Jiffy Lube Punchbowl is a convenient place to get your vehicle serviced. Just keep in mind that wait times can vary depending on how busy they are and how much staffing they have on duty, so I'd recommend calling ahead to see what the wait looks like before heading over. They also offer annual safety inspections, but make sure a licensed inspector is on duty before going. A quick phone call can save you some time and an unnecessary wait. Overall, a convenient option when you need to get things taken care of in a jiffy! read more

After what I encountered at the N. King St location, I decided to give this location a try since it's down the road from my workplace. I checked in @ 7:58 AM & left @ 8:37 assisted by Casey the General Manager. There were two cars ahead of me. I went in to get an oil change and tires rotated. I noticed Casey had one staff working in the garage. While sitting in the lounge, Casey informed me that my tires didn't need to be rotated, but showed me how dirty my filter was and offered to changed it. I approved it. Before I was charged she asked if I had a coupon and if I needed a receipt. I was honest with her that I forgot about the coupon (I had this printed & ready when I visited the N. King - I remembered I left it in my work bag). I didn't need the receipt because of how happy she was nice and helpful with me. I WAS WRONG! After I drove off from this location, I went home to Kalihi, visited Target Salt Lake, then Kapolei's Wet n Wild. As I left Kapolei's Wet n Wild, I see multiple lights & warnings on my Dashboard (SEE PHOTO). I heard a weird noise, so I restarted my car. The lights & warnings continued to stay on & as soon as I get onto the Freeway, my car started jerking. I immediately pullover to the side & shut off my car. I began sobbing because I could've risked my SON'S LIFE. Luckily, he did not see me crying because he was taking his nap. I felt like a panic attack coming onto me so I called this location several times. Sadly, it was difficult to get through to them. I drive a preowned 2024 Toyota Limited Rav4. My family relies on me and I cannot imagine losing this car. THIS WILL BE EMAILED AGAIN TO guest.relations@jiffyworld.com + customerservice@jiffylube.com. If this won't be addressed, I AM FORCED TO REACH OUT TO A LAWYER. read more

I came in on Christmas Eve without an appointment. There was only one car ahead of me, and the wait was short. I was able to stay nearby and watch the team work on my wife's vehicle. she's very protective of who drives it. I want to highlight how professional and diligent the team was during the inspection. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and handled the vehicle with care. We paid for a safety inspection, and the service met our expectations. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience, especially considering it was a holiday season. read more

I had a great experience. Was in and out in about 10 minutes for a conventional oil change. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Decided to go to this location based on reviews. No wait at all, drove in. The manager was so friendly and got our oil change done with efficiency. Since we were new customers, she gave me a coupon towards my service. I would go there again! Waiting area was clean and air conditioned. read more

Very nice person who greeted me when I pulled up. She seemed a bit overwhelmed and it was an hour before closing. Asked if they offer conventional oil since I had issues at the last two Jiffy Lubes nearby. She said they do but are out at the moment. I asked when they will have more and she told me that they'll get their delivery at the end of the week. I said no problem, I can come back and she seemed so relieved. In any case, I came back a few days later and got my regular oil change with basic conventional oil that the other two Jiffy Lubes did not even offer. This will now be my go to Jiffy Lube. Thanks for the great honest services! I really appreciate it. read more

Shout out to General Manager Casey! She is sooo kind and compassionate. I really think that's why you need wahines in male dominated businesses. I shared with her, as a kupuna, that car repair places gives me great anxiety cause it's an unknown environment and it always cost me money. Plus male mechanics are usually not people persons. They're good at cars but it doesn't translate to being friendly or customer service oriented. In my long life I've known only 3 friendly (male) mechanics. But she completely understood what wahines go through! She was super kind and really looked out for me. I felt comfortable that I could trust. Safety checks are now by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Luckily I did make one cuz that mechanic got sick and I had to reschedule from a Monday to Wednesday. I had to replace my windshield blades ($19) and my brake light bulb ($19) also. Safety is about $25, the standard. Not too many cars I think I was 2nd or 3rd?? Took less than 1 hour. I've seen them slammed so I was happy with it especially end of month when safely is gonna expire. But I am so happy with Casey! She works hard, she's moving cars, prepping them, doing customer service. She's a whirlwind of activity. Please please give her a huge raise and keep her. Love her long time as I'll be back. read more

Went by at 4p on Friday Jan. 16 & they were closed. It states that they are open on Fridays til 6p. It's disappointing when businesses don't follow what they state for operational hours of business read more

Another attempt to my safety check... I chose this location as it's at bit of different location and it already looked extremely short staffed though there was just three cars waiting I was quoted 1.5hrs wait as one car had a bit major work to be done so that's one guy working while this lady who greeted me tried her best to apologize for the wait which I was completely understanding and told her it's okay. She calmly says yesterday it was over 3hrs wait and suggested for me to wait while I call and check elsewhere and if I found anywhere else to grab it and go or if not wait it out here...understand mine expired in June so I just needed to be done...sigh! She was just a delight and feel for anyone who is trying their best but I just can't and politely thank her and declined. Thank you! read more

I was in this morning for an oil change, the employee who took care of me was Kasey. She was so kind and helpful, very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained options and I was out of there with a job well done and a clean exterior within 20 min! Price and quality of service well worth the value! Keep up the excellent work! And once again thank you! read more

The gal who assisted me was friendly and efficient. I was second in line, but my oil change was finished within an hour.

The staff are friendly and kind, but the service is much slower compared to other locations these days. Many of their machines are out of order, and they no longer offer vacuuming services--a key reason I used to get my oil changed here. After years of coming here, I was only informed about the change after the fact, which was disappointing. read more

I came here on a Saturday morning around 9:30 am. There was no line, no wait time, and my car was taken in for service shortly. The oil attendant was friendly and informative. He provided the oil options, came to show me how my various filters looked, let me know they were still good, and gave me prices for when they do need to be changed. I got an oil change and tire rotation for $116.42. I still remember back in the day when an oil change was $35. But we all have to deal with inflation. *sigh Overall, I'd recommend this place. No wait time to get in, efficient , informative with the process and options, convenient location, and easy to find. read more

Kasey (GM) is the BEST! I came in for an oil change for the first time at this location and will definitely be back. As a single woman, I usually feel anxious at repair shops, but Kasey made me feel completely welcomed. She was kind, respectful, and provided genuine customer service. She even helped me find the best deals without any pressure to add services. She brought such a relief! Thank you, Kasey!!! read more

I really don't want to write this review... I rolled in and Jon quoted me 45 minutes for an oil change. The previous place quoted me 3.5 hours so I figured I'd wait this one out. Boom... 25 minutes later, done! In and out. So fast, so friendly, so easy. read more

Got a safety check here and they just willy nilly but the inspection sticker on my car. I did not want that done because I had a bracket to put it on to avoid damage to my brand new bumper. I got in my car where the I was told the sticker was in my passenger seat and it was not. When I asked Ryanna the crew chief why she did that cause I told her I didn't want that she said "that's just what we do" while snacking on a handful of potato chips. Had to peel off my sticker which messed it up and left residue on a brand new bumper. Lots of places do safety inspections, I recommend doing it somewhere else, you get the same thing and won't risk the disrespect to your vehicle read more

I was lucky that there were no lines. Everything went smooth and everyone was nice. No complaints at all.

This location is my 2nd favorite location. There is a water station and most of the time when I come in the AM it's not as hot. The AC seems to be on full blast as the waiting area is small - I enjoyed my time outside looking at the school, traffic, and birds. The service took a while almost 2 hours for an oil change and an additional brake flush (?) that I was not aware of but the staff kindly showed me an indicator. The wait was acceptable as there were 2 cars in the bay with 7 cars in front of me. It was also at the end of the month so people must've also been there for their safety check. Safety check hours are limited so call ahead to double check. Bring a book or talk to your chair neighbor and time will pass quickly. The staff were all friendly and joyful to be around - they were also clear about how much time it could take 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I've been here a few times throughout the years since it's downtown and it's a walkable distance to work. read more

I used to take my Toyota to the University location and it became such a headache every time, I decided to try this location. Night and day was the difference. Punchbowl is not as fancy, spacious or big but the people made all the difference for me. University, I waited and waited with no interaction with anyone and when I finally spoke with an employee, they told me 4 hours. This was with 5 vehicles in front of me. At Punchbowl, they accommodated me all the way. greeted me in the parking lot, invited me to the lobby and got me in and out in 30 minutes. The girl that took care of me was pleasant and professional. This is my new go-to place for oil changes now. read more

Best service! Ryanna gave me the best customer service. I will definitely come again.

It's a drive up, get your oil changed, pay and drive out place. I loved the fact I didn't have to get out of my car to get an oil change and the guys were very courteous. When I arrived there was one car in front of me and it took the two guys about 10-15 minutes to finish up. When it was my turn they guided me into the shop, explained the process, did a safety check, changed the oil, collected payment, provided receipt and off I went. Despite the wait I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and before I was done shopping on-line. They have it down to a science and it's my new go to spot for oil changes. read more
