Glib's team, Eugene and Slava (?), were extremely professional and meticulous in their work. They did an amazing job, and took all of our preferences into account when figuring out the best way to install the wall. Moreover, since our building was built in 1910, the walls, ceilings, and floors are not perfectly square or level, and they came up with clever ways to accommodate and hide these issues. The team are very hard-working and respectful. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

In addition he verbally assured me - "Any problems, just call me". This is my second summer with the system and it just doesn't get cool enough and my electric bills are higher than ever. After many failed attempts to get him back here, I called another contractor who tested my system and found there is a refrigerant leak in the system. He measured the pressure at 7.2% and said it should be much higher. He advised me that it would be time consuming and very expensive to find the leak and fix it. He advised me to call the person who installed it - that he would be the best person to find it. Of course, that would be useless and now I am stuck with spending $19,000 and an A/C system that doesn't cool satisfactorily. I would be all right with making amends if he would just come here and find the leak and fix it.

Quality advice - I called on Friday right before Memorial Day and no one would take any jobs. Also I knew that I needed a new part and that this would take time to identify and order. Supreme M worked with me and guided me to order the right part myself to speed up the installation schedule. 2. Speed - because I overnighted the part in advance, they were able to install and repair on Wednesday right before a very hot week. One more day and I would have been baking. 3. Price - these guys do not nickel and dime you. Their price for a refrigerant recharge and pipe repair was fair, and it was really a no haggle experience. When the person came for installation, the top lock seemed to stick somewhat badly, making it difficult to turn and lock/unlock, whereas the original lock had aligned quite well. He asked me for some WD-40, which I fortunately had, and applied that and insisted it'd be fine within a day or so. After several days...it still wasn't. I had paid cash per request and was a bit nervous, but was ultimately able to get them back out to adjust the lock so that it closed properly a few days later. The repair/reinstallation didn't take much time, and left me wondering a bit why it couldn't have been done properly the first time, but hey, ultimately they fixed it and it works fine now, so really no harm.
