We visited this Verizon store and I wanted an iPhone 17 pro in orange. The store didn't have an orange phone in stock, but Jordan figured out how to get one from another store. I went back later in the day, and voila! There was my phone! Jordan helped with the screen/lens protector, selecting a case to show off the orangieness of the phone, and helped set the phone up. In my humble opinion, he went out of his way to help me get what I wanted.

Okay, maybe they only sell to Verizon customers, whatever. I pick out my phone case, and am ready to pay. In the meantime, she insists on reviewing my entire account. I told her the account is fine...I have what I need. No, I don't want to hear about "upgrades". I just want to pay you money for the overpriced phone case and leave. She FINALLY relents and we get to the payment part. She then needs to ask me again for my name, phone number, physical address, and email address. WHY!? She literally had all of that in my account and I'm just trying to pay with my debit card. Why make it so tedious for a customer to buy a simple phone case? I could have been in and out in a couple minutes, yet this salesperson is making me jump through hoops to give them money. Never again. I don't like to shop online, but the next time I need something for my phone I will NOT be buying it here.

Maciej over the phone with his honest diagnosis from what I was telling him that was wrong by phone assured me in the most trusting way, this all can be fixed. Arriving at at CPR Cell Phone Repair I was greeted by Maciej a wonderful well-rounded and respectful young man, from there it just kept getting better and better. first of all, my phone wasn't charging it said, moisture detected and phone. Nobody could hear me when I use my speakerphone. My Zag screen, protector, and phone protector was well past due of replacement, living in Florence on the Coast, I would've had to go all the way to Portland to a kiosk in Washington Square to have them switched out with their lifetime warranty, which is second to none. Although Zag does not diagnose, fix or repair phones, but have a great products. An absolutely Zag always stands 100% behind their customers and products. Not knowing that CPR cell phone repair picks up as though you were at the kiosk in Washington Square and carries on their warranty, crazy cool I was next to having an triple birthday party with everyone I ever knew feeling. Maciej examine my phone immediately looked into my speaker and charging port and started cleaning after doing so he had me call him from another side of the store meanwhile on my speakerphone and had me talking in it and I could hear him from across the room, I can hear every word you say and then put the phone 15 feet at least away from me and he could still hear me clearly I was so happy. Coming back to the counter I explained to him I really need to get to Zag in Portland and get a new screen, cover and phone protector that was still under the lifetime on the phone warranty. Maciej I will take care of you here as though you're at the kiosk for we hand-in-hand work with Zag and carry on their warranty in store, absolutely the best experience I've had with this phone since the day I purchased it, Maciej educated me in the most respectful way of needing a stronger charging system for my phone, and the USB-C cables I needed one for my car one for my house and explained how the sea cables even charge better what an incredible young man could only hope the young people in this world could follow his example. The service has always been great;if they were busy it's because they're popular and they know what they're doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don't use Verizon anymore.I can't think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. I went in to this location needing a new phone. The girl at the counter was pretty helpful. She showed me my options and told me a little bit about each phone. She was knowledgeable however, I'm pretty sure she was high. At 11am. 15 days after purchasing my phone, while out of state, my phone started acting up. It randomly shut off and wouldn't come back on. It finally came back on the next day but even since then it keeps shutting off, factory resetting, and closing all my apps. It was clearly just a defective phone. Needless to say, dealing with a factory reset every other day was pretty annoying. I would lose my apps, any settings, and anything that wasn't backed up. I went back to the Cricket store when I got back in town and the gentleman at the counter sent me straight back out the store telling me I needed to call the manufacture, Samsung. He wouldn't even entertain a conversation with me. From my view, Samsung didn't sell me a defective phone. Cricket did and so Cricket should help me with my phone and then deal with Samsung themselves. I called the Cricket Customer Service line and got a really "understanding" manager that was "unable" to help me either. He said he could give me a refurbished phone as a replacement but I was not excited about that option considering I just paid $220 for a brand new phone that doesn't work. Not to mention, I had to put a $200 deposit down for the refurbished phone that Cricket would keep if they deemed the phone issue was my fault.... Moral of this story, Cricket has cheap plans but you are getting what you pay for. I would never recommend Cricket to anyone but more importantly, this retail store.

We live in a rural area where service can be spotty, so I asked several times regarding the trial / return policy which was reconfirmed multiple times. After a few weeks it was clear that the service and coverage with AT&T was basically unusable. I won't go into detail but either no service or extremely slow data everywhere we use our phones. We returned the store to cancel service, return the phones and return to T-Mobile. The "manager" Chelsea informed us there was a 14 day return policy on the phones. I told her we were told we had 30 days to which she replied you have 30 days to opt out of the service and 30 days to turn in the trade in phones for the promotion, but only 14 days to return the iPhones. She literally refused to help us and made us leave the store to call corporate AT&T with $4800 worth of phones. I called corporate and spoke to a supervisor who listened to me regarding the situation and asked me to go back into the store to put Chelsea on the phone with them to her the store needed to make an exception as we were misinformed, at which point we were able to return the phones but we charged $220 for restocking fees. Please don't do business with these people. Terrible customer service, and cell service. Stick with T-Mobile or Verizon in Oregon (we've had both). And avoid this store at all cost. If I hadn't pushed back we would have been stuck with $4800 in phones out of pocket (you lose all promotions if you opt out of continuing service).
