Tacos give me life, food trucks give me life. Put it all together you have Los Tacos!!! You can find one on Greenhouse and Keith Harrow at the gas station on the corner. This spot right here is good for late night eats or a cheap dinner. The most that you will find on the menu is $5. The offer burritos, Tortas, quesadilla and tacos with either chicken, beef or trompos. You will also see a line but they whip them out quick. The is seasoned real good so the flavor is great and when you squeeze the lime. As soon as you pull up you hear the music playing nice vibe. I always pass this spot from work on Barker Cypress and Clay, the aroma would alway catch my attention then once I saw another close to the house I made that stop! The meat is cooked fresh, cilantro, onion all fresh. You can never go wrong here! Good food and friendly service!

Had the taste for tacos and I was not disappointed great taste fast and hot and a 2 bucks each well worth it will definitely hit this 5 dollars Tuesday offer this week

We always come bere because they're good! But today we came and we paid $25 for 10 tacos well more like only the tortilla since theres was no meat on them! I don't think I'll be coming here no more! I got tacos de pastor and the meat was burn ‍

My son told me about this taco truck and let me just say....I've found my taco spot! It's located in the parking lot of a gas station and the guy who takes the order is so energetic and kind. They have the music playing and nice the line pretty quickly - you order with him and pay at the next window. I handed the cashier cash and she sanitized her hands after taking my money. Let's talk about the food! Honestly, the best quesadillas I've ever had. The beef is well seasoned and the tortilla seems feasibly made. They provide cilantro, onions and lime along with the green and red salsas. I am honestly so impressed and now have my favorite "go to" taco spot!

The best taco stand nearby! Fast cooking, polite/great service and delicious food offered here. The quesadillas are hugeeeee and the trompo tacos are so yummy! The bistek are pretty good too. Bring cash and you're set. If you want a quick bite, this is the place to visit Los Tacos also offers to cater for plenty of company. Everyone enjoyed the options provided so gracias Los Tacos! :)

Take this how you will but I was just here the other day and all the tacos were 1$

While visiting family in Houston we were excited to come across a "real" Mexican (as opposed to Tex-Mex...iykyk) taco shop. As soon as you walk in and see the Tijuana and Baja Mexico signs and decor you know you're in the right place. There's an open kitchen, allowing you to watch your carne being grilled on the open-flame grill. That charged meat smell is heavenly! Their guac is chunky and simple (nothing too fancy), hot sauces are tasty (and they have a kick!), tortillas are thin but strong -- holding the goods in just right. It's also nice that they have complimentary tasty, crispy pork rinds -- as opposed to the standard chips & salsa. Portions are ample! They definitely don't skimp on portions -- tons of meat and guac in their tacos and huge, meaty burritos! Prices are fair, especially for what you get! Their dining room is a tad small, but it's very clean and the a/c is good...there's also a nice patio outside. Service was swift and friendly. Food was good. A/C was poppin'. Parking was plentiful. All in all I have to admit that Tacos Frontera comes as close to good San Diego Mexican food as you can get...they would definitely be able to hold their own in San Diego!

The price to food ratio is beyond reasonable, especially when put up against fast food restaurants (or just many restaurants for that matter) and can serve as a second or even third meal (assuming you don't get lost in the flavor) The staff have always been nice, so no complaints there The only complaint is that it can take a while for your order to be made, especially at peak times. Dining in is hard due to the lack of available seating (all first come, first serve), parking is very limited and you may need to park on the other side of the shopping complex. Last I ordered, there doesn't seem to be a clear way to order ahead Regardless, we still come here often and always have enjoyed the food

Finding authentic TJ flavor in Texas (not Tex-Mex) was a welcome surprise! Our carne asada was grilled al carbón and you could taste the char! Juicy carne full of flavor, thin but strong and tasty tortillas (they really held everything together well), perfect chunky guac (not too fancy or full of fillers--IYKYK), and a variety of delicious salsas and hot sauces! An added bonus was the complimentary chicharrones! I'll take those over tortilla chips any day! The dining room isn't very big, but it's clean and has good a/c....there's an outdoor patio as well. Limited indoor seating, and since it gets busy we usually order to go. When I did dine in it was nice experience, feels authentic like eating a local spot in Mexico. You have the Mexican cokes available, the style of tacos has a big scoop of guac which makes them a bit unique compared to other spots that charge extra for guac. Their tacos are big too! Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was so unacceptable that I will never return. When placing my order, the employee taking my order appeared intoxicated. His eyes were drooping and closing, he repeatedly paused, mumbled, and seemed to struggle entering my order. Although this was concerning, I chose to overlook it and waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, I simply returned to ask whether my order had been placed and if it was ready. I was not upset, in a hurry, or complaining. I only wanted confirmation that my order existed because the employee kept responding, "No orders, no orders," despite me showing him my receipt. Due to an apparent language barrier, I called my Hispanic husband and handed the employee my phone so he could ask the same simple question in Spanish. Instead of helping, the employee began yelling at my husband. Another employee joined in, and both started yelling while walking away with my phone. When the phone was returned, I still had no idea what had happened or whether my order was being prepared. The situation escalated for no reason. The employees began yelling at me, aggressively slammed the service windows shut, ignored me, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I remained calm throughout the entire interaction and repeatedly stated that there was no problem--I simply wanted to know if my order had been placed. Eventually, the food was thrown together carelessly, shoved into a bag, and handed to me with obvious hostility. The food quality was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. What disappointed me most was that this entire situation was completely unnecessary. I was respectful, patient, and simply asking a basic question. The combination of an employee who appeared intoxicated, the aggressive and unprofessional behavior from both employees, and the poor quality of the food made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

I've gotten the food here a few times over the last few years but the service my wife received today was ridiculous and unprofessional. Antonio was present and can vouch for what happened. My wife approached, looked at the menu, and called for my order. At that time the man in the truck pulled the tip jar in behind the window and then moved away from the window when my wife tried to order. Another person (antonio) had to take my wife's order. Bad enough. After she ordered and went to wait in the car a hispanic young man arrived, the same guy put the tip jar back out and took his order with no issue. We won't be back. We go out of our way to support food trucks and the birria ramen is good enough. The guys in the truck are even fighting, slamming items, and throwing things at each other in front of customers. This is at 3:20 PM on June 16th. One of the guys is/was bleeding and this is just a bad day all around. The food is good, the meat is always savory and juicy. Really depends on who you get cooking. Either way I don't appreciate how my wife was treated and I want to believe this was just a bad day. Things to consider. Good atmosphere and solid food truck experience.
