You are guaranteed three things if you choose to work with Eddie and his crew: 1.) work done right, the first time 2.) work done on budget 3.) great communication throughout the process Eddie and his crew did a phenomenal job with our backyard remodel. They worked with us to create a design we loved and a budget we could work with. Eddie and his crew will not be the cheapest quote you get, but you get exactly what you pay for and more. At every step, his crew was professional and did quality, efficient work. As with any plan, it never survives contact with reality- as the crew began implementation, if there was something that didn't look right or they thought would be better a different way, they sought our input to make changes. Something unique about Eddie is that he doesn't sub-contract. All the guys that work for him, work for him, giving them complete control over the quality of the work, and it's evident in the final product. About the project: we had a pretty busted backyard, including a cracked up patio, drainage that always flowed toward the house, trees that had taken over due to years of neglect by previous homeowners, dirt instead of grass, super inefficient sprinklers, etc. It wasn't usable unless you liked dirt and over-paying for water. Eddie and his crew designed plans that could be broken into phases to fit our budget needs and then once we agreed on the plan and the budget, Eddie and his crew transformed the space in 4 weeks, exactly as promised in the timeline, the plan, and the budget. They did everything from start to finish- demo and tree removal, grading and drainage, efficient irrigation, paver patios, edging and decorative rock, pre ran electric and low voltage transformer, and finally sod and mulch. Never did they try to nickle and dime us, increase the budget, etc. They exceeded expectations and delivered a final product we love and have been enjoying for a few weeks now. I highly recommend Eddie and his crew. You won't be disappointed! read more

We have worked with Millennium Construction on a complete home remodel interior and exterior. The entire experience has exceeded our highest expectations. The whole team of workers and office staff are professional, trustworthy, and skilled. They are respectful of others and the property and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Eddie Guerrero is the owner and he is a pleasure to work with. Eddie pays attention to the details and strives to make everything just the way we want it. We began with a a pool jacuzzi outdoor living and cooking space and proceeded to remodel the interior of our entire house and redid the front yard and driveway. The quality of work is worth the investment. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor, Eddie Guerrero is your guy! I support local businesses like Millennium Construction. read more

I'm very impressed with Millennium Construction's work on our outdoor living project. They transformed our ideas into a stunning reality. They had a great team of designers and builders who were excellent at their jobs. They showed us 3D designs that helped us visualize our new space with furniture and colors. The builders were punctual, tidy and meticulous. They finished the project ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. Our outdoor living space is a dream come true and we are very happy. Millennium is a top-notch company and we will hire them again for sure. read more

Relatives must be leaving some of those reviews, sounds like it was a written advertisment by Millenium. One of the "real person reviews" on this site said something about the owner getting ulcers - thats what happens when you lie! read more

Jan C. I would highly recommend Millennium Construction as a construction company. I hired them to clean, re-sand and seal my pavers. They did the project and a couple of months later there was an issue with the sealer. I contacted Hieu and related the problem He was very responsive to the issue and came to my home to look at the problem. To resolve the problem they cleaned off the old sealer and re-sanded and resealed the pavers. The company was outstanding to quickly answer phone calls and emails and always did so graciously. I worked with Hieu entirely and could not have asked for anyone to be more accommodating and accessible. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up when they were finished with the job. I think it is very unusual to have a company that is so good with communication and willing to correct an issue. To me it says a lot about Millennium Construction and their concern to do quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Jan C. read more

Dear Eddie, Called your company over 2 weeks ago after watching your video and reviewing your site and services. I specifically asked to speak with you after your great video introduction. Spent several mins or so with the lady on the phone. Gave all the information....you never called! I think my project is a large project and I am very shocked about your response! Something is broken in your process and this could be a big loss for your business, unless however, the business is so good that you do not need new a project! Not Good and very disappointed. read more

This is the second time I have employed Millennium Construction for a major project and have been very pleased. The first project was a complete backyard overhaul. They did a magnificent job which I enjoy every day. In fact, they suggested changes that I would never have considered and I love the outcome. This latest project was installing a new electrical panel and subpanel since my original panel was full. They were able to complete the project including permits very quickly (a couple weeks) and I had been dealing with another electrician for a year! The other part of the project was removing my old brick hearth and fireplace and replacing it with a porcelain fireplace. They removed the old gas insert and applied a new electric fireplace and moved my smart TV from a corner to the middle of the fireplace. In addition, they balanced the entire room with matching bookshelves. I am so happy with the changes and use it every evening. I highly recommend this company which is full service and very responsible and responsive. Jean Pierog read more

Homeowners beware! If you peruse all this guys good reviews on Yelp and Google, it's very easy to spot that that they're all fake. This guy came in over $50,000 higher than the rest of our bids, and obviously didn't earn our business. read more

We had a great experience with Millennium. We contacted Eddie and he came out and immediately had some great ideas for our project. He recommended a 3D rendering be done to help us visualize, and we took him up on it. The designs came out great, so we had Millennium start. Eddie was very responsive, and his crew came out right when he said they would. They worked just about every day, and finished the project in 3 weeks. Some of the things I liked best about Eddie's team was that they were very friendly, worked hard, did things the right way, and cleaned up the site daily. At the end of the project, there were some small things that needed to be taken care of and Eddie made sure that they were finished. Overall just a great experience - we would recommend Millennium for your project. read more

Hands Down one of the BEST experiences I've ever had working with a contractor! Was looking for a landscape contractor to redo a front yard on a home I just purchased. Eddie, the owner, was recommended by a friend of mine in my old neighborhood. He came out to my new house and I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate right then and there. Although his bid was not the lowest, I absolutely have no regrets on choosing his company. From start to finish, including design assistance, CAD drawings, personal attention, and everything else that went with his stellar service, my project was seamless. The finished product was stunning, and any follow up work that needed to be done, was done in such a timely manner I couldn't believe it! Eddie and his crew will definitely be at the top of my list for any other home-improvement projects I may have. You certainly would not be disappointed. read more

Our 2nd project with Eddie and the Millenium team. Outstanding work form start to finish. Very high quality of work! Highly recommended!

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE MILLENNIUM CONSTRUCTION! Like Theodora (11/2015) and N.L.'s (7/2019) review's, my experience has been almost identical. We are 4 1/2 months in to a 2 month remodel of our pool and bbq. It started out great with workers coming 6 days a week and keeping a clean work environment. It quickly turned in to a nightmare whenever we questioned Eddie about anything. Like Theodora, we were told he was the professional, he knew what he was doing and not to worry. He did not build to scale (way bigger) and we told him this several times. He proceeded to do as he pleased. Everything his workers did, had to be redone over and over and over again. It's quite obvious that Eddie has a problem with women as he would roll his eyes at me, walk away from me and speak in a condescending tone. He rarely visits the job site, (unless asked) and I ended up doing all the quality control myself. From the manufactured stone he used (which turned color and wasn't to be used near water) to the pool tile (which they chipped and put on crooked numerous times), to the synthetic turf (they switched the day of install), to the fake turf warranty he tried to pass off, to the pool plaster which is suppose to be smooth and is rough on the sides, the list goes on and on and on. He told me verbatim that he wished I had researched the stone before choosing it. Eddie took us to Thompson Design and told us to pick anything from this wall to that wall and that is what we did. How are we suppose to know what can and can't be used outside or near water? He has called me ridiculous too many times to count and said I'm causing him ulcers whenever I questioned materials being used and/or the numerous mistakes being made. We paid him almost $10,000 weekly, as he required, for materials that he either didn't purchase or jobs that weren't done properly. We have already paid over six figures to date and the job still isn't done and his workers rarely show up. Although he has redone several of HIS mistakes, it is a constant battle and getting him to do it the way WE want it done is even a bigger battle. We've gone weeks without anyone coming at all or he will send a guy out for an hour here and there. Eddie's response to this will be that I am difficult to please and nothing makes me happy. I can tell you this, I have pictures, texts, emails, etc.....to prove my every word in this review. If he did it right the first time or even the second time (I understand things go wrong), we wouldn't be in this mess now. I was patient, tried to speak to him in a calm tone and tried to resolve these issues. He left me in tears on a daily basis. There were many other issues that I didn't address here, but I think this review speaks for itself. Save yourself the headache and the money and choose another contractor. Better yet, choose individuals who perform each task needed and save yourself a ton of money by not having Eddie be the middle man (which is basically what he is). read more

We bought a new home with a dirt backyard in Rancho Mission Viejo in 2016, in 2017 we contacted multiple companies to provide their visions of what we where looking for and Eddie blew all others away with his visions. All my neighbors rave on the quality and details put into our design over any other yard, especially those who had disastrous problems through construction by other companies. Thank you Millenium Construction for your consistent service if ever needed, the only company I would refer to the detailed person seeking the best in service, professionalism and craftsmanship. Sorry it took so long to post our wonderful thoughts on your company. Randy read more

We had a very extensive backyard make over done by Millennium. It turned out to be one of the best experiences we could ever have with a construction company. They were by far the most professional company we have ever worked with. I have nothing but praise for Millennium. The crew was always on time, cleaned up every day and was very respectful and always had our very best interest at heart. Our finished product is "Amazing". Don't look any further.....This is the company to hire. Debbie and Jeff C. read more

Millennium Construction is awesome. If you want the WOW factor Hire Eddie and his crew. They transformed our old back yard that we hated to spend anytime in, into an expanded outdoor living space and can easily entertain 20+ people in the back yard. Before (6) was a crowd. We can gather at the Island while cooking, eating,,, etc and watching our favorite sports. Sink with Hot & Cold water, disposal, Frig, etc,,,. While in the center Patio that opens as desired, watching a diferent TV event and gathering around the Fire Table Or very comfortable at the Fire Pit. All the work is at the highest quality and standards. They put in all the appropriated drains, hose bibs, electrical outlets, plants, drip irrigation, landscape lighting, TV(s), Sound System for Music,,, etc,,, . We now spend most of our time in our backyard. Thanks to Millennium and their crew. We are extremely happy, as well as all of our Guests are. Excellent work done. Eddie and his team at Millennium are awesome. I've posted several photos of the outdoor kitchen he built for us under the captions J&K's Outdoor Kitchen. My photo skills don't do the work justice -- Millenium did a great job. The job took about six weeks (as predicted), and every step of the way, it was clear that Eddie's top priority was making sure we were happy. If something wasn't perfect, they took it apart and did it again. Above and beyond at every turn. Millenium is not the cheapest out there, but they are definitely worth it. We'll definitely use Millenium for our next project, and you should too. read more

Eddie and his team built us an absolutely gorgeous covered patio just in time for the hot California summer. He worked with us to come up with a suitable design and I'm so glad we decided to include dimmable LED lights, outdoor fan, shingles and rain gutters. Best of all he worked with the HOA and handled the permit process for us. At the last minute we decided to replace our tired river rock with high quality turf and move our fountain to a new location. He managed to fit it into our timeline and it all looks amazing. Thanks again, Eddie - we love our new outdoor room! read more

I have known Millennium construction and Eddie Guerrero for over seven years. He and his crew refurbished my entire pool area seven years ago. The day we met he was on time, organized, made his presentation and answered all of my questions. I had my plans and a quote within a week. I was given a start date and a finish date which he met. The price quoted was the price I paid, other than additional upgrades I added. I couldn't have been happier with our results, which led me to 2020/2021 when I hired Eddie to refurbish the outside of my house and the inside. He arranged for painting, new windows, flooring, closet doors, new laundry room cabinet, clear down to new door knobs throughout the house. My front yard was unsightly and I had Eddie completely upgrade the yard. I now have a private English garden and sitting area with a water fountain. Eddie Guerrero and Millennium stand for integrity and honesty. I've dealt with other contractors in the past and Eddie Guerrero is by far number one in my opinion. His crew kept me informed daily on what they were going to be doing. They were always on time. If I had a question they would stop working and listen to me and give me an answer. If I had any concerns it was addressed immediately. The crew cleaned up every single day. They were always polite and respectful. Finding a company in this day and age that has integrity is hard to come by. Millennium meets all of your expectations. You owe it to yourself to get a bid from Eddie Guerrero and Millennium Construction. read more

Over the last five years I have had Millennium Construction do about $150,000 worth of work on my house in Laguna Beach. Mr. Eddie Guerrero, Millennium's CEO, has been the perfect professional paying attention to all aspects of the work being performed. On one occasion Mr. Guerrero inspected some tile work being done in my bathroom and determined that the work was below his expectations. Mr. Guerrero immediately fired the tile layer and replaced him with a more skilled tradesmen. Mr. Guerrero's workers are always punctual. At the end of the day his workers clean up after themselves leaving behind a livable environment for my wife and I. Next spring I plan on calling Mr. Guerrero back to do more work at my home. read more

The crew showed up on time and got started right away. They took pride in their jobs making sure every plant was in the right spot and planted correctly. They all are so professional and very polite. Before they left the job site they made sure the place was immaculate... including the street. The designer was right on with the plants, showed up early made sure he was here when the nursery showed up. He went over everything with the crew before they started. What a great team. I am so HAPPY with our yard. read more

I am not someone who writes reviews on work done for me (I'm sure like most people), but I feel compelled to write a review on Millennium Construction. My wife discovered that small amounts of water had leeched into a bedroom wall from an outside leak. We have had leaks from rain before and have had other construction and/or plumbing companies attempt to fix the problem but, to no avail. We contacted Millennium and the company's CEO, Mr. Eddy Guerrero, inspected the site and immediately determined the problem. To make a long story short, Millennium fixed the problem, and we were so impressed with their professionalism and expertise, that we had more work done to beautify our backyard. Wow! They did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. We are thrilled that we have a backyard we can show-off and is so functional. All of the different crews (for the different aspects of the construction) where always on time and the site foreman always kept us informed as to each step they would be taking. They were always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had during the construction process. Again, my wife and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing serious work done. It is so gratifying to know there is a professional construction company you truly can depend upon when needed. They are the "real deal". read more

Eddie, Jesse and the team did a great job with our patio remodel. The crew was polite and as clean as they could be each day. Just had work completed on a complete paver job using the product PavesScapes on all of my out door surfaces, driveway, sidewalks, entry way, back patio, pool area. The product is all it says it is,...the idea of covering existing concrete without unnecessary demolition, yet giving a very nice cosmetic improvement, as well structural. The company also did a complete Pool renovation for us, including tiles, drains, lights and some equipment. All of the work was top notch, the workers were very efficient, hard working, polite, and skilled. I would highly recommend the product PaveScapes, and equally recommend the the company for any and all outdoor rennovations. read more

Eddie Guerrero, I wanted to pass on my thanks for a job well done! You have the best and the most talented tradesmen I have seen in a long time! It is amazing what they accomplished in just 3 days and in spite of the rain, still finished in record time. This is the third outdoor project you have completed for us and the results are stunning. Thanks, Jesse, for coming through for me again. I had a couple of follow up issues on my front doors that needed attention. I called Millennium Construction last year based upon a recommendation made by my neighbor. I needed an old deck tore out and replaced with a new deck. The deck was 40 feet long and 24 feet wide. I wanted to use a product known as trex. Mr. Guerrero came to my house, look over the proposed project, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Mr. Guerrero recommended I use clips to fasten the trex to the joists because, he said, the look would be "cleaner" and no holes would be drilled into the trex. I agreed with his recommendation. The following day a crew came to my house and by the end of the day the old deck was torn out and cut up into small enough pieces so that I was able to burn the old wood in my fire place. The next day the trex arrived. Within two days the entire project was completed. I now have a beautiful and "clean" trex deck which should last the rest of my life! I highly recommend Millennium Construction for anyone's home projects. read more

Using Millennium construction was a nightmare and in hindsight if I would have known this beforehand I would have never hired them! Not only were the workers incompetent but both Eddie, the owner of the company, and Jesse, our project manager were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and very argumentative with us. When problems arose or when we didn't like something (which happened a lot, almost daily) instead of fixing it or trying to please us they instead said "stay out of it, we are professionals and know what we are doing. How dare you tell us we are doing it wrong and telling us that you don't like it." I had to fight them on everything to get anything done correctly. It caused me much more stress then it was worth! I constantly had to watch and "babysit" them as every time I turned around something had been messed up thus, why our projected project went over by 4 weeks. Trust me, this is not the company to go with, look elsewhere! Save yourself the headache and hire some competent professionals instead!! read more

Millennium Construction was hired to transform our plain backyard into a California style English Garden. The results were magnificent. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Millennium installed two distinct colored concrete patios with textured finishes, a built-in BBQ and outdoor fireplace with field stone facade. They also provided all the drains, plants and outdoor lighting for our garden. Millennium operated safely, their craftsmanship was of the highest quality and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Any issue that surfaced was addressed and resolved promptly, particularly through direct communications with Eddie Guerrero, President of the company, who demonstrated a commitment and personal interest in the project. All these services were provided within the project budget. We highly recommend Millennium Construction for those searching for the highest quality of service at a very affordable price, with the added benefit of a strong personal commitment to customer satisfaction." read more
