I use to bring my MB to the dealer to services for years, but my friend recommended me to try this shop. They seems to be very nice and friendly, my wife took her car in for oil change once, and the next time my wife return for a second oil change, they already remember he, take about personal touchr. The last repair they did for us, they mess up a gasket and end up their is a leak, when we brought the car back, they fix it for free, at least they own up to their mistake and did not make any excuses and just do the right thing and make it right. The only thing is they do not have a loaner car like the dealer. But that is not a deal breaker, we just need to plan ahead of time. read more

This place far exceeded my expectations! Fair, honest, and helpful! So, I had a problem with my suspension and it dropped and I was stuck on the other side of the island. I had a mechanic over in Waipahu tell me it was the airmatic and that he was going to convert my system and completely fix my suspension (and charged me to change all all the components of the suspension not just struts)! Well, long story short... he had NO IDEA what he was doing and didn't finish the job. So, I was driving a car with bad ball joints and bad bushing (Bc he only changed one out lol) and the wiring was messed up.. so I called a bunch of mechanics that specialize in Mercedes and all of them were just going to charge me to look at it. This place told me they would look at it without charging me. I took it in they were able to tell me the issues in a matter of mins and when they looked at it throughly they were like if you'd like we change change out the rest of the ball joints and.... they weren't going to look at the wiring due to they don't really deal with conversions, but they did! And they were able to rewire it and remove the error message and my car no longer sounded like a haunted house!! They treated me with respect and were able to fix my car quickly! They also told me about an issue I could take to Mercedes to fix for free?! Like they went above and beyond to make sure their work was legit and to help me out! My landlord has been looking for reliable Mercedes mechanic and I suggested this place to them and I would recommend this place to anyone else with a Mercedes on Oahu! When I have health issues I see a Physician I can trust. When I have car concerns I come here to M B Euromotors. Kinda found this place when I purchased a Groupon for window tinting next door. While waiting for my car I dropped by to check out this business which specializes in servicing Mercedes-Benz. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who presented a business card and listened as I proceeded with my inquiries. After hearing me out he briefed me about the Family owned business and most impressively mentioned that they charge about half the price that the dealership would for labor. After some research and checking out the yelp reviews I brought my car here for it's first routine check-up and service. I was very satisfied with the efficient professional service and affordability. They also gave me the run down on my cars overall condition and what I may be concerned about in the future. That was nearly a year ago so when I returned for a basic oil change I was told that my car was still running well and that an oil change was not due for another couple of months. That in itself tells me a lot about the integrity of the business. They won't "Take You For A Ride"....they'll do only what is absolutely necessary. The owner and chief mechanic and his wife are two of the friendliest honest people I have ever done business with and I back that up by putting my car on the line. The building is old and may not impress upon snobbish Benz owners but the interior and workplace is amazingly clean and organized. First time taking my W204 in for Service A. Won and Kay are very professional and friendly. Kay answered the phone right away. Did not have to listen to the machine and wait like a dealership service dept. The dealer would have charged me $500 for the same service, but MB did it for $300. I asked the dealer service dept how much to get a new battery with updating the code, and they did not know and was not willing to find out from the manager. Kay was able to quote me right away at a reasonable price and with no surprises. If you want an honest shop with quality work, MB Euromotor is the place for your MB. read more

So I found myself victim once more to Boston's cruel weather humor. Long story short I needed to change my tires. So I got great deal from the Costco in waipio. They told me the sad news that my lug nuts were corroded, probably due to salt and snow in Boston roads spread out during 9 years of winter I was up there. They suggested the Kapolei Costco tire facility to try to get it off which Kapolei was only able to get one tire off. My boyfriends good friend that owned a mechanic shop in kakaako took a stab at getting those pesky lug nuts loosened and he couldn't, however he suggested he borrow his fellow neighbor's (another mechanics) gun to get it loosened. That didn't work. So he called a good friend that ran a shop in makiki that had a powerful gun that perhaps would work. Sad story it didn't work, so he referred me to Won at MB Euro mechanics. Won told me the bad news that he would probably have to break the rims off my car to get those tires on, and I was so fed up at that point that I told him to do of whatever he needed to make this happen! Two days later l got a call saying, good news, he didn't have to break anything off my car, he was able to get the lug nuts off, put on the tires Costco threw in my back seat free of charge and noticed I was up for a service B so offered to do it for way way way under the price of what Mercedes Benz would typically charge me. Wow that made me feel like a winner after this epic game of tire changing fail! Only going here from now on to service my Mercedes! I did give a great yelp review for Mercedes Benz service center , however, I would highly recommend MB Euromechanics to save you a few hundred dollars. Some time has passed and I sold my C240 and bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. MB Euromotors continues to be a stellar business. I recently had all of my fluids changed in my E350 (oil, coolant, power steering, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and differential fluid) at a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Won looked over the car during the service and found that the idler pulley should be replaced (bearing was worn). He replaced it and only charged me for the part (no labor), which was fantastic. (I authorized the repair before he did anything) Once you're a customer, they don't charge for diagnostics, which saves you a lot of money and is convenient. This shop has been very honest and fair to me over the years. I highly recommend this place to anyone that doesn't want to pay dealership prices. read more

I'm glad I did, and so was my wallet after getting a $650 quote for a simple B service for my 05 C230 Kompressor from the MB Stealership. I can say that I was very satisfied with the overall experienced with MB Euromotors. The Garage area is kept clean and organized (something you should look for in a repair shop). The owner and his wife are very friendly and honest. I paid a fraction of the cost they would have charged me at the MB Stealership. I can say there wasn't anything i could really complain about except maybe the parking outside is spars, but that to me isn't a big deal. I dropped off my BMW 323i there for the first time, mainly to get an oil change / service and to troubleshoot a check engine light that would come and go every 24 to 48 hours. During troubleshooting the mechanic got a vacuum leak code and discovered a 0.5 inch tear in a duct that connects to the air filter housing. The hole was in an area that was undetectable due to bend in the duct and would only show by trying to straighten it out with the duct being removed. So kudos to the mechanic for finding that. Anyway, my check engine light hasn't come back since the duct was replaced a week ago. The only downside was the long wait of approximately 5 hours but I was only charged with 1 hour of labor. The final bill seemed fair to me and I'd consider going there again in the future. read more

Ok. Mercedes are expensive to repair. I've got a '98 ML320, so my recent rack & pinion steering repair here was expensive. But, from what I've heard, it was much less expensive here than if I'd brought it into the dealer. In any case, last week, two months after my last repair, a had a related steering problem. I was fearful I'd be out another $500 or more for this repair. When I arrived to pick it up, they just handed me my key and admitted it shouldn't have happened after the work they did 2 months ago. They didn't charge me a dime, and THEY took care of the towing charge!!! Today, was Christmas a week late for me in Honolulu. It would have been easy for them to charge me at least a few hundred dollars, and I know many garages would have. Bottom line is, it's so nice to find an honest, trustworthy garage. read more

Enter I moved here from Seattle several years ago and the car lot that I bought my Mercedes from was the only one I had ever experienced that had true customer service, charging $20 for oil changes if I brought the oil. I never thought I'd find any shop remotely close to Redmond High Performance Auto in Seattle, until MB Euromotors. These guys KNOW their stuff! Took my Mercedes to two other "reputable" Mercedes mechanics in town. The first one (*cough cough by WalMart cough cough*) was way more expensive than they should be (and didn't even fix the problem), and the second one ("25 year certified Mercedes mechanic" downtown) didn't know jack and therefore didn't fix my problem. Took my car to MB Euromotors and they diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it quickly, and were quite reasonable on costs (for Mercedes mechanics). He was even able to find and fix an obscure issue that the other two mechanics gave up on. Trust me when I say that these guys KNOW Mercedes cars. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on. In today's business world, it's GREAT to find an honest mechanic. If you have any problems with your Mercedes Benz or just need routine maintenance see "Won", the owner. His wife manages the front office. I went in this morning on the advice of a family friend to check on my power steering since it was making a whining noise, he promptly refilled my fluids. Even more amazing was what I witnessed while waiting. He answered several questions form a lady customer and she agreed to leave her car to be serviced and asked her if she had a ride home or back to work. She didn't, BUT his wife immediately offered to take this lady home, no waiting for a shuttle. I have previously brought my car in for a problem with the a/c unit and he promptly scheduled an appointment with Mercedes Benz of Honolulu and had me drop the car off at his shop. So I am an active duty Marine who blew a head gasket on my 05 Mercedes Benz just before PCS'ing to California. I took my car to Won who made a deal to repair it for cash which I agreed too. Got my car back a week later and put it on the boat. Won guaranteed "The motor is solid" he said. A month later the car and I were reunited in California. After week of driving the check engine light to came on. So I took it to a garage here and they said the head gasket is blown. I contacted Won and he said no way even though a mechanic talked with him on the phone. So Won don't want to pay to have my car repaired for work he said he did. I am stuck without a car because I cannot register it and I do not have another 3,000 dollars to do the head again. So thank you Won for screwing me, I will still defend your freedom though. read more
