Finally have something to say about customer service you may not here everyday. I frequent this store for the service I have received there. I had been on a prepaid phone, but was in monthly usually making payments to the Customer service Rep "Brittney". Well she had seen frustration on my face one day, and found I was having trouble with the prepaid phone and was there to just make a payment, she had asked me if I ever considered contract phone so in the future it would be easily replaced, I gave her the run down of my finances and cannot have varied amounts each month for one, has to stay $60 a month, she insured me the cost would not change, showed me how usage worked( how to operate everything actually) and that they send text message at 50% and75% of usage, as long as you don't ignore the text this will never happen, Also told her my credit would be the next problem, and she said that well can always check and find out..... (NEVER A PRESSURED SALE FEELING THERE) WELL She not only found out I was in a neat pocket with credit, but that she could hand me a working phone today, $50 mail in rebate, and no activation fee. Until billed nearly a month later that $60 dollars I walked in to pay a prepaid phone with walked back out with me and paid for family dinner. I have had zero complaints, bill has been exactly what I asked, no interruption's or drops ever, best network out there, but seriously cant say enough about Brittney that works there as she is not just a floor sales/ customer service rep, she is helping me restore some really messy credit, I am 41 years old, never had credit card, car loan, house loan. Stolen identity has messed up my planet and I am getting help in the one place I may of never looked, and she has continued to not only recognize me while in the store, but always informaitive, kind patient and out to help go the extra mile. Recommend this store highly as they really do put customers first, and know how to work with people like me that just don't get it the first time. read more

WARNING - This is NOT a Verizon store!!! Verizon WILL NOT support you with GoWireless transaction issues! Been trying to get my $800 trade-in credit for over 6-months!!! I've had to go to the BBB, file a complaint and ask them for assistance. GoWireless and Verizon appear to have the "basics" of poor customer service down to a "T". * Multiple touchpoints required for simple issue resolution (if any) * Providing wrong or inaccurate information * Unreasonable payments and/or unexplained surcharges * Overuse of automated scripts & ROBO responses to customers (wait for it...) * Merry-go-round responses - no one owns the issue or authority to resolve Go Wireless' processes and support is atrocious, and the resolution processes are a down-right abusive merry-go-round, the worst I have ever encountered - I am 61. GW does not empower employees to support you in a timely or equitable manner. The people are nice - other than misleading me on level of service, fees, losing my turned in phone, incorrect promotion given, poor cell service, poor customer service elsewhere, not following up, chat support worthless, corporate support simply sent issue back to the store, never a firm answer for issue resolution, etc... - too many to list. And no support from VERIZON - not their problem. YOU have been WARNED - previously 20 years with T-Mobile - not a single issue!!!! Note - I did not purchase my phone from this store - but GoWireless' processes are the same regardless. Other reviews I've read confirm show a consistent pattern of the same behavior. read more

I set up my plan in this store a year ago, and was thrilled. The manager, Britany, called me yesterday, and invited me in just to check on my plan. She actually cared about making sure I was still getting the best deal! While there, she worked her magic math. Got me and my family all new devices way before our contract was up, gave me more data, and levelled out our bill. Her whole staff jumped in to help move stuff from phone to phone, and were so quick and helpful! This is the store to visit if you want the very best service, a phenominal deal, and workers who remember your name when you come in. I will not go to any other Verizon store ever again. read more

The staff at this store are great! I moved here 11 months ago and my phone was going haywire. They took care of me, they are always so helpful. During the time we've been here they have helped us upgrade our phones and plans. They always make sure our plan is the best value for our family. They help with simple things, like getting pics from my tablet to a mini sd card that was giving me trouble. I was able to get TV, internet and cable for a lower price thru them. I like this place. I came in there not knowing what to expect from an indirect store, but I was very impressed. The had the same gear you get online or any of the larger Verizon markets. They had the perfect iPhone 5S for my daughter as well as other gadgets I needed. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the Manager, Brittney. She is very accommodating and efficient. I recently went in to upgrade my phone as I was due. Brittany was extremely helpful and she knows I am not a very TECHY person when it comes to that. She is the Manager there and she was extremely nice to all the customers who came in while she was working with me and another customer at the same time, she is a very good multi-tasker. Went in on a phone quest....was lucky they were having a store special on the phone I was looking for. Walked out 3 phones and tons of accessories and didnt pay a penny. Brittini knows her profession and spent 2 hours with me to insure I was happy. Also picked up a Home Phone Connect that cut my home phone bill in half! read more
