Extremely unhappy. I got stuck w/this company who contracts through Lowe's. Initially I was happy with the install, it was all done in one day, great work. This was at the end of May and I spent $34,000 for the house to have mini splits. Now when I need the living room unit replaced due to it being faulty, it has taken over a month-still not replaced. I'm furious and regretting my decision to go through Lowe's. It's a bad look for both companies. I have a 10 year warranty and I'm not looking forward to having to use this company for anything. read more

September, 9/2026. My heater was making a grinding sound, and my AC Condenser was making a loud sound after running for a long period. Also I couldn't get my home to cool down below 79 degrees. Matthew a top technician from Al Pro Plumbing and heating came out and listened to my concern. Matthew was a very respectful young man. He, listen carefully to my concerns. And went to diagnose my system. Matthew was the most thorough technician Al Pro has sent out to me. He found out that the thermostat was functioning improperly. He opened up my panels but could not detect where the sound was coming from. So he put in his notes all my concerns, and scheduled for another date, so he could diagnosed the issue further. Matthew was very respectful and top rated in my book of technicians. I had requested to have Matthew to come back out with me. I give matthew a lot of praise because he deserves it. Thank you Al Pro. Do not book a service with this company. I've had nothing but none stop issues. First I paid them to replace my plumbing under my house which led to a sewage leak . Then had them come replace some faucets which led to leaks. I have a subscription to their AC service which is useless as they've cancelled my appointment for the second time today and they're telling me I have to wait weeks to reschedule. Spent 18k on a new air conditioning unit with the previous company they took over. Set an appointment never got a confirmation called back on the day of to confirm the AI robot confirmed between 12-4pm they will be there. They called my wife and never called me and said now they aren't coming this was at 230pm. I made an appointment two weeks prior to the date. It was set for Saturday 06/13/26 between 9:00 to 10:00. I was told that it is all set up. I made sure that I asked we are confirmed for a Saturday appt. for a 3000 sqf commercial building. "Yes" we are all set. I even received a text conformation on Friday 06/12/26. I drove an hour from my house to be in Gardena just before 9:00am. At 9:15 I receive a call from the office saying that there commercial AC guys don't work on Saturdays. I told the girl that I made this appt. two weeks ago and nobody checked. Now 15 mins after my appt. It's a show. What a waste of my time and my tenants time. I will never use this company. Called All Pro because I was having problems with my kitchen sink draining. I knew the problem because my friend is a plumber, but lives in West Los Angeles and was not able to come out right away. So I decided to try a local company. Luis Pimentel arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what my friend told me needed to be done. He did not try and BS me.He was honest and that made me very happy. He prepared everything and snaked the pipes. David T subsequently arrived with the hydro jet and both began the process of hydro jetting the pipes. I was very impressed and very happy with the service they both provided. read more

Of course, they call half way through the service window, 12-4, and say the standard. 4:05; ooops, our techs had to clock out! Can we reschedule? Held me hostage half a day for service I pay for. Same people who took 3 times to recipe my house because they didn't pull a permit. More of the same. I told them no more. First of all, they took advantage of my parents who are 90 and 91, and installed a $25,000 heating and air conditioning unit. All they needed was a new wall thermometer. When we found out, they were installing it, we called them and told them to cancel, but they told us that a contract was already signed, and they wouldn't stop. And then they charge a $20 membership fee every month. Looks like the comfort advisor was Anthony Edwards. Because of this installation on an older home, we are now having issues with leaky pipes all over the house. I do not recommend this business, and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

So our air conditioner stopped working. It is 5 yrs old. We called All Pro to come out. They ended up telling us our mother board and motor were fried (due to a recent power outage on our street which created a surge apparently) was his thoughts. They quoted a price of $4,500 to fix it and add a surge protector. So we got a second opinion. Another company (RC Air) can out today and it was an easy fix. .(a bad contractor and blown fuse). We then had them add a surge protector on it as well. Total cost was a little over $1,000. We now have air! So my comment is-beware of using All Pro. They are a rip off. read more

This is a Con Artist SCAM company, buyer beware, you have been warned!!!! On 11-26-25 one of their reps named Jonathan Guerrero came to our home in Lake Elsinore due to our furnace not working. He examined the furnace and wrote up a $4,262 estimate with 6 items that needed repair or replacement estimate #565281460. I was shocked by the price and told him we wanted to get another estimate and he angrily and rudely stormed out of the house yelling "what a waste of time," and I have this on camera. Now get this, my regular AC guy that I trust went to the property a few days later and said that I only needed 1 single part replaced for $700 total. Get this now, pay close attention...The part that needed replacing WAS NOT, I repeat WAS NOT listed on the $4,262 estimate left by MR. Con artist Jonathon Guerrero lol. Yes, he gave me a $4,262 estimate that would have replaced a bunch of parts that DID NOT need replacing and he failed to list the one part that actually did need replacing. Wow, just wow. This is a textbook example of a company that markets expertise while scamming it's customers. read more

Left my ac unit incapacitated and had to call another company to come repair what they "forgot" to reconnect. Definitely would avoid this company. I felt useless sitting while a man worked but that's how he was. Richard replaced all the breakers in my box, did light fixtures, and inspected all aspects of my system. I called for a service on a clogged kitchen sink. Semaj Murphy was at my house within a hour. He was able to get the sink. unclogged. Later on the same day Chris Acedezo came out for some follow up work on my plumbing. He used a camera to show me where the corrosion was in the sewer pipes and the problems could arise. We made a appointment to have the problem solved. If I had a business I would certainly have Chris work for me. He was very professional and handled the job well. Imagine, 99 degree weather, you wake up to boom sounds in the crawl space. Then your AC stops working, no fan, no cold. That's what happened and decided to try All Pro. Within 48 hours of calling. The AC was running better than before. Stuff was replaced, all reasonable priced as I competitively checked prices elsewhere. Almost 2 months now and AC is still holding up well! Consider this, it was the hottest days of summer in a heatwave and they got it done; for a value with quality service and parts that was more affordable compared to competitors. Other places would have costed more and taken longer. Been through a lot of "AC" guys but sticking with all pro moving forward I think :) Just want to say a huge shout out and thank you to the whole team and crew that helped, hopefully I got your names right but from start to finish they delivered with outstanding customer service and experience that would have me say yeah I recommend them! Called them based off their google reviews to do a diagnostic and quote on our HVAC system. I noticed our AC was cooling down to the temp the thermostat was set at, but once it reached the temp the unit didn't shut off and switched to the Fan mode. A technician and supervisor came out, immediately began telling me bad news. Coils needed to be cleaned, condenser fan motor needs replacement, condensate pump is trash and needs to be replaced. Ended up leading my husband and I to believe we need a whole new unit. Mind you, our current unit was still working just seemed to have a communication issue between the thermostat and unit. Anywho, they quoted us 4k to "fix" our problem. Mind you, they wanted to charge us 400 dollars for an aftermarket part not including labor, where as the market for this part is 50 dollars. I believe they up-charged the parts and labor to fix my unit because they wanted us to sway and buy a new unit. Which leads me to the prices of their new units. My 1,500 sq ft house should not cost 20-40k for an AC unit, unless it plans to rub my feet while it cools my house down. Overall, major red flags. This company is trying to upsell you through deceitful sales tactics by taking advantage of one's lack of knowledge on HVAC systems. Get a second and third opinion before going with them. Oh and the actual cause of our problem, all we need is a new thermostat. Which makes sense too given our thermostat is about maybe 20 years old. Our HVAC system is perfectly fine. read more

The guy came out to say it needs to be replaced and then had to get a sales person to pitch me a wall heater for 60-90 minutes. They didn't show up on time so I canceled. The idea of sitting through a sales pitch for a basic heater was ridiculous. Then I had an appointment for septic. They never showed. I called and their notes have a text and voicemail to me which I never received. I only received a confirmation of my appointment. Needless to say I won't be using them. This outfit grossly overcharged for just draining the water heater and adding a devise on the heater which cost only $60. at Home Depot...they charged $1,600.00. to drain the heater and walk around the house and look at the toilets , et. A few months prior to that they charged $2,400.00 to fix the air/heater unit and rewired the main contacts wrong. I had to call another plumber to fix it properly for another $100. The man spent several hours writing explanations on his Ipad and told me (at age 86) that I "would not be up to code unless I went along with his recommendation. Then, had me sign whatever it was on his pad to complete the job. I paid both charges with my credit card and tryed to get a credit. After several weeks, they claimed I still owed them? I was shocked to receive a mechanics lean on the house for $118.00 which I promply paid and they confirmed released . They have a phoney club that is supposed to get you free inspections, etc. I would not refer these people to anyone.!! read more
