Arriving at at CPR Cell Phone Repair I was greeted by Maciej a wonderful well-rounded and respectful young man, from there it just kept getting better and better. first of all, my phone wasn't charging it said, moisture detected and phone. Nobody could hear me when I use my speakerphone. My Zag screen, protector, and phone protector was well past due of replacement, living in Florence on the Coast, I would've had to go all the way to Portland to a kiosk in Washington Square to have them switched out with their lifetime warranty, which is second to none. Although Zag does not diagnose, fix or repair phones, but have a great products. An absolutely Zag always stands 100% behind their customers and products. Not knowing that CPR cell phone repair picks up as though you were at the kiosk in Washington Square and carries on their warranty, crazy cool I was next to having an triple birthday party with everyone I ever knew feeling. Maciej examine my phone immediately looked into my speaker and charging port and started cleaning after doing so he had me call him from another side of the store meanwhile on my speakerphone and had me talking in it and I could hear him from across the room, I can hear every word you say and then put the phone 15 feet at least away from me and he could still hear me clearly I was so happy. Coming back to the counter I explained to him I really need to get to Zag in Portland and get a new screen, cover and phone protector that was still under the lifetime on the phone warranty. Maciej I will take care of you here as though you're at the kiosk for we hand-in-hand work with Zag and carry on their warranty in store, absolutely the best experience I've had with this phone since the day I purchased it, Maciej educated me in the most respectful way of needing a stronger charging system for my phone, and the USB-C cables I needed one for my car one for my house and explained how the sea cables even charge better what an incredible young man could only hope the young people in this world could follow his example. Long story short ha ha, I walked out of the store and felt I just bought the brand new phone at Costco with one of the greatest salesman on earth feeling. The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me. I left extremely happy about the entire thing, and would absolutely come back in the future. Review 40 of 2025.

He wore a mask, took off his shoes, sat at our dining room table and went to work. Maybe 20 minutes or so I had my phone back, and paid with a credit card. Couldn't have been easier. Our devices are really reliable these days, and I've been able to fix many of what few problems they've had (like I can throw a laptop from my recliner right thru the open window into the trash can with one arm!), but one thing I won't do is try to open an iphone, so I'm glad Elliott's available for those times when I throw my shoulder out.

He made me put down a $40 deposit on April 14, 2025. I sent my controller in to have both left and right sticks upgraded to Hall Effect Sticks for $90 each. It took a long time and I had to call him on the April 24, 2025 to remind him that my order was delivered. The parts weren't ordered till April 29, 2025 and the controller wasn't fixed till May 5, 2025. I paid $122 right away on May 5,2025 the controller was upgraded to TMR's instead of Hall Effect sticks I was happy cause TMR's are suppose to be better then Hall Effect sticks. I got the controller on May 9, 2025 and tested it and the controller was unresponsive. I called right away on the 9th and he told me he was unable to test it cause he had no Xbox and that he could give me a refund of $112 or send it in for warranty I told him that I don't think it could be fixed and wanted the refund he told me that it could be fixed, but I still took the refund. He called me back later on to say that he refunded me the $112 and that if I wanted he could mail me a shipping label and he would fix it and just recharge me plus give me a discount. So I started to think, and wanted to do that so I waited for the label which never came. So I called and he said he didn't have the time to send it and if I wanted I could pay to have it shipped and that the TMR's were incompatible (this was my fault) and made it sound like it could be fixed with Hall Effect sticks that he had in stock, so I paid the shipping on May 15, 2025. I was out of $50 so far and I really wanted the controller fixed. I watch the shipping and the delivery of the package and had to call to let him know that the package was delivered to his PO Box and it was sitting there for days. He didn't start the repair till May 30, 2025. And started the testing on the May 31, 2025 and wasn't complete till June 7, 2025 and was charged $100 on June 13, 2025. I received the controller on June 20, 2025 and tested out on my Xbox and it was going crazy and it could not be fixed with recalibration so I call Tony Trilex to let him know and he screamed at me saying that he recorded the testing I think than hung up on me. I called my credit card company and they said they would call them and temporary gave me a credit which was reversed. It was hard to explain to my credit card company all what had happened over the course of almost two months. I don't know what slick things he could have said but I am out of $140 plus the shipping I paid for. I really put my trust in this in this company. If I said something wrong please let me know I will print a retraction unless you want to send your lawyers after me for slander. I rarely write reviews but sometimes this is all a customer has is to watch out for other customers. This is the purpose of this site and probably why Trilex doesn't have a review system. Also when ever I have wrote other reviews it was positive and many against negative ones.

Fast forward a few weeks and my computer still isn't fixed and I have been charged an additional $425 in parts that either didn't work at all or didn't fix my computer.
