I first contacted Harry many months ago after my house undergo smoke and debris damage from the Eaton fire. He's a very nice young guy who came out on time and brought me several samples even on the 1st meeting. I remember we going through pricing and some of the differences in carpets etc. and getting myself educated. Months have gone by and we had to endure the terrible experience dealing with insurance. When we were getting close to completing repair and remodel of the house many months later, I reached out to Harry again who's always very responsive. And unlike many others who increased prices due to tariffs, inflation, high demand or whatever excuse, his prices were always the same which is a honorable and trustworthy trait during these times. Comes the day of the install, the guys are respectful and on time and hauled away all the old carpet and debris. We ended up getting a much better quality carpet over home depot for half the price, with premium padding and we are very pleased with the install. A week later, my mother commented that she would like to have transition pieces installed at the edges (not the nicest look but is there for durability's sake) which I chose not to do during the install. Asked Harry about it and he sent a guy out to install it a few days later with no questions asked. Overall just a great experience throughout and Harry is a true professional.
