We purchased three awnings and are absolutely in love with the results. I worked with Giovanni, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Most of our communication was done via text message, which I truly appreciated as a stay-at-home mom with two small kids--it's hard to have long, focused phone calls. Giovanni was patient, responsive, and very accommodating while I took my time selecting fabric and stitching, emailing the signed contract, and sending the deposit. Honestly, the process would have gone much faster if not for my own distractions! The awnings were completed and installed quickly, and I didn't even need to be present for the installation. Everything went smoothly, and the final result is beautiful and perfectly suited to our historic home. We plan to call them back in a few months to add two more awnings for our front picture windows. Great customer service. I had my awning installed by a contractor and thought that it was not done correctly . I searched on line to find somebody who can help but majority of these awning companies only deal with installation. I spoke to one guy who sounded nice over the phone and he said that he would have one of his guys stop by to look at it. My house faces west and the west sun is unbearable on my bedroom and bathroom windows even tho they are limo dark glass so I called Russ. Russ came out and did the measuring and gave me a reasonable price for two awnings. One covering both bathrooms and one super size that covers a south facing and west facing bedroom windows that come together in the middle. I seriously had no idea what I wanted in style or color so I asked Russ to help me and I honestly let him run with it and I'm glad I did.
