Looks like company is closed .. did a patio cover for us and it's the 3rd time it's leaking .. how do I get warranty covered ?

Mervyn Jones was so helpful and even came out to our home to make sure our existing pillars were stable enough to support our new patio cover. He also recommended colors that matched our home perfectly. Sebastian Nunez guided us on the details of the look and the lighting. The staff and crew were great to work with. We love the patio cover that was installed a few months ago. Our only suggestion for homeowners would be to avoid getting a scupper (water drain). Now that the weather is getting a little more damp, the water that drips down from the scupper is very annoying because there's no downspout for water to run down from the patio cover. Not looking forward to rain. A bucket will be needed to avoid the splashing that will come with it. Highly recommend avoiding the SCUPPER. read more

Where to start? I originally contracted with an outfit called Patio Warehouse. I won't get into the particulars but after 11 months of dealing with them just trying to get our project approved out of engineering we decided to fire them and we were referred by our project manager to call John at All Pro. John immediately dropped in and assessed our project (which had some design challenges). Challenge accepted by All Pro! After about 3 days he contacted us with his plans to take on the project. We signed up and our project was approved with the city within about 2 weeks. About 4 weeks after that, the project was completed and looks amazing!! All Pro has an amazing team that took my complicated project and just nailed it!! Everybody is amazing there from front desk to installation!! I can't say enough great things about All Pro!! In February of 2020 (better late than never!), All-Pro Remodeling installed our sunroom at our home. We chose a four-inch wall, four inch ceiling, and aluminum framed double pane windows (supplied by Metals USA). From the design process through permitting and the end of construction, John and his team were welcoming, detailed, professional, and very thorough - and that team included his long time concrete (new slab and patio area) and HVAC (new mini-split system) subcontractors. All did quality work at a reasonable price, and left us with a beautiful room that we love to use every day. Why am I writing this over four years later you ask? Within our family, we've had some less than desirable experiences with sunrooms built by other contractors. One family member's sunroom built by another (NOT All-Pro) contractor began leaking at the seams within TWO years of construction, and took another two years for that contractor to sort out. Our All-Pro room? Over four years in: NO leaks (even when I hose the exterior off), NO issues, and looks and performs as brand new as the day it was completed. I contacted All-Pro on replacing my wooden 2nd floor walkout and patio cover 3 years ago. John came out to discuss the project and told me I'd be better served just going to a patio cover and lose the walkout. I sat on his response for a couple of years and then finally re-engaged with them in 2025. After further discussions, what he said made a lot of sense so we signed a contract to get it done. Despite some material issues caused by the factory, everything went fairly smoothly. Everyone at All-Pro was courteous and easy to work with. Maria in scheduling always got back to me with updates and helped correct the few discrepancies. Sebastian helped with changes and clarifications, and did all the work to get clearances from our HOA and the city. Duke on the construction crew was great - everything was cleaned up every day and the finished cover is exactly what we wanted. It looks great. Leaks inside the house- the deck was repaired properly by new contractor but still dealing with your shoddy work yrs later. Am so happy with our new patio. They estimated 60 days due to tearing down old wood cover and tearing up a 30 foot slab. Actual working days were only 7 due to pouring new 40 foot slab, rain and waiting on permits and inspections. Maria kept us up to date with the work schedules. We wanted a patio cover with a limited amount of posts, due to space. Most companies wanted to put posts right in the middle of a traffic area and one said it couldn't be done at all. Craig designed us a patio that spanned 35 feet and didn't have any posts. The cost was more but it was worth every penny. Our installer Doug, was able to build it by himself, with just a little help on 2 35' steel beams. Doug is super meticulous, very professional and an overall good guy. Our project was not without issues but the All Pro teams response and immediate reaction to those issues, really says something about them. They are worthy of this 5 star review. You will see some past reviews knocking the owner (John). Not my experience at all. He quickly resolved our issues and was a total professional. We love the patio cover! Their inability to meet a schedule, not arrive with all the needed parts to complete the job, parts that diid not work, motor for the louvers, and colors that did not match. I am sure John will give the standard parts not available, supplier in AZ now etc. etc. That doesn't explain why your crew can't see a difference in the color of the panels and doesn't have the parts to finish a job. Took over a year to complete this job. Would not recommend them. read more
