These guys are great and after 2 other quotes AAA were the best price by a lot difference. I worked with Chris... from the order to install and had questions, changes and some back and forth going on and I thought they would say bye to me ha ha. It was really easy and fast working with Chris and after the install something was off due to our old metal frame being bent 30 years ago and they came out with in a day to adjusted it and it looked great. 1 suggestion if you have a metal frame and it needs painted and welded let them do it. AAA Awnings installed a freestanding Elitewood Ultra Lattice Patio Cover in our backyard to match our existing patio cover from 20 years ago. Mike was so helpful from start to finish. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and worked with us on the design and planning including the wiring for the lights and electrical outlets and helped us come up with a solution to reinstall our old patio cover on newly poured concrete. His crew were extremely attentive to detail and we are very pleased with the result. My husband and I are very picky and we appreciated the level of service provided by AAA. I am including photos but as our project is not quite complete there are a couple of unfinished details currently shown. Will update later. They have a long wait. They promised they would need at least 5-7 weeks time to complete the work. I waited for 6 weeks. I called a day before they came. The downside they did not call me to let me know they were coming to my house. I have to chase them weekly. They showed up 11 minutes late and install the whole patio cover for four hours. I absolutely love my awnings. They were easy to install by the installers and are very well built (NOT flimsy). We needed the fabric on our two existing awnings replaced. I contacted AAA Awnings several years ago by phone and had a salesman come out (their sticker/logo was on the inside corner of awning). In Feb, we finally pulled the trigger. We delivered our existing awnings and chose a TEMPOTEST fabric after taking home a sample book. We emailed Mike our top 3 choices along with our Valance style and Trim/Braid color. He was prompt to respond and ordered the fabric. About a week later we were picking up our newly covered awnings. We saved $ by doing the delivery/pickup and installation ourselves. Mike also gave us a great tip...just remove the screw in the house far enough to get the awning out. This made re-install so much easier! I appreciate AAA awnings working with us. We are very happy and I will continue to refer people to AAA Awnings and Mike. We couldn't be happier! read more
