I called them about my water heater not working. They scheduled a technician for that morning. Then the text and wanted if I was home. I texted back and confirmed I was home waiting. They texted me later and said since I didn't call they rescheduled the technician to another call. My call was canceled. I called them and they said I could bevte next one after the technician finished the next call . What kind of service is this. It was time for my yearly plumbing maitnance. Rebecca called and text when the text would arrive. Juan Bartlett the plumbing tech was on time and very professional. As he began to explain everything that needed to be checked that is in the plumbing maintenance package. Firestone he started with the water tank. He was able to drain and refill the tank and check all reading regarding this tank. He did explain that the water pressure was high and it was hard to a reading. Next he checked all water shutoff valves in and outside the house. He explained that due to harsh water most of the valves would not turn. He check the water spout for dishwasher. Juan called Kevin Baehr (Field Manager) to come and assist him the job. Kevin came and explained all the shutoff valve, Garbage disposal corrosion, properly working toilets and sinks. Also the importance of getting the water pressure for the house at a proper temperature. Also he explained to me information about upgraded items I had requested. Juan and Kevin worded all day inside and out to get the maintenance done. Kevin and Juan worked all day and we'll into the evening to get the job done. Kevin was able to call out to Juan project to project what to go to next since in was a big job. Kevin worked on the outside water pressure and plumbing needed to be done outside. It was raining hard off and on that day. I agreed to the work order on one condition. They had to to the job that day! They agreed and did not disappoint me. Kevin is asset to the guys in the field. He began to train Juan with alot of plumber knowledge while they were working. Kevin and Juan are all asset to the company! Than you Christopher in the office for helping me with my order. The technician Luis p was great he was professional and polite and worked on a good time. the bad thing was the company itself took 3 days to actually send someone or Knowledge me as a valued customer and didn't actually thought I was worth getting someone out right away cause I used a coupon. Furthermore the company uses their employees to blackmail customers as to force customer to give 5 stars review lying about their service so the employees get a miserably $25 commission that really got me mad, also how come you have to take pictures of everything and make me sign a long long contract that I don't know what it says because I m not given enough time to read trough companies do this to scam people why not just do the job you were hired to do and take pay and give receipt simple. Stay away! They steal your money. They drew me in with false advertising of "free estimate" and then charged $450 to tell me what I already knew, that I had a leak. My son was home to deal with them and they didn't tell him there would be a charge until after wards, he didn't know he was getting ripped off so he paid them. They didn't repair anything. I had 3 other companies come out. They all did the same thing All Pro did but at NO cost what so ever!! Dealing with Alicia is pointless. She is very nice at first and acts like the company really wants to make things right, but they never do. They just want to convince you to remove the negative review. Rip off con artists! Called them Out for a simple repair our regular guy couldn't make it. These clowns quoted us 1400 for a 300 job! The technician was a rude jerk and when we didnt agree he canceled our job! We are retired needed our issue fixed to turn on our water! Very disappointed with All Pro, they came out for a winter check up for my furnace. They took pictures' of most of the furnaces internal parts. They told me that the heat exchanger was cracked and that it could cause a carbon monoxide leak. they told me it was their responsibility to shut off the furnace to prevent any possible leak. they never showed me a photo of the cracked heat exchanger. they told me that it would be very hard to find a heat exchange for a 10 year old furnace. Since then I have had two other HVAC technicians inspect my furnace, and was told that my heat exchanger was fine .I used to Have GOETTL service my HVAC needs. Now that ALLPRO had purchased all of GOETTLE's customers I have lost all interest in using their HVAC services! I'm glad that I wasn't pressured into buying a new furnace ! read more

I had my power box blow and had to get all the breakers as well as wire replaced. Corona from All Pro came out at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and assessed what was needed (everything) and was back first thing the next day to get the job done. His work was immaculate especially compared to the original "spaghetti" look of the box he replaced. This is, by far, not the least expensive alternative to having electrical work done but I have found that you have to pay for quality!! We ordered a new stove but found out our gas lines needed to be modified before it would fit in our kitchen. We called All Pro. They quoted us, came out the same day, then did the repairs within a couple of hours. Our technicians were John Bates and Eric Diaz. They were both professional and competent. I usually don't write bad reviews, but what really pushed me over the edge and made me decide to write this one was the recent issue with the heater they installed. In early March, my upstairs heater either wouldn't start or would start several hours after I turned it on. A technician came out and told me that the gas pressure was too high, which burned the heater sensor. I was then told I had to pay to fix the issue. I tried to explain that it was their technician who set up the gas pressure incorrectly and caused the sensor to burn out--so why should I have to pay for it? The technician couldn't answer and instead recommended that I sign up for a membership, which would cover the cost. So, I signed up for the membership, and the sensor was replaced. However, that didn't solve the problem. A more experienced technician came out and recommended replacing the control board. Ever since the control board was replaced, I started smelling gas inside my house. At first, I thought it might be the smell of the new control board, but after a few days, the gas smell remained--and got stronger. I called Al Pro, and they recommended I contact the gas company. The gas company came out and found that the connector to the furnace was loose and leaking a significant amount of gas. I feel incredibly lucky that my house didn't explode due to their negligence. I originally signed up with this company almost two years ago to replace both my upstairs and downstairs AC units because my 18-year-old downstairs unit was leaking. I had them replace everything, including the condensers and furnaces, and that's when the nightmare began. I've had constant issues with their equipment--for example, they forgot to turn on a switch, which caused the condenser fan to run nonstop just hours after installation even the AC and fan were manually turned off. They also forgot to tighten something in the condenser, which caused a loud "shredding" noise when I turned on the AC. On top of that, there's barely any air coming out of the bathroom in my master bedroom. I've had to call them out repeatedly to fix issues, but the airflow problem in the bathroom still hasn't been resolved. Eventually, I just gave up. I hope my review helps others make a more informed decision before signing up with this company. read more

They had close to 5 stars and now as I'm writing this review, they dropped to 3.5 stars. know I would have never hired them had I seen those reviews to begin with. Now let me show you what "All Pro" work looks like. It looks like I took my toddler to the roof and had him apply slurry with no cleanliness or method. Had them come out and flush my tankless water heater, said the valves were froze up and had them install new valves. Few month's later it starting to leak. Called them to check on it and they quoted me $8500 for a new water heater. When I talked to him I asked him how he came up with that number when I already had done some research and found the water heater for $1200 (Retail). He told me they could repair it since the part was under warranty and quoted $6800 for repair. I told him I would find someone else to do it. Regarding ALL PRO plumbing, heating and air conditioning I would not recommend this company for any plumbing heating or air conditioning jobs. They are very overpriced and their contracts are very vague. Do not let their smiling friendly demeanor fool you. I compare them to used car dealers. If you do use them make sure that EVERYTHING that you discuss with them in person is in writing in your contract or agreement that you sign if not, good luck to you. Unfortunately for me I was in a hurry and I did not get additional estimates, but while they were digging, I did have another licensed professional plumber come and look at their work (while they were still trenching) and he said he would've charged about 4000 less for that job lesson learned. keep in mind they have a lot of overhead. As it turned out they could not unclog my outdoor storm drain because the pipes in the backyard are also clogged or collapsed. (They couldn't have known that) but I definitely will not use them for this back yard bigger job or any other job in the future. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!NOPE NOPE NOPE!!!! THE WORST! Installed NEW A/C unit not even 2 years ago for about $13,000. Ran the A/C handful of times. Went to turn it on Fathers Day, and there is no cool air. After All Pro RESCHEDULED and NO SHOWED few times, they finally got there 1 MONTH LATER with over 100 degree weather almost each day. Says that the TXV was bad and will cost OVER $3000 to fix since labor is not included in the warranty. Serviceman stated the refrigerant is $300 a pound and unit will require 10 pounds. HA HA HA!! This company is full of crap. They up-charge you. Tell stuff you don't need. Give you the most expensive stuff. They don't communicate well at all they will not show up if you owe anything you have to call to find out why only to find out it's a miss understanding. The work quality is good but the costumer service is horrible. We have spent money on full replacement two HVAC units in two homes and had a split system put in our families mobile home. They said they would remove the old unit that's on the roof for a fee. They never removed it then they were supposed to call us and discuss some type of credit or refund and they never did. Then to top it all off, the workers were supposed to go to my families home and got into a shouting match with two elderly women that have mobility situations. This is very unacceptable from a company that deals with customers all day everyday. If the technicians can't handle the situation they should call a manager to defuse the situation as best as possible. Warning: Poor Service, Unreliable Refund Process, and Questionable Billing Practices I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Pro Plumbing. The issues started from the beginning, as the first technician spent hours trying to fix my water heater, watching YouTube tutorials, and didn't have the necessary tools to use and left me without a functioning water heater. The second technician didn't provide transparent pricing and ended up charging me $435 TWICE for the same service. To make matters worse, I was also charged separately for services that were supposedly included in the $99 Smart Saving Plan I purchased. The charges in question include: * Custom Plumbing Repair includes all needed labor material and equipments to complete ($132) * Performing Annual Tankless Descale ($303) Both of these charges seem to include similar tasks, such as water heater inspection, drain, flush, and safety inspection, which were already covered under the Smart Saving Plan. They don't even provide a receipt immediately after charging you, so you can't see how they arrived at that price. It took them a couple of days to send me one, and I had to keep asking for it. He also didn't have the tools he need despite of me telling them in advance to make sure their tools are complete. My husband follow up for a refund for the duplicate charges made to his credit cards on Nov. 13, 2024. He was told by the technician it didn't go through so he used a different credit card instead. As previously discussed with Alicia, the refund amounts are $435 (Chase) and $280 (Mastercard). He was told to expect the refunds within 2-3 days after November 21.  Despite being promised by ALICIA a refund within 2-3 days, it's been over two weeks, and I've yet to receive my money back. When my husband called on December 4, ALICIA requested additional documents, which we promptly provided. However, we've yet to receive a refund or any further communication. I've observed that Alicia is typically the one responding to complaints. However, in my experience, when she says she's going to help, it doesn't actually happen. It seems like they're more focused on appearing to resolve issues rather than actually providing assistance. I've tried to reach out to the company for clarification and a refund, but my emails and texts have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and unreliable refund process has been frustrating and stressful. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with All Pro Plumbing. I had a plumbing issue (clogged drain) in the kitchen sink area and water was leaking through one of the pipes making a mess. When I called All-Pro Plumbing for an appointment, they sent Joseph Salas to rescue next day. Joseph was very knowledgeable and educated me on the process and what needs to be done, and what actions I can take in future to prevent it from happening. He was very polite and personable. He honored a coupon that I had. He took his time to clean up (snake) the clog and made sure all pipes are snugly tight and secure so that they don't leak. I really appreciated how he helped and communicated throughout the entire process. I'm sure All-Pro has many talented plumbing professionals, but I'm glad and lucky that they sent out Joseph Salas. Call for a slow drain. The tech couldn't fix the issue. Called next level to inspect with camera. He got the camera stuck then had to disassemble the p-trap and pipe. Couldn't resolved the issue. They reconnect the p-trap and now it's leaking. Don't call them unless you want end up sales and making the situation worst. read more

I had a really bad experience with the technician who came to provide an estimate earlier this week. After two technicians inspected everything, my thermostat stopped working shortly after I turned on the AC. I wasn't sure what the issue was, and when I send a message and asked, no one responded or took responsibility. Today, I received another estimate, and when the new AC technician came to check, he discovered that one of the wires in the furnace wasn't properly screwed in and was touching the ground. He also noted that some of the other wires were improperly connected. In attempting to fix the issue, he ended up blowing five fuses. He took a picture of the furnace showing the wire that was disconnected and touching the ground. I'm not sure what additional damage may have occurred because of this, and I would like to know how you plan to address this situation and take responsibility for the problems caused. read more

So, we had our ac for upstairs stop blowing old air. All Pro came out, investigated and said there was a leak. They replaced some of the ac parts as well as refilling the refrigerant. This cost us just a little under 4k. About two days later, the same ac unit stopped blowing cold air again. They said the leak was due to a part (coil) needing to be replaced, and because this part was no longer under warranty that we would have to replace the entire ac unit both upstairs and downstairs. This was now going to cost us an additional $17k-$30k on top of the $4k we had already paid for the two days of cool air. Also, this house we bought new and is only 8 years old and they were aware of this. The technician said he might knock it out down a bit if we were to sign right away. I ignored this and got another estimate. The next ac company that came down did confirm that that part (coil) needed to be replaced, but said since the house was under 10 years old, the part should be under warranty. They called the ac unit's brand company, confirmed it was under warranty and ended up replacing the coil without having to replace the entire unit. They even said the part that they did replace as part of the $4k was under warranty as well, and we were likely charged for a new part. Going with another company saved us at least $20k and wished id of gone with another company from the start and not wasted $4k on 2 days of cool air. Extremely unhappy and disappointed. UPDATE As was seen in the response below i was told to reach out to their customer service to see if they could make things right which they provided both email and number. Over two weeks ago i sent email, no one replied. So, then over a week ago i tried calling the number they provided. They said the person was not available and they would call me back. Over a week and no one has called back. I then tried calling earlier this week and same thing, they said person was not available and would get call back. Days have passed with no call back. After the technician inspected the air-conditioning unit, I was given a $1, 000.00 dollar estimate and agreed to the repairs. After the repairs were complete, I was presented with an invoice for $1, 980.00. I questioned the tech about the indiscriminate cost of repairs that doubled without any further discussion and questioned the fact that the invoice I was presented with was not itemized. The tech informed me that he replaced the blower motor-relay a part estimated to cost approximately $600. 00 dollars.
