In the past year, the home internet service began to buffer constantly whenever I would stream anything. I work remotely, and there was even a couple of days within a two week period where the service was completely out. T-Mobile tried to buy me off with a slap-in-the-face $20 bill credit. My town has just started renting several hundred new apartments, and I could see the proverbial writing on the wall. I went back to Spectrum, which I had for service up until I signed up for T-Mobile. I've been back with Spectrum now for home internet and cell service, and only rarely has it buffered. When it has buffered, a quick call to Spectrum customer service confirmed the buffering was from the site server for the streaming video, and nothing to do with Spectrum. Do yourself a favor. T-Mobile TALKS a big game, but can't deliver. Sign up for Spectrum. It simply WORKS!

They made good recommendations on cases etc and got us fixed up on a good promotion to trade in our old phones; hopefully we're good for another three years. You can call ahead and ask about ongoing promotions but make sure you double check the facts on plans and discounts, because details can be miscommunicated and plans can change. Once you switch your plan, there's no going back, and AT&T seems to always be trying to get customers to switch plans. This store seems to have steady flow of traffic but the crowds didn't seem overwhelming when we were there. They also take appointments. Parking is easy in their lot.

My Zag screen, protector, and phone protector was well past due of replacement, living in Florence on the Coast, I would've had to go all the way to Portland to a kiosk in Washington Square to have them switched out with their lifetime warranty, which is second to none. Although Zag does not diagnose, fix or repair phones, but have a great products. An absolutely Zag always stands 100% behind their customers and products. Not knowing that CPR cell phone repair picks up as though you were at the kiosk in Washington Square and carries on their warranty, crazy cool I was next to having an triple birthday party with everyone I ever knew feeling. During my first month of service I found out, when I saw the bill, that Cricket had given my bank account number to a phone dating service, which promptly took $19.99 out of my bank account. Outraged, I phoned Cricket about it and demanded an explanation and that the charges from the phone dating services be returned. I was told by a Cricket customer service rep that this practice was "not that unusual" and "lots of companies do it." I disagreed and threatened to file charges. After notifying my bank about what had happened, and immediately dropping Cricket, the phone dating service charges were returned, but I had to fight Cricket to get my money back.
