BE VERY CAUTIOUS DOING BUSINESS WITH CELL O PHONE!!!!!!!!. It is a one man show. He is very savvy and very manipulative. I bought a cell phone from him, the home button was sticky and wouldn't respond normally(had to push it several times to get it to work) I was kind and courteous to him wanting to switch it for another one(giving him the benefit of doubt) When I traded it for a second phone, I had the same problem. I went in a third time and wanted another phone(shame on me for having such faith in this mans innocence) basically, he made me feel like crap, said I didn't deserve a better phone, and mocked me several times. He is a bad business man, horrible at customer service, a scam artist, doesn't make eye contact for a reason, and will pretend like you don't know more then him. His expertise is $$$ NOT electronics. In the end for this company(man) he cares about his family and himself and you are just a casualty to his profits. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY(MAN). ADDED AFTER I READ THE RESPONSE to my review- Additionally, I've just read the response to my review and it makes me sick and feel bad not just for him but for myself and customers who have had to and will eventually deal with him. As you can tell from below he isn't about the customer but rather about his business. I was a good customer bringing him business hoping to get a nice pleasant experience. In my experience anyone who doesn't treat the customer as right is a bad example of proper customer service, and is not doing business right in a customer driven economy. I run my own online businesses and never have I once ever nor would I ever respond to a customer this way in regards to a negative review, and if he truly has a good customer honoring business he should know that it is a poor business practice and the right thing to do is to treat those you've given a bad experience a good one. I am disappointed I as a fair person have been lied about. I am absolutely offended and shocked in how much he lied in his response about my respectfulness and what happened. I was very respectful and kind and only showed my upset disappointed feelings at the end telling him I felt he was taking advantage of me. When he said horrible things about me to my face, I knew immediately then I just wanted my money back and that any future correspondence would just end in further verbal abuse towards myself from him. All I wanted to do was get the heck out of there so I wouldn't be treated so horribly. It was like a scene from a bad movie. I tried guys...I even asked him to be honest with me after He wasn't several times and it felt like I was pulling his leg for the truth. After honoring him and giving him a chance multiple times he still treated me like I was trying to rip him off. What? I was the customer...I just can't....(I feel like I'm dealing with an angry child) I honestly was just trying to get a phone that worked. And as far as the rating he gave himself at the end of his response below I call B.S.(let's see the proof) I mean come on does anyone believe that? Anyone can write in positive numbers and a high ratings in writing...Especially if they don't have to prove it or won't prove it by putting in the "real" website(which I assume is eBay or Amazon) Where is the online business name in the response so this claim can be verified?(its most likely not "Cell O Phone" I looked out of curiosity and didn't find anything). Just simply saying its from the "Largest Web Site in the world" doesn't prove anything for validation. What a joke. Define largest website in the world. Just look at my reviews here on Yelp or elsewhere and you'll see I'm a fair and honest guy. As you can see I have nothing to hide, I mean my name is in my username. In the end I really hope my honest review has pushed him to make a change to fix his poor customer service ...that is why yelp reviews exist isn't it? P.S. I am also not the only one who has given him a bad review...the proof is in the pudding. I also find it strange that the few positive reviews he has are from accounts that have no pictures and only one review...you guessed it for Cell O Phone...oh the irony. Also, the ones that do have pictures have maybe two reviews and all of them seem to fall coincidentally after mine was posted...seems fishy to me. It also appears he has had two negative/bad reviews removed due to foul type language and derogatory language for those who were more pissed then I which yes I know violate Yelp's user agreements but still is hiding the truth regarding his bad business practices and awful customer service. read more

DO NOT under any circumstances use this service. He claims to GUARANTY his work. This is not the case when his work is faulty. There is a valid reason the only other Yelp review he has so far is very negative. They did a faulty job on my repair and refused to guaranty their work even though their ads clearly state they do. Their techs do not communicate with each other. The owner has horrible customer service skills. And the office? A disorganized room full of clutter. Took my phone somewhere else to be properly repaired which cost me more $$$ but there was no way Cell O Phone was going to fix their faulty repair job so I had no choice. Bad business practices will earn you bad reviews...EVERY TIME. BTW...I imagine he will come along and try to say it was because my phone was bent (which they also "fixed" for the money I paid them). He says it's not his fault that the fix didn't work because they were unable to unbend the phone enough. Truth is, he NEVER even offered to look at the phone again and would have realized, HAD he looked at it again that the "fix" did not take because of a job done poorly by his tech. The phone is no longer bent, so they DID succeed in fixing that. They just did a poor job replacing the screen, which someone else fixed for me. I think the worst part of this company, hands down, is their lack of professionalism. They may be the "cheapest" in town (as they claim) but I can assure you there are at least 2 other services for not much more that are far more worth your $$$$ than this place is. CELL O PHONE'S REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IS BOGUS B.S.! I did not request a $15.00 refund. I requested a FULL refund. He SENT me a $15.00 refund which I refused and returned. They did NOT offer to even look at the phone again to determine what the cause was of the faulty repair. IF THEY HAD they would have seen that it was THEIR fault the phone was not repaired. They could have EASILY taken the phone back, fixed it properly and returned it to me. I would have never complained had they done this. INSTEAD, the initial reaction of the owner was basically to say "too bad". And "it's not our fault". HE IS A LIAR. I'm confused by the negative reviews... Mark, at Cell O Phone, may have a quiet personality but I wouldn't characterize him as having bad customer service. He is calm and confident with his knowledge of cell phones. He was very helpful to me on several different phone purchases for my family over the last year. Mark was patient with my decision process, even though he had other customers waiting. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing a cell phone. I also took a phone with a broken screen to him and he had it fixed within an hour for a very affordable price. To anyone looking for a reliable cell phone for a fair and affordable price, go to Cell O Phone first, you won't be sorry. He has hundreds of phones for you to choose from and you won't be sorry. I ordered a used HTC one M 7 from "Krazymark" on Amazon a few days ago. It arrived last Friday. My first impression was it was not in "good condition" as advertised. The exterior had scratched as stated and was worn as stated but there was a dent on the back of the phone. I thought I can get over that because 99% of the time the phone is in a hard case. So I started transferring data from old phone to new M7. It took two days because the M7 phone would not establish a stable connection with the software I use. Finally I transfers all the data worth transferring. I did not notice at first, but the sim card in the old phone was not the same size as the M7. Today off and to the Verizon store to get the right card and have the phone activated. The person at the store said the volume is very low..I though probably a setting somewhere. At home I went through every setting as well as reading probable fixes from the Internet. I followed all the suggested fixes without correcting the problem. My last step was to do a factory reset which erased all the data I transferred. Still did not fix the problem. As a point of reference on Amazon it said he had about 137 5 star reviews in the last year with zero negative comment. I thought wow what a track record then my second thought was it was not real but even if have that is true I was willing to take a chance. How did I find Cell o phone if all there was on Amazon was Krazymark? Inside the box with the phone was a note saying the phone was the "best m7" the have at the time. Plus there was another note saying send the phone to back cell o phone without an authorization from Amazon if I was not satisfied. I mailed the phone today with tracking as well as return receipt. I would normally give a one star. If I do not get a refund I will lower the rating. Plus file a complaint with the BBB, as well as the state Attorney Generals Office in OR andin the state where I live. read more
