PLUS the tower wasn't cleared/cleaned of information from a previous owner!!WHAT???? WARNING...BE SURE YOU READ SIGNS (if they are placed in the store so they are visible) & ask questions-questions so you don't end up like we did! Feeling like we were taken advantage of!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Timothy at Hwy 99…read more My first experience was that he answered the phone even though he was closed. (I couldn't even get others to answer the phone when they were open or take the time to answer a few questions to help me in a bind.) He then helped me pick out a Dell laptop that met my needs when my old one crashed. He got nothing for that service. I paid him an incredibly reasonable amount to transfer my data from my old laptop to the new one, which I had sent directly to him. The new computer arrived damaged. Luckily, I paid for the highest support from Dell. Timothy arranged everything, spending cumulatively at least an hour to get through Dell support to get the tech there to repair it. I didn't have to do anything but put in the initial service request. While he was at it, he fixed my tablet that died on the same day as my laptop. (Ya, not a great day.) Upon putting my old laptop back together, he somehow managed to get it running again! He replaced the HD and card, replaced the battery, picking the best one available for the best price, fixed the heat sync, loaded it with Windows 10, got it ready for me as a backup, took my old drives and put them in cases for me to use as a backup from my new computer! I wouldn't have even thought to do that! He did all this for less than the price of a cheap piece of crap computer from a big box store. I have friends who have bought computers and spent the same as I did from Best Buy, who have had nothing but problems and BS trying to get them repaired. DON'T DO IT! Do what I did. Reach out to Timothy for all your computer needs. And, I found out he does IT support remotely! I'm sold! Oh, and if you are into gaming, he showed off his killer gaming system he set up. So, check him out for custom systems. He knows his stuff! If I could give a 10, I'd give a 10.
