Excellent customer service and very timely. I called for a tire alignment and was able to get an appointment the following day. There was a small waiting room with AC but I decided to grab lunch while I waited. The receptionist gave me a handful of chocolates as well. Very friendly! read more

Took my car in just a day or two from requesting appt. Was thorough and on time with the estimated repair. Of course, they were cheaper than the dealership I normally go to for maintenance. read more

They are so nice and helpful! I went there with a nail in my tire and a slow leak. Because the nail was so close to the edge, they immediately said the tire had to be replaced. They said they could only put the spare tire on because they didn't have a new tire to match my car. I thanked the nice man and told him I'd try to go someplace that stocked tires and he then put air in that tire so it wouldn't be so flat. I will totally return to this place the next time I need service! read more

If you're looking for a trustworthy, high-quality auto repair shop, look no further. From my very first call with Aaron to chatting with Jaimie at the front desk, I was impressed by their friendly, genuine customer service. Their diagnostics were lightning fast, and the labor costs were more than fair. Absolutely no price gouging. I was so happy with my experience that I immediately sent a group text to 10 family members who are always on the hunt for a good mechanic. Artesian Auto Repair is hands down the most honest, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable auto repair shop I've found on the island. They forever have a loyal customer in us. Mahalo! read more

As a female, I always want my husband to bring my car in whenever it needed servicing. I told him the shops treat him differently than me. Artesian is so nice and I don't feel that idiot feeling you get from other shops. I trust them to do the right thing and highly recommend them to all! read more

Honest mechanics. Had them replace my CV axles on Subaru crosstrek. Fair price for the work done. The work took longer due to rust on the car but they didn't charge extra for the excess labor. They give a 10% discount for military and they don't charge extra credit card fees. read more

The airbag light on my Nissan Altima came on, so I took it in for a check. Not only did they diagnose the problem for free, they did it in under the hour they originally estimated. Honestly, how many places do that these days? It turned out to be a sensor issue, so they referred me to the dealer. I felt a little guilty getting a free diagnosis--so the least I can do is spread the word about how great they are. read more

I called many times over about a week and no one ever picked up the phone. I understand - you're busy. The recorded message says they'll call you back if you leave your info. I left a message and no one ever called me back. read more

Fantastic service and fantastic mechanics! I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Much cheaper than the dealership, too.

Always always five stars here and we practically live in our car here especially the past few months even more so and with our roads here are just the worst my car unfortunately had enough of it. I knew of the issue first hand from my last safety check and explained the whole situation. It's like visiting the doctors they did a wonderful description of what needed and how it'd be done and the realistic time frame, they ordered the part needed and scheduled my appointment in accordance to its arrival. Location is just ideal right next to the blood bank in McCully sorta a hidden spot even for those who know the area well. Absolute friendliest staff all around that takes excellent care and gives me that peace of mind that is priceless. Thank you!! read more

I have gone to the team at Artesian a few times now; they have done work on my daughter's 2004 G35 which has come out quite well; including the famous gasket valve cover oil leak issues that plague these fun cars. They have also replaced window motor and locks as well. They do good work and if there are issues, they will fix it (my windows were a bit off due to need to reset setting after changing door locks and window motors.) They are not the cheapest but their prices are fair and keep in mind my car is old so parts are harder to come by. I like the option that they let me bitch about the parts prices and I can take my chances with eBay if I want. Haha. It's a good option compared to others in town and generally gets it done that days. Can't speak to emergency work though since haven't had that issue yet. Thank you Artesian! read more

History: I had my shocks replaced at home and anytime changing suspension parts, alignment may be affected. Well mine was and my wheels were squealing on all surfaces and no sitting flat on the ground. In the past I had gone to another shop for alignment, but decided to try this place since it is in a bit more convenient location. I called a day before to see when I could come in for service, they said as early as tomorrow at the time. I elected for a couple days after and we set a date. The reservation process was easy and convenient. Day of, I showed up a little late, but they were accommodating and asked if I was going to stay or leave the car and have them call me. I decided to stay and do some work in their waiting room. It's big enough to fit maybe 4 or 5 people and today it was just me. I did some work on my laptop while waiting. Not too long later the wahine notified me that my car was done without any issues. I paid my bill which was more than expected, but still within reason (I guess inflation?). The mechanic was waiting with my car and had one of those carpet protector sheets to keep my car clean. When driving away, it was smooth and even on the pavement. Overall it was a good experience. In this case of you-get-what-you-pay-for, my car feels great! so I'm happy with it and would recommend. read more

When your vehicle needs to be fixed or maintained, there's no one more I trust to give me reliable service and to be honest about what needs to be worked on and what doesn't. That is something rare to find nowadays. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and hold the proper certifications. Very friendly and have an A/C waiting room. read more

I recently had to drop off my car to Artesian Auto Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Bobby and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They provided a quick turnaround on my repairs, keeping me updated constantly throughout the process with their exceptional communication. Jamie was a pleasure to chat with and I even got a candy cane and piece of chocolate as a Christmas gift when I picked it up. The pricing was fair and transparent, which is always a relief when dealing with car repairs. I know it's fair because I called several other shops to do quick comparisons and found they were just below the median price for similar services. Not the lowest or highest just fair pricing. Lower prices were had at smaller shops further outside of the area I live so it didn't make that much sense to pay for towing and go elsewhere. Additionally, their convenient location just off of King Street made it super easy to drop off and pick up my daily driver. Overall, Artesian Auto Repair has earned my highest recommendation. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs! read more

Called late afternoon to schedule oil change appt, got one the next day. Reasonable price for full synthetic with inspection & topping off fluids. $105.86 incl tax. The nicest, most honest auto repair shop I know of. They took care of my car's a/c problems at a fair price. Even better-- they took care of elderly parents' car-- with patience and respect for them-- even though they had to speak loudly and repeat several times because my parents forgot to wear their hearing aides that day. (Lol) Thank you for everything. Our family has trusted this shop for over a decade, and it's great to see they're still giving the same, great service as they always have... read more

Cannot say enough great things about Artesian Auto Repair. Absolutely the best auto mechanics on the island. Very fair and transparent on costs and timing. Great Customer service! I had an appt with another auto shop that I took off work the Whole day for. And I Had asked pacifically over the phone if they could do electrical work. They said YES! When I got there they told me they couldn't do it and didn't even look at the truck. End up finding Artesian Auto Company near by calling them and telling them my situation with my truck and the auto shop I just came from. Told me to come in right away. When I got there the lady in the Front desk was already coming out the office to greet me and get more information about the truck. Come to find out it was my battery Terminals And just a new battery! There Mechanics got to work so fast on my truck and got it done! And they're still helping me order more parts for my truck That I need to get done! I live all the way in Kapolei but when they show great Service like this it's Worth it ! Thanks Artesian Auto Company ! Made my day! read more

Outstanding experience at Artesian Auto Repair!! Aaron and team were quick, helpful, and effective. The front bumper of my Lexus CT 200h scraped a curb and came loose. It was starting to flap and I didn't want a minor issue to grow into a bigger problem. I called Artesian Auto and Aaron said he would take a look at it whenever I had time to stop by the shop. I arrived later that day at about 4:10 and he came to help me within a minute of arrival. By 4:15 he had diagnosed the issue and by 4:25 it was fixed. Wow! Mahalo Aaron and team. Strongly recommend this shop! read more

This place is the best! After getting ignored by Midas for an urgent appt. I called Aaron at Artisian and he told me a good time to bring my car in on the same day. Once I got there, he took my car for a test drive, heard the noise then put my car on lifters. Turns out one of my tires was so badly torn (yes, torn). If I had driven on it any further it would have exploded. They ordered the tire right away and I was able to get everything taken care of before I had to go to work the next day. I can say I now have a trusted auto-shop. read more

Great service, professional and knowledgeable. For general auto repair and service I highly recommend this business.

I found this gem of an auto shop when I worked right around the corner on Young street. I would drop my car off before work in the morning and pick it up when it was done. Service was quick and the owner and people who work there are so nice and helpful. I had an issue with the incorrect tires they had used. They corrected it right away! I'm sad my office has moved further away. I would totally recommend Artesian Auto Repair. read more

This past year, my car has been in and out of several shops. None of them really fixed my car. It went from one shop to another. It got towed 5 times already. I finally found Artesian Auto. I called and Aaron took the time to ask me several questions to get more information on my car. I took it into him and he was in constant communication with me letting me know what was wrong. He got me back on the road. This shop does everything...electrical...a/c...repairs. The pretty lady behind the counter even gave me some chocolate :) you know what they say...behind every smart man is an even smarter woman. LOL! I'm definitely coming back! read more

Best auto repair in town. They are fast efficient and most importantly honest. If you need a repair this is the place to go.

I came here because my engine light came on. When I got my oil changed a couple months ago it came on andwas recommended to come here from a friend, she's a feminist lol so I trust her. Anyways, I called first to tell them what my dilemma was. The guy on the phone was super helpful and nice and told me I could bring my car in anytime during business hours and of the week. I came in after work around 4:15 they did a quick complementary diagnostic check on my car and pulled up an estimate. The sensor for my engine or whatever was dirty so they said that they'd have to order that part and they estimated with everything including an oil change it would be about $300. I left and I didn't secure an appointment. A couple days later they did a follow up call with me which was nice it was the lady this time. She's very nice as well. I thought about it for another day then decided I wanted to get that shit fixed so I called the following day and asked when would be a good day to bring my car in and how long it would take they said any day was good and that the procedure for my car would be fast. So I scheduled it for the next day. I came in around 12 and was out of the shop by 1. I used the yelp 10% off and he took off the oil change because I change my oil for my car every 3,000 miles so everything came out to about $230. Everything is fine now on my car plus my safety check is coming up too so even more so that's why I wanted to get my engine light done. I will be back if I need any work done on my car I don't feel like I was jipped. Customer service is awesome and the space is clean :) read more

My Truck's AC stopped working one day so I needed an auto shop in Honolulu that would service my AC. I tried filling my truck's ac with refrigerant but it only stayed cold for a day. I instantly knew I had a leak in my ac unit so I needed expert help. I found Artesian Auto Repair on Yelp and they had excellent reviews. They are a small local repair shop and I wanted to support local businesses during this pandemic time. I emailed them and Kristie wrote back and I was able to schedule an appointment with them. The estimate was very reasonable too. I was right about the leak in my ac unit. Kristie called me back after they did a diagnostic and my evaporator and condenser had a leak. This was a big job so it took a little over a day to fix so I had to leave my truck over night. But the next day Kristie called back and my truck was done! When I picked up my truck the AC was cold again! Yay! Artesian Auto Repair also ran an air sanitizer through my HVAC system to sanitize my truck! When I was driving home, I found out that my radio was not working and the controls on my steering wheel was not working. I called Kristie the next day and she apologized and said I can take my truck back anytime and they will fix it. Today I had the time and Kristie and her team fixed my radio! My TPMS light was on too and they filled my tires with air and reset the light at no additional cost. Thank you Kristie, Bobby, and your team at Artesian Auto Repair! I found a local shop to take my truck for repairs in the future. It is great to support local businesses especially in this hard economic times. read more

We got a flat tire on our way to an event. We were able to get the spare on but were quite a long distance away from our destination and did not feel comfortable driving there on the spare. We found Artesian Auto Repair by chance as we were driving. We stopped to see if they could help us. They were extremely polite and helpful during the process of checking and repairing the tire, then putting it back on the car. We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes, and we were back on the road to our event! It was very low cost, and they would not accept gratuity, even though we really wanted them to have it. We were very grateful for their friendly, professional and quick help!! read more

I wanted to replace a coil (goes over the spark plug)... they wouldn't give a quote over the phone so I brought my truck in as suggested, they called back with a quote over $1,000!! They included stuff I didn't need after removing the stuff I didn't need, quote was just over $500, seemed high so I said no thanks and went to get my truck back. They wanted $150 for a diagnosis!?! I told them I already diagnosed it, I told them exactly what I wanted done, even gave them the computer code.. they did me a "favor" and knocked it down to $80... for doing nothing, giving me a ridiculous quote and wasting half my day. I found the part at the auto store, $60 literally watched a 6min video and replaced it myself in about 5 min. 1 bolt. For $80 they could have done it right there in the spot. Come on guys... be better! Would not recommend, but if you do get a quote BEFORE you waste your time going down there. read more
