The Construction Guyz are fabulous! We had a slump stone wall with rotted redwood between the…read morecolumns and needed a column repaired, the redwood replaced with slump stone and a course added. We had two "contractors" bid the job and then flake out and not show up. When we called The Construction Guyz, Jay actually came to the house discussed what we wanted to do and said he would send us a quote and that it was a good time as he was between jobs. He sent a very reasonable quote the next day, a Thursday and started the job the following Monday. The materials were delivered Monday morning and we met Jay's crew Geraldo and Trini who went right to work. These guys are master masons, Geraldo leveled each block and measured the spacing. The half blocks were all sawn not broken with a hammer. Geraldo said he worked with Jay for 17 years and I can see why. They are proud of their work and go about it without music blaring, offensive language or griping and left my yard neat and clean every day. The wall came out far exceeding our expectations and we want to thank Jay and his crew being a pleasure to work with.
