro. Showed me the best plan for what I needed which saved me money. Took his time and I never felt rushed. I had a lot of apps and music to switch over to new phone so I took it home to finish loading. But for some reason my Apple pw was not working so took bank today and had issue with entering pw so did a new pw but I entered it incorrectly and had to wait an hour to redo pw in Apple so went home. If you come to this location and COURTNEY is the one to help you, just save yourself some trouble and walk out. I seriously cannot believe someone is this bad at a simple job.. I went in to this store with a family friend to help him. He asked nicely for them to fix his phone, she was very rude from the start and rolled her eyes multiple times, seriously?? She asked him if this was his phone. He had explained multiple times this was his phone and that it wasn't fixed the last time he went in to fix it. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Whoever is above Courtney, please reach out because this behavior should not be supported and the elderly shouldn't be treated with disrespect and verbal aggression. On December 10th, 2025 I called Verizon because I was being charged for two months past my deactivation date. and they were taking it directly out of my bank account without my permission. I received an email verifying this deactivation. I explained the situation and I asked for a refund. I was asked about a line ending in 1880. I told them I don't have a phone line ending in 1880. They insisted I did for the last six months. I insisted I did not. They said there were going to bill me $165 for this other line. I said not only will they not bill me but they were going to reimburse me for anything i paid without knowing it. They said they did not think they could do that and I needed to speak with the Fraud department to investigate before they could decide what money if any i would get reimbursed. They forwarded me to fraud where i explained everything and then told me they could not investigate the 2nd line ending in 1088 without it being deactivated. And sent me back to customer care where i explained it again and they sent me an email to follow the directions for me to deactivate the line. i followed the directions and deactivated the account. i asked for the name of the person who added the line because i wanted to know if it was a friend or whether it was somebody who i had hired to do work around the house. They said they could not do that without it being investigated and they sent me back to the Fraud department. If you are counting then you must realize it is now the 4th time i have explained it and it now has a much more extensive explanation. Fraud now tells me that cannot find a 2nd line and so they cannot investigate it. i said, "you told me you could not investigate it until it was deactivated and then sent me off to do it and now you tell me that because i did what you told me to do that you can not investigate it? You people aren't investigating fraud against other people, you are the ones doing the fraud." I can tell the guy is laughing at me. He sends me back to customer care where I am told that they will get a supervisor. I am on hold 20 minutes and then I hung up on. ON 12/11/2025, I again called and directly asked for a supervisor. i was told i need to tell tell the customer care specialist everything. I said no, give me to a supervisor and she said she needed access to my account so i had to give her my pin and she would see if she could help me first. i said, no, supervisor please. she entered my pin and then started to review my account anyway. she said she would speak with a supervisor but then came back on and said she needed to put me on hold while it was reviewed. they hung up on me. i called again and again they hung up on me. there is no way they are not doing this on purpose. oh! she tole me the line i had deactivated was still there. so, i have to ask if it is still then why did the fraud department tell me they could not help me because the 2nd line was not there? what is wrong with you people? read more

Got all his stuff transferred and showed him how new Google Pixel worked. Great service, awesome promotion and didn't take very long at all. Really upset I am forced to give this place one star. I literally cannot list all of the things this place screwed up when we ordered new phones from them. They promised a Visa Card that never came, bill came out far more than we were told, they were overcharging us for 4 months before realized, the tech did not know anything about the phones we bought and gave us and since we went home and fact checked him, decided that he was just making up stuff, it was THAT far off. We bought a case for phone and he said we could bring it back anytime, nope. They told us that was against their policy when we tried to return it new in the box due to a spot the size of a pin on the back of the box. There's more. Now comes the reason for this "stay the heck away from this place" review: We purchased insurance and we broke a phone. Went back to the store and the kid told us we have to call Assurion which is the third party. "No problem, can you call for us, we can wait." Oh no, we only have one phone and we can't call out. Great group of people that work there. I have had several problems these folks helped me resolve. Assisting us to get the cheapest bill we were entitled to. Took care of setting up 5 phones smiling and joking the entire time. Went to several other Verizon stores in Eugene and Springfield only to turn around and leave. Totally different attitude here. I've been a Verizon customer now for over four years. I've gone to your stores in Bend, Eugene and Springfield Oregon. My very favorite is your Verizon Store on 5713 S. Main Street in Springfield. Whenever I've gone in there Nick has gone out of his way to do a fantastic job for me. He really takes the time to answer your questions and solve your problems very conscientiously. He's absolutely excellent and definitely deserves to be acknowledged and promoted. He's very responsible, has excellent skills in dealing with the public. The expert way he always handles things for me always brings me back to him, for him to help me out when I need it. He was able to get customer service on the phone for me when I wasn't able to do it myself and got my questions answered and my problems solved. I needed help with my new IPhone. I could not figure out how to remove my restricted phone number when calling. I also needed to get my other email address put onto this phone. I tried and tried to figure out how to fix this, but finally gave up and went to the Verizon Store in Springfield. I spoke with Nickolas Leidall. He took my phone and went right to work, fixing all my problems. Even though they were challenging to fix, he would not give up until he fixed it. And, fix it he did. I believe Nickolas is a fantastic representative of Verizon. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thanks Verizon.
