Best raspas on this side of Houston! Fast and friendly customer service. Drive thru moves pretty quick and there's so many items to choose from. Also had plenty of covered outdoor seating.

I had the elote . It was pretty good . I didn't realize it was only cash only so thankfully I had a few dollars on me . Haven't tried anything else . Might go again next time if I have a couple of dollars hanging around .

We're here!

Cute, quaint, cultural, delicious! A great local spot to visit on a Sunday afternoon, especially when it's hot. We ordered elote all the way around and a variety of snow cones. We'll be back to try all of the fresh fruit combos! We had elote and snow cones on our minds. Can sit outside on the deck with music, ceiling fans, and a great cross breeze.

This place takes cash only which lucky enough I had but a huge inconvenience for me. Other than that this place had many options and their Mangonada was amazing! It was a mango sorbet with Chile and chamoy. I will definitely be coming back here again, their snow cones are amazing and good price for what you get.

A special shoutout to Ulises, who made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast without ever making us feel rushed. Since it was our first time visiting, they even surprised us with complimentary corn on the cob, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was outstanding and came out surprisingly quickly. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. My husband was also impressed by the attention to detail throughout the restaurant--even the restroom was stocked with everything you could think of, from toothpicks to mouthwash, which was especially appreciated after enjoying all the delicious corn and black beans! It's rare to find a restaurant that combines amazing food, excellent service, and thoughtful hospitality so well. We left already talking about our next visit, and we can't wait to come back and try their margaritas. Highly recommend!

The chicken flautas are my go to! Service is always great at the bar I always get along with the bartender, they're very nice and social. Ambiance is very nice plus it's in la centerra so you can walk around and just enjoy the area. P.s. if it's your first time you get to try their prepared corn for free ! Love bringing friends here for a good treat

1 Star -- Good Food, Horrible Customer Service!…read more I visited Los Perez Mexican Restaurant in Katy, TX, and unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit. Let me start by saying the food was actually good, but good food means absolutely nothing when the customer service is horrible! Both my son's order and mine were messed up. Instead of enjoying my meal with my son, I sat there for approximately 10 minutes without eating while waiting for the situation to be corrected. Although they eventually attempted to fix the mistakes, the entire experience had already left a bad taste in my mouth. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to deal with poor service just to receive what I originally ordered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything about how much it values its customers. The food may bring people through the door, but customer service determines whether they return. And I can assure you, I will NOT be returning. Good food, terrible experience. Los Perez needs to understand that customer service is just as important as what's coming out of the kitchen.

Enjoyed the margaritas and excellent customer service from Katie. She expertly managed multiple tables, including an 8 top with ease and a smile. The restaurant was pretty busy since it was graduation week. I ordered the ground beef soft tacos with a side of black beans. My friends had the Marisco Bowl and a platter. Management was helping out and delivered our food. All the food items were hot and plentiful. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Multiple members of management stopped by to check and see how we were doing and to chat briefly to make sure we were having a good experience.

Our fajita meat today was old, and smelled off. We requested medium but it came beyond gray, and zero char- it was sweaty. This showed up within four minutes. The rice was dried out. The beans were, too. As I said- two thirds of the time is great. Sometimes bad visits happen. Then comes the annoying dance: I do *not* want a manager. I sure didn't need an argument (!) from the server about cooking theory. Not looking for free food. We were very hungry and now have to go find another restaurant. We paid and we left. All done. No desire to keep playing roulette with which experience we can expect, and the server pushback was the kicker. You'll be fine without us.
