Terrible pricing from the King Street Jiffy Lube location. For a 100% synthetic oil change, they (over) charged $140 (with a "$10 off" coupon, lol) for a Toyota 8 cylinder truck, lol. Plus, the guy never deducted $2 for bringing my own filter as he promised. Additionally, if you have a truck, once you clear the bay, you have to do an awkward back-out maneuver that they don't tell you about until you are done with the oil change. No thanks, I'll be sticking with Servco Toyota from now who charges me $140 for the exact same service and they provide the oil filter! Recommend not going to the King Street Jiffy Lube location!!! Finally, simply to check, I just called the Punch Bowl Jiffy Lube and they offered the same exact service on the same Toyota truck for $120 with the $10 off coupon. Bottom Line: the King Street Jiffy Lube is not trustworthy when it comes to pricing and the location is not user-friendly for trucks. read more

Chris and Micah are amazing. Super attentive to everything going on with my car, the good and the bad, and they kept me informed the whole time. I loved being able to stay in my car while watching the efficiency of a truly well-oiled team in action. At one point I got confused during one of their conversations and accidentally honked my horn for clarification... definitely not my best move but they kindly explained everything and forgave me for blasting the horn while they were literally in the guts of my car. This was my second visit this week. I came here earlier this week on a Monday Afternoon @ 4:45 PM and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Thankfully LEILANI approached me and asked me what services I was interested in. She was honest and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I told her I'll come back on another day. I came here today on a Friday Afternoon@ 5:17 PM and decided to wait for 10 minutes. I noticed 2 Workers - 1 Worker noticed me. I wasn't approached, acknowledged & informed about anything. There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. I decided to take this photo & email it to guest.relations@jiffyworld.com + customerservice@jiffylube.com. Charles, the so-called team lead, was rude and hostile from the second I checked in. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude and arrogance. If this is who they put in charge, it's clear why the entire place feels toxic. And then there's Brandon at checkout, who somehow managed to make an already awful visit downright insulting. He openly mocked me for using a discount code, sneering that it was "just to save $17," and then continued to ridicule me for paying with gift cards. Imagine being shamed by an employee for using discounts and payment methods the company itself promotes. That's not sarcasm--it's bullying. I went in expecting a routine oil change and left feeling talked down to, embarrassed, and furious. This wasn't "poor service." This was deliberate disrespect. These employees didn't just fail at customer service--they actively made the experience worse with their smug, condescending behavior. If you enjoy being belittled, mocked, and treated like garbage over $17, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this location at all costs. My tire alert was on for weeks, and I was super frustrated trying to blow up the tires myself at a gas station and the sensor would not turn off! When directed that I had to leave I called to see if there was a way to reserve a slot since we aren't able to wait. Was told no it is first come first serve. Stopped here during my break to get my oil changed. Service was honest and fair, the guy who helped me was awesome. No up-charging or upselling me for things I didn't need, and like their name I was in and out super fast. I drive Uber on the side and they honored the Uber driver discount with no hesitation. The whole process was so smooth and fast I just sat in my car for the 10 minutes or so I was there. I highly recommend this location and will be coming here from now on for basic stuff like oil and fluids. read more

Cassie mentioned that my 'stang needed 5W-50 instead of the full synthetic I had been using and although they didn't have it at the time, they ordered in for me and got it in the next morning.
