If it's an accident then being sorry is appropriate. When it's done on purpose, not so much. They were not sorry. Just sorry they got caught. For me once that happens all credibility goes out the window. What else are they lying about? No longer trustworthy. Been coming here for many years. 3 different vehicles. I just washed my car last week. I habitually put the cardboard box in the car, just to avoid dirtying it. This time I also came to jiffy lube on 2550 S Beretania St , Honolulu Hawaii 96826 on last Friday January 16,2026 to change the engine oil. I don't understand why the mechanic could make my car so dirty. I am fine If he stepped on the cardboard because I can change it when it is dirty. But he stepped on the side and the shoeprints on it. When I got home, I tried many methods but couldn't clean it up. I've been to this Ji ffy Lube for oil changes and other services several times before, but l've never experienced something as dirty as this time. This mechanic is really bad. read more

03/07/26 Needed a quick oil change. Brandon approached me in less than 2 minutes after pulling up to queuing. Consulting me with my options and even considered my budget. Brandon is SUPER friendly and listened to my concerns. I even had my windshield wipers changed. IN at 11:55 A.M. -OUT at 12:21 PM. She suggested I stop at this Jiffy Lube to have them check the tire pressure since it was the closest location from my hotel. Sure enough, the technician immediately said the tire pressure was too low and immediately checked all four tires for me. He was so quick and efficient and there was no charge at all! The worst. Forget 15 minute oil change. It was 50 minutes and only 1car was ahead of me. There were myriad excuses but after intake it was 20 minutes before someone told me the license plate did not match the vin number (I had changed license plates subsequent to my previous visit there) and it would be a few more minutes. And another 25 minutes before any work began and it was only after I started asking questions about what was taking so long. The employees made it clear they were annoyed about me being upset. There is absolutely no regard for a customer's time. GO ELSEWHERE unless you want to spend an hour waiting for your oil change. read more

Oil Change only review. I have used this location 3 times now. The 1st time was quite a long time ago. They were super busy that day and it took a while. The last 2 times I was there was really fast. The workers were very nice at explaining to me my options without over complicating things or trying to sell me something I did not need. Literally once, I got out of my car, used the restroom, checked an email on my phone an they were already done. If there are coupons or you qualify for a discount they will hook you up and not try to hide it like some places. This is a in/out in 30 minutes or less ordeal unlike the dealer where you sit there for 2.5 hours (if you're lucky) and you pay 1/3 the price of the dealer. Bonus: Burger King, Korea House and Long's are all right there in case your service take more than a few minutes. Bonus 2: They add any service they do to your Car Fax Report. Nice to know you can easily prove you maintained your vehicle when you need to sell it one day. read more
