I had three substantial pieces of awning to replace. The crew did it in an hour and a half. They're beautiful. They were courteous, prompt for the appointment, and they checked twice to make sure each awning worked perfectly. I did have some trouble picking the fabric - just because there was a great selection. I ended up with a winner. I'm very pleased with the original salesman to the install crew, and the product. read more

Accent Awnings was great to work with. I already had their awnings installed over two sliding doors in my backyard but wanted new fabric as the awnings had been up about 25 years and I just love them! Devon came out to measure and assess the existing hardware which was in perfect condition. So after choosing the fabric and when they were ready the installers came and did a beautiful job! They cleaned up all the hardware and installed new fabric and it looks beautiful. I high recommend Accent Awnings! read more

I'm a long-time customer of Accent Awnings. At our previous house, they installed two awnings that looked great and functioned perfectly until the day we moved. In our current home, we've had them install two shades and an awning over the years. Once again, everything looks fantastic and works flawlessly. One shade on our pool house automatically comes down each afternoon to block out the baking sun. Another keeps the office cool and glare-free. We've never had a single issue with any of the products. The customer service is outstanding--it always feels like you're calling up an old friend when you make an appointment. The team is friendly, accommodating, and the installation process is quick and professional. They always make sure wires and cables are hidden or unobtrusive. As for value, I can't say if they're the cheapest in town, but their prices have always seemed fair and worth every penny for the quality and service we've received. We're customers for life, and I recommend Accent Awnings to anyone looking for quality awnings or shades. read more

This company is amazing. We have had them manufacture and install a fixed awning that is about 15' x 20'. We were anxious when we were making the decisions for color and size, because we were concerned that it would block too much light coming into our family room. But, it turned out to be fantastic and we have really loved being able to sit out on the patio whether it's sunny or even raining. Plus, our cats love the shade too. Lastly, the crew that came out to do the installation was really professional. We just had them come out and put a new canvas on the original frame, and it looks fantastic. Thanks everyone at Accent Awning! read more

We love our new shades! It transformed our patio so that we could use it all day long. The experience was top notch from start to finish--the consultation was very professional, the installation was handled expertly, and the materials are high quality. They were a little pricey, but well worth it to get exactly what we were looking to accomplish. read more

We have an awning originally from Accent Awnings. It is approx. 15 years old. It was getting a bit frayed so we called Accent to replace the fabric. Devin came out took the measurements and gave us an estimate. They even gave a discount for being a returning customer. This company is great! Communication and scheduling was not a problem. The site visit for an estimate was straightforward and quick. I needed two very large retractable awnings for outdoor decks. The installation guys were top notch. Very thorough, thoughtful and considerate. Was able to go through my drywall in one tricky area to make the install clean. They worked extremely hard in a hot outdoor sun. Prices weren't cheap but reasonable. I felt I got what I paid for in speed, quality and service. I would highly recommend. read more

They replaced the fabric on my retractable patio awning. First of all, the original awning lasted a very, very long time. I think it was on their for 19 years before replacement. When I called them, a sales rep came by within a couple days. There was the usual follow up reminder. The sales rep was great. Super clear about the product and the process. We went ahead with his quote. Not long after, they called us to schedule a time to install the awning fabric. This was a little before what was promised. The awning got installed on the scheduled date and it came out looking as good as we expected it to. The installers cleaned up after themselves and it was they were not even there to start with. We paid the bill and it was what was quoted. read more

We've had our motorized retractable Accent awning for 20+ years. Recently, I contacted Accent Awning to replace the old, torn cover on our nearly 30-foot awning, which keeps our house cool during the summer. Ramiro and Johnny, the installers, did an excellent job! Ramiro was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain that the awning's limit switch had popped out. We were equally impressed with how he secured a loose power wire that had been dangling for years, ensuring both the cosmetic look and safety of the motor. This is an excellent company with great people! We feel very fortunate to have found them. Keep up the great work! read more
