Wow! I called at 3:30pm to see if they had any openings for a safety check and they said YES! Came in and they got it done in 15minutes! Seriously hard working guys, one guy was pumping gas for an aunty, fixing another lady's car and then rang me up really quick and continued working. Seriously the most efficient shop I've ever seen. Also note, I called jiffy lubes in town and they told me they were booked for safety checks until FRIDAY. Do yourself a favor and come to this place.:) read more

The great reputation for this place is real. I pulled in for a safety inspection around 10 am (no appointment needed) and waited only 10-15 minutes to get served. Check was done quickly, accurately, and all of the staff was super friendly and professional. Don't believe the few haters... this is the BEST place to get a safety inspection on the central/East side and I'll return here next year and beyond. read more

Gotta give it up to these guys!! So polite, awesome customer service. Dropped my car off for an oil change at 12:15 & they were calling me to pick it up at 1!! So quick. & for only $45. Thanks! I'll be back again soon. read more

I love my neighborhood 76. It's awesome having a service station so close to home. They're always helpful and friendly - support our local businesses! read more

You all gotta get your butt in gear. Lots of competition out there and big companies when they arrive will take your business if your attitudes don't change "gentleman". A few of you always look like your hating life. Smile, you could be dead from covid. Service is horrible at best. Be more pleasant as YOU chose customer service as your job not the people arriving for service. If you don't want to be approachable then be a rubbish man or an embalmer. read more

Came in for a safety check. Super quick and workers are friendly. Would return for future automobile troubles.

Service has greatly improved. Got an oil change and they were very nice. Used to have bad customer service with mean people. Now it's a great place for service and they do safety checks again too. They have some new people who are a pleasure to work with. Previously 1 star review now up to 5! it's great! read more

Fast, Friendly and Polite Safety Inspection. I got there and checked in and I was told about three customers ahead of me. They smiled asked me to wait in my car and I would be called. Twice they checked on me to see if I was OK and give me an update. The last check was to tell me to follow the car departing and pull up. A few minutes later, they handed me the paperwork and my receipt. Total time: 25 minutes!! They thanked me for my patience. I love this service! Yes, it depends on the load, but I have had to wait longer under similar conditions. read more

Great customer service. Fast safety check even with them having to change a headlight bulb. I highly recommend this place for safety checks and any auto repairs because they are honest and competent. Awesome overall experience. I will be back! read more

Card reader not working, displaying message she cashier every time, not trash cans by the pumps for such a large gas station only one trash cans all the way by the shop, customer service poor. read more

These guys have always been super accommodating and patient. Safety check, flat tire, oil change, whatever, they always do a good job.

Called ahead for an oil change and was able to go in an hour after I called. Service is quick and they don't try to push you for other products like some other places. read more

These guys do good, honest work. That's really all you can ask for in a mechanic. They're also friendly and have a good attitude toward their customers. I don't even live in Aina Haina but I still take my car here because I know that I can trust these guys. The next time you here a funny sound from your car and your regular mechanic gives you another long and expensive list of things that need to be fixed, give these guys a call. read more

Outstanding. Michael and the staff were on time, courteous and gave me pointers on what to do for my safety check. Returned to get my sticker and received the same level of professionalism. Suggest you make an appointment. Great experience and I'm glad I was referred by a trusted source. Thank you Aina Haina 76. You are great! read more

Greedy rotten neighborhood business!! Think their GAs is like a $1 more than Costco, Their AIR cost $2....for AIR!!! There was an air hose a few feet inside the garage and they told me to go to the other side and it was $2..... Do not give them our Aina Haina business. Our community deserves better. read more

BEWARE CREDIT CARD FRAUD: My credit card number was stolen here by a gas pump skimmer and a duplicated card was made. Charges were made after I returned home from vacation. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not only are the employees unprofessional and quite honestly just plain mean, they inflated my estimate and added on ridiculous charges. Never coming back again And I would highly recommend getting a second opinion. read more

Went to get my safety check on my lunchbreak and it was done in less than 30 minutes!!!

Oil change and safety check done in 30 mins!fastest oil change ever, Super friendly service! Made my day!!

For general repairs, tune ups, and safety checks, Chad and his guys get the job done right and at a reasonable price. Located in the Aina Haina Shopping Center, this 76 station is convenient for east Oahu residents. The guys here are honest and down to earth. If something on your vehicle breaks, snaps, squeaks, deflates, or starts leaking, stop by and see what they can do for you. read more

I am so thankful that Aina Haina 76 is our neighborhood service station. They have always consistently provided friendly, skillful, reasonably priced service, but yesterday they went above and beyond. In the morning, during a freakish accident, a huge tree branch speared my car's front grill and radiator. I was soooooo relieved that my car made it to the station just as the last drops of radiator fluid drained, and the car started to smoke. Everyone there was so kind! By mid afternoon, a new radiator had been installed and I had my car back! Just outstanding! read more

I made an appointment and had my oil changed here because it was conveniently located near my daughter's My Gym class. I was in and out of there within an hour which worked out great because it coincided with her class time. Upon inspection they also found that my cabin and AC filter needed to be replaced so they called to ask me about changing it. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service was great! I never felt like I was being pressured in any way and would highly recommend them. read more

I also came here based off of the yelp reviews since I couldn't go to my usual spot for a safety check....the staff is friendly, the wait was shorter than expected and I will definitely be back! :0) thanks yelpers for the recommendation!! read more

Thank goodness I think I finally found an auto shop that is pretty convenient and gave me a very good impression. Everyone there seems to be very friendly and helpful. Fortunately, my Check Engine problem seems to be minor. I'll probably schedule my other car needs with them. Get real Toyota, sometimes people can't wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Thanks Chad and the gang! read more

Pumps are slow and I noticed that when the pump clicks and stops the the price keeps going about 2-3 cents after it stops. Wth? Oh well people gotta make money I guess. read more

Made an appointment to have my 2004 Rav4 oil change/3K service -- they kept the appointment time, did the service (oil change, rotate tires, check fluid levels) and even did a quick check of belts, and gas line -- came back in good time and fair price! read more

Not sure what happened to the service at this station. We used to like coming here for car service and maintenance. But over the past year customer service and adequate repair has gone downhill. read more

The work they do for you vehicle is just fine. Too bad staff is short tempered and irritable. They even acknowledge the fact they recognize me as a customer for over 20 years. Yet, they feel I did not act in a manner they appreciate. So felt they would throw that back at me with two fold of an attitude. My guess is they staff have been working there for so many decades, that they are worn out. And have stopped appreciating customers, and customer service years ago. Two stars because I have never found much of an issue with any of the actual work they do. read more

Super convenient oil change for a car owner who rarely plans ahead. Was able to take care of one errand within the shopping center, and by the time I came back to the service station, the work was done. I dealt with 4 different members of the staff, and each was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back! read more

Went to the station this morning ,put $63.00 gas noticed my front tire was VERY low. Walked over and saw the air line coiled up next to the other pump, moved my truck and asked if I could get some air? Attendant tells me it would cost $2.00 I said I just put $63.00 gas you can,t give me some air? Then a guy walks out of the office tell him same story tells me $2.00 asks me if I know how a air compressor works? I tell him yes I own a transmission repair shop for over 40 years. Then I asked for business card said no. This place has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be careful if you go here as the May charge you for the air you breath. My wife goes here every week to put gas we will no longer drop $100.00 a week in this joint save your damn $2.00 read more

Great service. Got my safety check and it took about 30 minutes. They tell you no more than an hour. Get an appointment and you're all set. I'll be back! read more

guam a's review is incorrect. Aina Haina 76 is still in business doing repairs.

They do safety checks but apparently not very efficiently. I called at 1:30 today and they said they could do it at 2:30. I went early to wait thinking they might be able to do it sooner. They told me 2:30 so I can wait or come back. I went back about 2:10 and they told me they couldn't do it at 2:30 it would be more like 4pm or later. It's almost like they don't want to do safety checks. Not to mention it's the end of the month. Super disappointed with their horrible service. read more

Review is specific to getting a safety check. Awesome experience. Called around noon, got appointment at 2:30pm same day. Dropped off car and it was done in lightning fast speed. read more
