Really helpful staff and a decent selection of phones and accessories. We wanted phones with more than the standard memory and they were out of stock, but ordered them for us to be shipped to our house. They made good recommendations on cases etc and got us fixed up on a good promotion to trade in our old phones; hopefully we're good for another three years. You can call ahead and ask about ongoing promotions but make sure you double check the facts on plans and discounts, because details can be miscommunicated and plans can change. Once you switch your plan, there's no going back, and AT&T seems to always be trying to get customers to switch plans. This store seems to have steady flow of traffic but the crowds didn't seem overwhelming when we were there. They also take appointments. Parking is easy in their lot. read more

The hubby and I went in to Best Buy and they sent us over to this ATT store and really glad they did! The Manager Luis is awesome! He and his staff (LJ and Rubel) are really personable and helpful! We ended up trading in one phone and getting a second and these guys went above and beyond to get it done! They are not pushy but effective and got our phones set up and in hand ready to go. Great job guys! I even have had to call back a couple times to figure things out on the phones and they are more than willing to help!! We will go back and send others here! read more

I've visited this store a total of five times over the years AT&T has been my carrier. Four of those times, the customer service was exceptional. Really above and beyond. The last time, and I do mean last, was something different. I had been in the the previous weekend to take advantage of a promotion to trade in my old iPhone for the latest model. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock, so they offered to ship it to my home. They told me to bring both iPhones in when it arrived, and they would set me up with a screen protector, transfer data, get the new line activated, and ship my old phone back to AT&T. This was the awesome customer service I'd come to expect. The new phone arrived three days later, and I drove the 20 miles to Gateway to turn in my phone and get the new one set up. There was only one person working at that time. He made it really obvious he didn't want me or the elderly gentleman ahead of me there. Not while he was flirting with the young female customer ahead of us, at any rate. When it became obvious we didn't mind waiting, he sent the gentleman ahead of me away with a "nothing we can do" about his reception issue. When it was my turn, his response was "What do you want us to do about it?" I explained the situation again, and he dismissed me with "Well, they shouldn't have said that. You need to send your old phone in yourself. I'll talk to the employees about it." With that he turned around and went back to the girl he was with when I arrived. Looks like I won't be going back to that store. I gave it two stars; five for all my previous visits, and negative three for the beefy, shorts-wearing, tatted-out D-bag I had to deal with last time. It's a mixed bag, so unless you happen to be in Gateway anyway, and don't mind walking out if you draw a bad rep, I'd recommend staying away read more

We went into this store today to buy a phone and get the streaming plan for $50.00 + 8.99 insurance. The guy says, "it's still 200.00 because you have to get 4 lines". I showed him all the fine print and he still said "not correct". He than went to scan my drivers licence front and back and than tore my DMV address sticker off because his tablet won't except the picture. I told him that he needs to buy me a new dl now because how you destroyed my license just voided it. We left and called AT&T corporate and they said; QUOTE "WR WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, YOU NERD TO SPEEK TO THEIR STORE MANAGER"! I WILL BE CALLING the sheriff dept to file charges of destroying personal property and destroying State property. Stay away from this store. read more

I would not recommend this store-go to Eugene. The store manager EVAN had not one concern for customer satisfaction or CUSTOMER experience. He was rude, arrogant, ARGUMENTATIVE and not helpful at all. Even when I said that he was being rude and arrogant he just pushed his nose higher in the air and refused to even look at us. NO RESPECT AT ALL FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER. I was there with my 78 year old Mother who had purchased a new phone without fully understanding that it would not be compatible with her iPad or laptop. I accompanied her to help understand and remedy the problem. They had no sympathy and just rang up all those restocking fees. NEVER GO HERE. THE BOY MANAGER SHOULD BE WORKING IN A CAR WASH WHERE HE CANT SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMERS. He should be removed from his position ASAP and from what I can see it won't be long before someone punches him in his smug little face. read more

FYI this is not a corporate store. Also to start out they are extremely shady and will add things like insurance without asking. If you are thinking about buying a new iPhone, I definitely wouldn't recommend going here. I purchased a new iPhone XR around 12pm, got home to set it up and the face recognition and portrait mode did not work. I went back into the store, within 4 hours and they said there "was nothing they could do." They sent me to Simply Mac over at valley river where they plugged in my phone and immediately said it was defective. No idea how a BRAND NEW iPhone was defective but it was. I even called AT&T and they instructed me to go back and exchange it. After their employee yelling back and forth with the customer service guy, nothing got resolved. I went home and had to call apple. Apple even told me to go back to the store since it was the same day only hours earlier. I instructed them the scenario and they immediately got me to a manager and took care of it for me although I had to pay for a whole other phone which I will get reimbursed for once I send the defective one back. Moral of the story, go to a corporate store, that way if there are any issues they will be able to take care of them for you instead of going in circles for 3+ hours with nothing resolved and still a defective phone that is brand new. read more
