We sat outside on the charming patio and enjoyed a beautiful day. The eggs were poached absolutely perfectly, and everything on the plate was excellent. But the bite of bread, running poached egg, and tomato/peppers sauce with a little of that lamb sausage added may genuinely be the best bite of brunch I've ever had. Not hyperbole. I engineered every remaining bite to recreate it. The sausage itself is worth ordering on its own. It was light but rich, beautifully seasoned, and an absurdly good addition to the Spanish eggs. We're not from the area, which is unfortunate, because Mimosas would immediately enter the regular brunch rotation. Truly phenomenal. Server Jasmine took care of us with great service, and owner Tamara made us feel so welcome.

Nevertheless, the mascarpone and the fresh fruit gives a delightful flavor, like does peanut butter and jelly. It's sad when you are looking to have "French toast," you are substituted with something that perhaps was not prepared right or basically skimped to shortcut the preparation. I will go back at another time and re-evaluate this place. It is such a nice place and the staff is very friendly.

Stopped here for Breakfast one morning. (We were in area on vacation and saw it on Yelp)…read more Ambiance is not great. It's in the local Cattle Auction building. BUT..the service and food are amazing! Hubby had the Biscuits and Gravy Special (he doesn't eat eggs so they offered extra sausage!) and I had the Florentine Scramble substituting cheddar for Swiss Our waitress suggested the POP's Potatoes. (Home fries with cheese-think crunchy crusty goodness) The food was so good I tipped the cook as well as the waitress. Also the portions were so large we both had leftovers for breakfast the last day. We returned a few days later and split the Florentine Omelet. (It was plenty). Still awesome. We returned a 3rd time with a large group on the weekend. Big mistake-we forgot to check if there was an auction happening. (There was). Service was friendly but we had to wait an hour for food. (Our waitress told us that as soon as we sat down) Food quality was still good. We will definitely go back next time we're in the area!

As someone who eats gluten-free, it's usually hard to find places where I can actually enjoy the whole menu without feeling limited, and where the food is genuinely good. Everything was so delicious that I didn't even think to take a photo before we finished! We had the goat cheese appetizer, veggie Mac and cheese, and Nashville hot sandwich, and everything was amazing. I also really appreciated that everything is made in-house, even the potato chips! Even after all that food, we left feeling satisfied but not overly full, which was a nice surprise. Honestly, it was one of the best gluten-free meals I've had in a long time. If we're ever back in Oregon, we'll definitely be coming again.

Only good thing was the egg and the $4.70 mini drop biscuit. Texture was like paste. Bacon, not drained, full of bacon fat flavor (not in a good way). Please take these grits off the menu if you cannot make them correctly. I grew up on these and they do not taste or have this texture. Boyfriend ordered a waffle with berry compote, meh....said waffle was too crunchy.

As a local, it truly breaks my heart to write this review. I always want to support our…read moreneighborhood businesses, but I have to be honest about my recent breakfast experience here. The Atmosphere I'll start with the positives: the decor is absolutely awesome. As a discophile, I spent half my time admiring the vinyls lining the walls. The model aircraft suspended from the ceiling and the upside-down table add a unique, cool character to the place that you just don't find elsewhere. Visually, it's a 5-star experience.. The Food & Drink Unfortunately, the meal itself was a different story. The Coffee: I'm a black coffee purist, but this was beyond horrible. It tasted completely "burnt"--to the point where I actually had to add sugar just to make it drinkable. Breakfast Burrito: This was, quite frankly, uneatable. I'm not sure if it was the black beans, the eggs, or something else in the mix, but the flavor was horribly off. Hash Browns: They were completely flavorless and added nothing to the plate. Jalapeños: I'm a huge fan of sauces and peppers, but somehow even the side of jalapeños was bad. On a smaller bright note, the English muffin was good (though it's hard to ruin one of those), and the water tasted great. I honestly can't recommend the water enough, which is a strange thing to say about a diner visit. Final Verdict I cannot recommend this spot for breakfast in good conscience. I hope I get the chance to come back and try their dinner menu to see if it's an improvement, but for now, the great decor just isn't enough to make up for the kitchen's performance.

I ordered a scone and it wasn't made well, tasted really bad. :/ I came back and it had one bite which I get they can't resell but they said i will have to pay full price for another one (I chose a different type of scone altogether) because I took a bite of it. I totally get they can't resell it. I threw it away wishing it would have been bearable I would have just kept the scone. But the woman kept saying baking is hard and it's tough to get it right as she was putting in the new price for me to pay. It made me feel like it was my fault for it not being a scone (just a scone shape) It was like a cake rather than a biscuit consistency which you can look in the definition of a scone. If the scone didn't come out well then don't sell it? :/ She never said sorry or dang it that's a bummer. It was, well it's hard to bake so it's on you and here's the new price. That experience made me leave this review as it could have been handled a lot differently especially with the amount of traffic they get, they could have been thoughtful to the situation one time. It seemed greedy and a lack of good customer service to sell a scone that is misleading and not a scone at all but then make a customer pay for it for not liking it. Truly a bummer, I will stop going to this place now. :/ If you look at my reviews I've only given 5 star reviews this is my first 1 star and wish it wasn't the case. Ps, I just had the second type of scone. It's cake too and not a biscuit or scone texture at all. I just wasted $10 dollars. Don't get their baked goods. "A scone relies on cold fat (like butter) rubbed into flour to create flaky, tender layers, very similar to a biscuit. When a bakery serves something with a cake or muffin texture, it usually means they over-mixed the dough, used too much liquid, or used a batter-based recipe instead of a traditional pastry method"

Sept 2026 Parking:…read more we came on a Thursday evening and there was ample parking in the lot and the street. Menu: Selection was similar to fancier bar food. Expect to pay $20+/person. Fancy cocktails available too. Food: I ordered the steak sandwich and was okay. Very small amount of hangar steak. Fries were crispy. Wife ordered chicken Cesar salad. Nothing to write home about. Kid ordered the steak frites and this was the biggest disappointment of the night. VERY small serving....about 4 slices of perhaps rib eye? Under seasoned and very thin slices. Fries were crunchy though. My kid isn't a big eater and he was still hungry after eating this. Chicken nachos were delicious plentiful, but it came with huge cherry tomatoes on it. More tomatoes than cheese! And the cheese was grated cheese. Not a creamy bechamel cheese sauce. They barely put any cheese on this. Mostly tomatoes and sour cream. Pass on this. This was something you can get at Chilis! Service: Servers were nice. Only came around once to refill out drinks. The food came out really slow! We waited for over an hour and it wasn't that busy. Lot of empty seats! I was appreciative of the server letting us know service/tip already included on our bill. Don't think we'd come back here again.
