But for some reason my Apple pw was not working so took bank today and had issue with entering pw so did a new pw but I entered it incorrectly and had to wait an hour to redo pw in Apple so went home. Then I had issue again with new pw and went back up there. Courtney helped me and got it all straitened out in a short period of time. Great employees at this Verizon. Never been disappointed!!!! I went in to this store with a family friend to help him. He asked nicely for them to fix his phone, she was very rude from the start and rolled her eyes multiple times, seriously?? She asked him if this was his phone. He had explained multiple times this was his phone and that it wasn't fixed the last time he went in to fix it. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Whoever is above Courtney, please reach out because this behavior should not be supported and the elderly shouldn't be treated with disrespect and verbal aggression. Mind you, this interaction is all recorded by the store camera.

Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature…read morethat required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone. I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal. Definitely recommend!

Maciej over the phone with his honest diagnosis from what I was telling him that was wrong by phone assured me in the most trusting way, this all can be fixed. Arriving at at CPR Cell Phone Repair I was greeted by Maciej a wonderful well-rounded and respectful young man, from there it just kept getting better and better. first of all, my phone wasn't charging it said, moisture detected and phone. Nobody could hear me when I use my speakerphone. My Zag screen, protector, and phone protector was well past due of replacement, living in Florence on the Coast, I would've had to go all the way to Portland to a kiosk in Washington Square to have them switched out with their lifetime warranty, which is second to none. Although Zag does not diagnose, fix or repair phones, but have a great products. An absolutely Zag always stands 100% behind their customers and products. Not knowing that CPR cell phone repair picks up as though you were at the kiosk in Washington Square and carries on their warranty, crazy cool I was next to having an triple birthday party with everyone I ever knew feeling. Maciej examine my phone immediately looked into my speaker and charging port and started cleaning after doing so he had me call him from another side of the store meanwhile on my speakerphone and had me talking in it and I could hear him from across the room, I can hear every word you say and then put the phone 15 feet at least away from me and he could still hear me clearly I was so happy. Coming back to the counter I explained to him I really need to get to Zag in Portland and get a new screen, cover and phone protector that was still under the lifetime on the phone warranty. Maciej I will take care of you here as though you're at the kiosk for we hand-in-hand work with Zag and carry on their warranty in store, absolutely the best experience I've had with this phone since the day I purchased it, Maciej educated me in the most respectful way of needing a stronger charging system for my phone, and the USB-C cables I needed one for my car one for my house and explained how the sea cables even charge better what an incredible young man could only hope the young people in this world could follow his example. Long story short ha ha, I walked out of the store and felt I just bought the brand new phone at Costco with one of the greatest salesman on earth feeling. The honesty and integrity of Maciej renews my faith in many of mankind who are still out there in this world. I wrote an email explaining the situation to Cellairis and asking for a refund for the repair which broke the phone. They called me back and said they would not replace my phone. I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.
