These two know their business and are very competent. I really don't want or like the newer phones with no buttons, so they set me up with a decent iPhone 6. $200 and no strings attached, RockStar! We did have an issue and went back to see what could be done. These guys are good! They ended up swapping the phone out and verified everything was working before we left the store. Very refreshing to find some honestly decent customer service these days! Especially from these two who really know what they are about. Keep up the good work, when my phone dies out I'll be back! ....my son is happily setting up his new phone..

BE VERY CAUTIOUS DOING BUSINESS WITH CELL O PHONE!!!!!!!!. It is a one man show. He is very savvy…read moreand very manipulative. I bought a cell phone from him, the home button was sticky and wouldn't respond normally(had to push it several times to get it to work) I was kind and courteous to him wanting to switch it for another one(giving him the benefit of doubt) When I traded it for a second phone, I had the same problem. I went in a third time and wanted another phone(shame on me for having such faith in this mans innocence) basically, he made me feel like crap, said I didn't deserve a better phone, and mocked me several times. He is a bad business man, horrible at customer service, a scam artist, doesn't make eye contact for a reason, and will pretend like you don't know more then him. His expertise is $$$ NOT electronics. In the end for this company(man) he cares about his family and himself and you are just a casualty to his profits. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY(MAN). ADDED AFTER I READ THE RESPONSE to my review- Additionally, I've just read the response to my review and it makes me sick and feel bad not just for him but for myself and customers who have had to and will eventually deal with him. As you can tell from below he isn't about the customer but rather about his business. I was a good customer bringing him business hoping to get a nice pleasant experience. In my experience anyone who doesn't treat the customer as right is a bad example of proper customer service, and is not doing business right in a customer driven economy. I run my own online businesses and never have I once ever nor would I ever respond to a customer this way in regards to a negative review, and if he truly has a good customer honoring business he should know that it is a poor business practice and the right thing to do is to treat those you've given a bad experience a good one. I am disappointed I as a fair person have been lied about. I am absolutely offended and shocked in how much he lied in his response about my respectfulness and what happened. I was very respectful and kind and only showed my upset disappointed feelings at the end telling him I felt he was taking advantage of me. When he said horrible things about me to my face, I knew immediately then I just wanted my money back and that any future correspondence would just end in further verbal abuse towards myself from him. All I wanted to do was get the heck out of there so I wouldn't be treated so horribly. It was like a scene from a bad movie. I tried guys...I even asked him to be honest with me after He wasn't several times and it felt like I was pulling his leg for the truth. After honoring him and giving him a chance multiple times he still treated me like I was trying to rip him off. What? I was the customer...I just can't....(I feel like I'm dealing with an angry child) I honestly was just trying to get a phone that worked. And as far as the rating he gave himself at the end of his response below I call B.S.(let's see the proof) I mean come on does anyone believe that? Anyone can write in positive numbers and a high ratings in writing...Especially if they don't have to prove it or won't prove it by putting in the "real" website(which I assume is eBay or Amazon) Where is the online business name in the response so this claim can be verified?(its most likely not "Cell O Phone" I looked out of curiosity and didn't find anything). Just simply saying its from the "Largest Web Site in the world" doesn't prove anything for validation. What a joke. Define largest website in the world. Just look at my reviews here on Yelp or elsewhere and you'll see I'm a fair and honest guy. As you can see I have nothing to hide, I mean my name is in my username. In the end I really hope my honest review has pushed him to make a change to fix his poor customer service ...that is why yelp reviews exist isn't it? P.S. I am also not the only one who has given him a bad review...the proof is in the pudding. I also find it strange that the few positive reviews he has are from accounts that have no pictures and only one review...you guessed it for Cell O Phone...oh the irony. Also, the ones that do have pictures have maybe two reviews and all of them seem to fall coincidentally after mine was posted...seems fishy to me. It also appears he has had two negative/bad reviews removed due to foul type language and derogatory language for those who were more pissed then I which yes I know violate Yelp's user agreements but still is hiding the truth regarding his bad business practices and awful customer service.

I drive a 2019 Subaru Outback and it had the original battery so it was long overdue for a replacement. I called ahead of time to make sure they had one in stock and they did, so I stopped by a couple hours later. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman who showed me where to park. He had me pop the hood and checked my alternator, then went to get a new battery. He went to work on replacing it after checking the settings in my car. Once he was done he cleaned up the battery acid from my old battery corroding and I was good to go. It came out to a total of $180, $170 for the battery and $10 for install. The man who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what he was doing before he did it so I knew what was going on. He didn't talk down to me because I'm not a man a which was a welcome relief. Note that they won't work on Subarus if they were made in 2020 or later due to how Subaru batteries work now. I didn't catch the whole explanation but it was good to know. The place itself is small and easy to miss but they have everything you would need battery-wise. They do installs for you and make sure it's all working, all for a very good price. I will definitely be back!

Never again. Mac's…read moreused to be a great place to buy a car battery. However 2-3 years ago the business changed ownership and they moved locations. Long story short, I purchased a car battery and it failed while under warranty. My car had not been started for over a week. I jump started it and then took it to my mechanic that I have used for years. He did 2 different tests, and told me both tests showed the battery was weak and I would need a replacement. Note...my mechanic doesn't sell batteries. He gave me 2 computer read-outs that showed the battery was weak. I took my car back to Macs and told them what had happened and also told him that my mechanic had said the under-warranty battery was weak. This battery had been purchased from Macs less than a year, so it was under full replacement. First the guy at Macs suggested there must be some type of "draw" on the battery. I told him my prior Battery from Interstate lasted around 4 years so if there was a "draw" it just started to "draw" with the new battery. Then the Mac's guy did some testing and said the battery was still good and not weak. Then I showed him the mechanics report that showed 2 different methods of testing, both showing a weak battery. That's when the story changed and Mac's grudgingly replaced my battery. Then, 1.5 years later with the Mac's replacement battery, and not starting the car for a bit, the same thing happened again. Again, I took the battery to my mechanic and again, he ran 2 separate tests. This time he said the results of one showed it was "average" but the other test said he said showed low. No I'm not going back to Mac's for a replacement. Mac's has lost my business. Bottom line, based on them suggesting there was nothing wrong and me showing 2 reports saying they are low, I don't trust them. I went to a store and bought an AC Delco that has a 4-year total replacement warranty. It costs more than Mac's, but I expect it to last 4 years...even when I haven't started my car for a week.
