Since this was our 1st flooring project had some questions and concerns again with ease here assured he and his crew had it covered. Aesthetic Flooring was quick to respond, asking if Alex could stop by later the same day to take a look, and ultimately provided a rapid fix. We were short on the existing tiles so we needed an alternative that would look like it was planned all along, versus a patch work fix. Alex shared a few options the same night that he felt would work, and was ready to take care of the repair the next day. Previous installer laid down vinyl plank flooring without correcting uneven sub-flooring in one spot. Result was foot traffic soon created a tear between two planks. Repair crew sent over told us entire flooring to corner walls needed replacing. So did some research; discovered localized replacement was possible and contacted Alex at Aesthetic Flooring. Just 4 planks were replaced at a reasonable price. Conclusion? Not all flooring specialists are created equal.
