We paid $23,000 to have our home repiped, even though it only has two bathrooms. Looking back, I feel the company took advantage of the urgency of our situation because we had an active leak in the wall of my elderly grandfather's bedroom, and we felt we had to act immediately. After the work was completed, I obtained several additional quotes from other licensed plumbers, and they all came in at half to two-thirds less than what we paid. That was extremely disappointing to discover after the fact. On top of that, the crew relocated our outdoor water spigot without discussing it with me or getting my approval. Then, just one week after the installation, they had to return because one of the pipes they installed was leaking. While the work was eventually completed, the combination of the excessive price, lack of communication, and installation issues left me feeling that we did not receive fair value for what we paid. He said they don't make the coolant anymore, etc. He then bought his sales book, and the pricing for a new AC ranged from 13k to 20k. He lied, and we asked him to leave. We had another company come out on Monday and repair it (the coolant is still available). Please don't lie to get a sale, but be honest and let the customer decide if they want a new AC unit. read more

Called the company to make a complaint, Angel called left a message on my phone. I tried to reach back out to him, never heard back. On top of that they left a big pile of dirt in the front and never returned to put dirt back in place so there's not a huge hole in the front. I tried to report to Yelp. I think a lot of the 5 star reviews are false. And don't try to call me out online, or reach back out and condescending via Yelp by replying to this message like you have done to others. The Plumber wants $40 extra to remove a osb section of tge washer drain that took me 1 minute to remove then proceed to have me do 3 signatures on the phone to supposedly allow them to conduct work, be on the property and commit to pay. my complaint has to do with their electronic form that only presented the signature section only. It showed no explanation to what I was signing so I refused to sign. I complained to the supervisor because you can be signing your life away and not know what exactly it reads. And no matter what we said still wanted to charge us $6000 even though the heater was only $1200. Who charges over $4000 for labor. BUYER BEWARE This company and the finance company they work with--engages in deceptive practices. Two separate incidents happened to me and a family member; I'll keep this brief. First incident: We needed an urgent repair that cost $12,000 and had to finance it quickly. Because the repair was time-sensitive, we didn't have much opportunity to research the finance company (Service Finance Company). When the plumber signed us up, he told us the monthly payment would be around $250 for 18 months at 0% interest, which we agreed to. However, when the finance company contacted us directly, they said the actual payment would be $390 per month an extra $140 every month. While this may not be entirely the plumbing company's fault, they should not be partnering with a finance company that appears to rely on misleading terms and customer confusion. Second incident: The same thing happened to my brother with this finance company. On top of that, First Class Plumbing tried to convince him to authorize an additional repair on top of an already expensive job. When he sought a second opinion, it turned out there was no issue at all. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

Crooks and scam artists. I purchased a home recently and my insurance company required me to put on a water leak detection monitor. The Moen system cost approximately $600 or so for the part. A plumber came out and quoted me $4,000 for the job. I called a coworker in OC who used to do plumbing, explained what I needed and got a quote. He told me that quote was outrageous. I got a different quote from another local plumbing company who told me if I purchased the part he could put it on for $595. He came out a few days later and put it on for the price he quoted. With some additional parts and labor. AVOID First Class Plumbing at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could. Edited: After seeing the business's comment, I would like to reply back. I was told the price is different during regular hours and was told specifically that due to Mother's day the price was $750 otherwise the regular price was around $600. If $750 is the regular price for the work done then it's significantly higher than what others are offering. I'm writing this review to share my experience with First Class Plumbing and Rooter. They came out Friday, 8/8/2025, to look at a leak. They determined that the water heater was leaking and that it should be replaced. They also determined that there was a leak in one of the pipes. For these two diagnoses, I give them credit, because there was a leak in the slab; they figured that out with a PSI gauge connected to a water bib outside. Here is the part I didn't like. The cost to replace my 40-gallon water heater was $3,000.00. I relied on the supervisor who came out to guide me to a fair price. I asked for a cost breakdown and was told there was no breakdown. After the service, I learned that this price was inflated, as I received reasonable pricing from other companies I called. I take part of the fault for this as they were the first people I had look at the equipment and went with them. As a friend of mine says, "either you get your money's worth, or you learn a lesson - so you still get your money's worth." Then came the leaky pipe. I was told that the only option was a full repipe. This was in fact the case. The quote for this was $21,000.00 - it was pretty obvious this was overpriced. After three other bids, I can tell you with confidence that this price was exaggerated. I got other quotes and went with a company that charged thousands less. With all that said, the three stars are for the high pricing and the lack of a price breakdown when I requested one. As for quality, I have no complaints. read more

He looked at the condenser. he did not go up in the attic to look at the actual system. Then he said it would cost $2900 to get the system working optimally. Or I could change the system for 16,000. Now they're known as First Class Plumbing, Rooter and Air. I purchased the HVAC X-series unit by Acpro and it was completely installed in under 4 days on a 93 degree July afternoon. By 6pm the house was down to 75. I reset the unit to 78 so it would warm up a little, and then back down to 75 so I could hear the unit cycle on. I physically watched the fan on the unit outside and if I wouldn't have seen it, I probably wouldn't even have been aware when it came on...it was so quiet. The crew was very polite and seemed to be enthusiastic about doing their individually assigned jobs in order to complete the task in only one day. I'm so glad to finally get rid of that old unit that used to sit on the roof and all the deteriorating duct work that hardly transferred cool air to the vents anymore! read more

I searched Yelp for a plumber and First Class was the first response. My kitchen sink was stopped up and after trying to clear it myself, i needed help. Someone was here within two hours. Spencer was the technician. He explained everything he was going to do and after more than an hour, it was evident the snake wasn't going to work. I live in a mobile home and he went under the house and found the drain cleaning was more extensive. He explained everything that needed to be done and even offered alternatives. Danny was amazing. He was thoughtful and friendly. I'm super grateful to him for making such a horrible situation be as pleasant as he could... my tub was backed up and he came to snake it. 129.00 was the quote... I didn't ask why it was more than the 89.00 but just seemed standard and fine. But when the snake didn't work to clear the issue he talked about maybe needing a camera to look in the pipes which was another 199.00 but he had gotten in touch with Manny his manager and they were going to wave the 199.00 to send a camera down and see what the issue was. The guys worked hard looking for a crawl space, I had showed them behind the washing machine and was correct, but had to point it out to them 3 times before they actually realized it was where I was saying. I knew someone else had crawled under there before.... Eventually Danny had to crawl under, but this was after the camera was sent down maybe a foot into the pipes which where I was told unfortunately the pipes were just older and they wanted to cut 3 feet out or so to get to the primary line. I was quoted 2,100 with a first responder discount, but what the kicker to all this is-- before they left, the tub was NOT fixed and I kept saying so weird because just over night the water would not go down... and like the crawl space-- showing it to them 3 times-- the fact that there was just like an all the sudden blockage... it kinda was dismissed.... When they left, I had gone to Home Depot for the magic declogger my dad wanted me to try one time. I left it over night. The following morning, the tub was more backed up then what it was the day before so I took a plunger to the tub and maybe after 4 times, a plastic cap came up... so services not needing to be rendered. I think if the camera was actually put in, and looked through-- they probably would have found this... but, instead just I'm out 129.00... and almost 2,100 when all it was-- was a plastic cap. I trust the professionals, both guys were super polite-- but, none of it just added up to me and grateful, so grateful, I had checked one last time before pulling the trigger for the floor boards to be cut and new pipes placed, when the system is old, but-- not the issue. The cap was the issue... when texting what happened, I was never told anything afterwards so hence why I'm leaving this here. read more

If i could rate a 0 I'd do so. This company is crooked as all ever. Hired them for their hydrojetting service at my facility. Tech shows up and in his feeble attempt to correct a plumbing issue caused a much worse situation. While hydrojetting, the highly trained individual flooded my facility with SEWAGE which resulted in my having to close the facility down and No Class plumbing informed me they would handle the clean up. Their clean up was far from clean. In order to get my place back to working order i had to hire another cleaning company to deep clean and sanitize. Reads as a horror story I know. While I know the intentions weren't to cause this, the manner in which this company goes about its valued customers is disgusting. The issue was never shared by the tech so my contacting the office was the first mentioning of the problem. Not a good look. Long winded suggestion to steer clear of this company and its services.
