Great customer service! Stopped by here after my husband ran over a screw. The screw was wedged in the tire and we didn't know how deep it went. Stopped by here with the hopes they could patch it if needed. Got us in right away. Gentleman put our car on the lift, removed screw and showed us there was no hole:). Wow! I called at 3:30pm to see if they had any openings for a safety check and they said YES! Came in and they got it done in 15minutes! Seriously hard working guys, one guy was pumping gas for an aunty, fixing another lady's car and then rang me up really quick and continued working. Seriously the most efficient shop I've ever seen. Also note, I called jiffy lubes in town and they told me they were booked for safety checks until FRIDAY. Do yourself a favor and come to this place.:) read more

Fast, Friendly and Polite Safety Inspection. I got there and checked in and I was told about three customers ahead of me. They smiled asked me to wait in my car and I would be called. Twice they checked on me to see if I was OK and give me an update. The last check was to tell me to follow the car departing and pull up. A few minutes later, they handed me the paperwork and my receipt. Total time: 25 minutes!! They thanked me for my patience. I love this service! Yes, it depends on the load, but I have had to wait longer under similar conditions. read more

Greedy rotten neighborhood business!! Think their GAs is like a $1 more than Costco, Their AIR cost $2....for AIR!!! There was an air hose a few feet inside the garage and they told me to go to the other side and it was $2..... Do not give them our Aina Haina business. Our community deserves better. read more

These guys do good, honest work. That's really all you can ask for in a mechanic. They're also friendly and have a good attitude toward their customers. I don't even live in Aina Haina but I still take my car here because I know that I can trust these guys. I am so thankful that Aina Haina 76 is our neighborhood service station. They have always consistently provided friendly, skillful, reasonably priced service, but yesterday they went above and beyond. In the morning, during a freakish accident, a huge tree branch speared my car's front grill and radiator. I was soooooo relieved that my car made it to the station just as the last drops of radiator fluid drained, and the car started to smoke. Everyone there was so kind! By mid afternoon, a new radiator had been installed and I had my car back! Just outstanding! read more

I made an appointment and had my oil changed here because it was conveniently located near my daughter's My Gym class. I was in and out of there within an hour which worked out great because it coincided with her class time. Upon inspection they also found that my cabin and AC filter needed to be replaced so they called to ask me about changing it. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service was great! I never felt like I was being pressured in any way and would highly recommend them. read more

Thank goodness I think I finally found an auto shop that is pretty convenient and gave me a very good impression. Everyone there seems to be very friendly and helpful. Fortunately, my Check Engine problem seems to be minor. I'll probably schedule my other car needs with them. Get real Toyota, sometimes people can't wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. The work they do for you vehicle is just fine. Too bad staff is short tempered and irritable. They even acknowledge the fact they recognize me as a customer for over 20 years. Yet, they feel I did not act in a manner they appreciate. So felt they would throw that back at me with two fold of an attitude. My guess is they staff have been working there for so many decades, that they are worn out. And have stopped appreciating customers, and customer service years ago. Super convenient oil change for a car owner who rarely plans ahead. Was able to take care of one errand within the shopping center, and by the time I came back to the service station, the work was done. Went to the station this morning ,put $63.00 gas noticed my front tire was VERY low. Walked over and saw the air line coiled up next to the other pump, moved my truck and asked if I could get some air? Attendant tells me it would cost $2.00 I said I just put $63.00 gas you can,t give me some air? Then a guy walks out of the office tell him same story tells me $2.00 asks me if I know how a air compressor works? I tell him yes I own a transmission repair shop for over 40 years.Then I asked for business card said no. This place has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be careful if you go here as the May charge you for the air you breath. My wife goes here every week to put gas we will no longer drop $100.00 a week in this joint save your damn $2.00 read more

They do safety checks but apparently not very efficiently. I called at 1:30 today and they said they could do it at 2:30. I went early to wait thinking they might be able to do it sooner. They told me 2:30 so I can wait or come back. I went back about 2:10 and they told me they couldn't do it at 2:30 it would be more like 4pm or later. It's almost like they don't want to do safety checks. Not to mention it's the end of the month. Super disappointed with their horrible service. read more

Wow! Couldn't Believe this 76 gas station in Aina Haina shopping center. I don't even think it took more than 10 minutes for them to do my safety check. I dropped off my truck I went to the store got dinner came back within 10 minutes my truck was already done. Friendly people friendly cashier the best place to go get your safety check done and the fastest. I would recommend anyone needing a safety check in a hurry to go there and not to have to wait an hour plus like the 76 gas station in Hawaii Kai you are not customer service people you gave me a hard time and you did a horrible job. You did such a rush job the last time you put the sticker on upside down. No more for Hawaii Kai, Aina Haina, ur da bomb!!! read more

I have 3 cars. Thankfully, so far, no mechanical issues with these cars, but I've sent a few other cars for service in the past as did my grandparents who lived in Aina Haina for years! For me, the 3 cars go in for their safety check renewals annually. Two of the three cars have always been done on Saturdays. We're talking over 10 years for me and my grandparents at least 40 years!!
