The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me. I left extremely happy about the entire thing, and would absolutely come back in the future. Review 40 of 2025.

I drive a 2019 Subaru Outback and it had the original battery so it was long overdue for a replacement. I called ahead of time to make sure they had one in stock and they did, so I stopped by a couple hours later. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman who showed me where to park. He had me pop the hood and checked my alternator, then went to get a new battery. He went to work on replacing it after checking the settings in my car. Once he was done he cleaned up the battery acid from my old battery corroding and I was good to go. It came out to a total of $180, $170 for the battery and $10 for install. The man who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what he was doing before he did it so I knew what was going on. He didn't talk down to me because I'm not a man a which was a welcome relief. Note that they won't work on Subarus if they were made in 2020 or later due to how Subaru batteries work now. I didn't catch the whole explanation but it was good to know. The place itself is small and easy to miss but they have everything you would need battery-wise. They do installs for you and make sure it's all working, all for a very good price. I will definitely be back!

I was having a problem with my golf cart. I had recently replaced all 6 batteries with Interstate…read morebatteries from Costco. They tested fine on the meter but the cart seemed weak. I called Interstate and spoke with Rick. He wanted to see and test them at the store. Since I would have had to rent a trailer or remove all 6 he offered to come to my home(on his day off) and check them out. He showed my how to use a Hydrometer and all 6 tested fine. We went for a ride and he recommended trying a better battery. I also had the cart checked at a repair/service shop. They recommended better batteries too but wanted way more money. The following Saturday I met Rick(again on his day off)at the battery center with the cart on a trailer. He installed a set of better batteries and it has been running fine since. I can't say enough about Rick's customer service and going way out of his way to help me. And I learned a lot more about batteries.

Arrived at this store to find meet Robbie, the store manager who was very willing to help me in my quest. He stopped what he was doing, took me over to the aisle and showed me the various shades. When I found one I liked, I wasn't sure if it would fit the car. He was so kind to walk to the car with me, allow me to check out the shade to be sure it was what I was seeking before I made the actual purchase. Now, that's incredible customer service! The store was clean and organized. Parking is available in the lot out front. There are even discounts for people over 55 and military personnel, both current and retired.
