Charles, the so-called team lead, was rude and hostile from the second I checked in. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude and arrogance. He openly mocked me for using a discount code, sneering that it was "just to save $17," and then continued to ridicule me for paying with gift cards. Young guy helped me when I pulled up. Went through the whole process up until he asked me what service I wanted. I told him I just want the most basic oil change with conventional oil. He says they don't offer it and only offers a blend or full synthetic oil. I thought it was weird that they didn't offer conventional oil and thought it was an upsell for more expensive oil. I've been coming here for years. I live in Kapolei now but I still make it a point to drive on this side for my oil change. The service is always quick and they always ask if you want extra services done to your car and are very honest with prices. They are also very honest when it comes to things needing a replacement. They'll tell you that you can wait for the next service to replace certain filters etc. It also helps that Jolibee is next door so I can grab a bite to eat when my car is being worked on. No up-charging or upselling me for things I didn't need, and like their name I was in and out super fast. I drive Uber on the side and they honored the Uber driver discount with no hesitation.
