He immediately knew the fix and he and his crew got to work right away. For the amount of physical exertion I saw them put in, I felt the cost to me was more than fair. The sheer contortion they had to perform to fix it... I really think I got a bargain. This review is not from the perspective of a "car person" so, that's a grain of salt to take. I really don't know how much such a repair is *supposed* to cost. This review is from the perspective of a stressed out human being who, upon completion of service, felt like a valued and important customer. I messaged Alexander once on the weekend about safety checks and he was very responsive and told me walk ins were good and when I went in at 12pm on Tuesday he wasn't in. one of the mechanics said come back at 230-300 so I did and he wasn't there again. Idk how they do with repairs but as far as safety checks they only seem to have one person authorized so it's hard to get a checked. Maybe I'll give um another try and see how it goes but so far first experience wasn't the greatest. read more
