Before visiting Austin my girlfriends and I made a reservation here. We flew in and the day of our scheduled dinner they called and said they had to close for the night. Luckily the hostess was super kind and made us a reservation for the following day which was booked when we originally made the reservation. Unfortunately we had to sit outside but it's okay. It was just hot. The ambiance was really nice and picture perfect. I didn't like the drink menu but the food was fantastic. We ordered the classic hummus and Brussels sprouts to share and then I had the grilled chicken kebab as my entree. Everything was stellar. The chicken was so flavorful and cooked perfectly, so juicy!! And the rice was lemony it was so good. The crab cakes were a hit as well I tried them because my friend got them as her entree and they were so tasty. Since we were celebrating our birthdays they sent a dessert over for us but unfortunately we didn't like it. It was a tart ice cream? Yogurt? Not sure but we didn't eat much of it.
The food, vibes, and service at Aba were all fantastic. From the drinks to desserts, everything was perfect. I really enjoyed Oasis G & T and Panna Cotta for dessert. The only issue was the glassware. The water glasses had a strong, stale odor, as if they were wiped with a damp, unwashed towel. It's a minor detail, but not something you expect from a premium fine dining spot. Aside from that, everything was great. P.S I dint click many photos of our food as I went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. And don't want to ruin our date night.
Updating my review after giving Aba a second chance about nine months later. I'm honestly really glad I came back. This time we went in knowing exactly what we liked from our first visit and focused on sharing appetizers, which ended up being the move. We ordered several dishes for the table and left completely full and happy. The whipped feta is still a must-order and every bit as good as I remembered. The Greek village salad was fresh and delicious, and the hummus was also great. The biggest surprise for me was the falafel. As an Arab, I'm usually pretty skeptical when restaurants outside of Middle Eastern spots serve falafel because it rarely lives up to expectations. Aba absolutely nailed it. It was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and one of my favorite dishes of the meal. We sat outside this time, which made for a really nice atmosphere. The service was also a huge improvement from my first experience. Even though the restaurant was busy, our waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. I'm happy to say my opinion has completely changed since my first visit. Giving Aba another chance was definitely worth it, and it has officially earned a spot on my Austin rotation whenever I'm in town.
First time at Aba tonight with my wife and two daughters. Here are some thoughts: -We all like Mediterranean food, and we were very impressed with Aba! -We ordered hummus and whipped feta for our appetizer. The hummus was the only thing on the table I didn't try. Whipped feta was amazing! -Side note: the house bread was worth the price of admission... absolutely delish! -My wife and I shared chicken kabobs and the house made stracciatella. My daughters shared chicken kabobs and brussel sprouts. -First, the kabobs were very good, highlight was the pesto sauce--Out. Of. This. World. -Second, the stracciatella was good, unusual dish for me, but delightful. -We all agreed that the brussel sprouts were the star of the show, rich flavor, a meal all by itself! This is a must try when you're in Austin. Highly recommended!!
My little son and I came for dinner here on Monday night. Firstly I will say parking is a bit hard to come here so I pre booked a spot in Vincent lot just so I didnt have to deal with circling around and it was only a 5 min walk away The restaurant as you approach it is so cozy and definitely gives you that ethereal lush feel The restaurant was buzzing and full on a Monday night. We had a reservation and the host sat us down immediately and was so friendly. Our server was there right away. Her service was just perfect ... friendly and not over the top. She was knowledgeable about the dishes and gave us suggestions. We had a mockingbird mocktail and my son a soda. The drink was perfect. We ordered the whipped feta, falafel and beef Lamb kefta. Everything came out really quickly. The falafel was absolutely delicious. The whipped feta was a hit with my son. The kefta was a little disappointing. A little bland and dry. I ordered the pannacotta my son the chocolate chocolate cake. I absolutely loved mine with the sorbet on top. My son loved his cake. Atmosphere wise the restaurant is beautiful and cozy and grand but the only complaint would be the music was too loud and it was hard to hold a conversation. For me it doesn't match a nice restaurant but rather a bar concept I would say it was great service and great food
I have returned to this restaurant multiple times for birthdays, brunch with friends, and even just casual dinner. From the atmosphere, the service, and the food exceed- I think this is my favorite restaurant in austin hands down. Everything is so fresh and you can get seated right away just walking in. (If you want inside seating must have reservations FYI)
I went for a bachelorette so we had a pre selected menu, but honestly I wouldn't have orders any differently. For apps we had the whipped feta, hummus and charred eggplant. Then we the Greek village Salad and brussel sprouts. Then dinner was grilled chicken and Moroccan spiced short rib. Everything was delicious. I couldn't stop eating lol. To drink I got the passiflora and it was good!! I wish I had one of these in Pittsburgh. It was so good!!
Can i give this six stars?! Aba is incredible! The atmosphere alone is worth the visit. The lush plants, ambient lighting, beautiful patio seating, and garage doors that open between the bar and patio create a space that feels both vibrant and relaxing. It feels like a perfect place to hang out and stay a while. And then there's the food. The whipped feta appetizer was incredible, and they thoughtfully accommodated my gluten-free request with lavosh-style crackers. The pistachio-crusted halibut was one of the best meals I've ever eaten- perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. And the date cake for dessert was the perfect ending: rich, balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. The service was friendly, attentive, and outstanding from start to finish. My colleague and I were in Austin for work and couldn't find a same-day reservation, but we were able to grab seats at the bar without any trouble. It ended up being the perfect experience. We took an after dinner stroll up to the bridge to see the bats at dusk. It was a perfect Austin evening!
The spreads were delicious! Order the sampler if you want to try a little of everything. The grilled lamb was so tender and flavorful. The mint gremolata and garlic yogurt were delicious sauces for the lamb either on their own or together. I would definitely come back for this!
Had reserved this restaurant a month before visiting Austin. Had chosen this spot after some research for hip, high end restaurants with great food and ambiance. This restaurant was everything I could of asked for. I'm from Los Angeles, and have been to many high end and hip restaurants, this was definitely up there with some of the best restaurants. Food: The lamb chops and Branzino were absolutely delicious, my aloe cocktail was just ok but the old fashion was probably the best I have had. Highly recommend it. The staff was also super nice and very hard working as they tried to te arrange umbrellas for possible rain. Beautiful decor and ambiance.
I thought food was just okay, good but without their vibes I probably wouldn't come back. Very excellent hummus though. The beef and lamb kefta was decent. It was nice it didn't taste gamey. The chicken kabob wasn't as juicy as I wanted. I would recommend not squeezing too much lime on the rice as that can make it taste way too sour and ruin the flavor. The Brussels sprouts were probably my fav. Drinks were good and refreshing. Good service, friendly staff as always. The atmosphere is a 5/5 here. So relaxing and beautifully decorated. Great place to take your friends esp if they're new to Austin.
I booked this spot roughly 1 month in advanced, and I was only able to snag a 7:15pm reservation (even as a solo diner). Music Lane is a beautiful area with corridors bustling with fresh air, which greatly contrasts the area not too far south of it. Aba lies within these corridors, so I was completely gobsmacked to see the size of the establishment and its number of seating. There are outdoor tables, a dedicated bar section, a decently large interior, and patio and sofa seats for the people waiting. Even then, the place was completely packed, so getting a reservation is an absolute must. Not only are the prices completely reasonable, the food itself had everything that I was looking for: a delicious spread starter, a balanced fiber dish, and an entree with intentional flavors and texture. The Short Rib Hummus is a must get! It is incredibly filling and completely worth the price. The short rib was a nice meat protein since I opted for a seafood main, and the pita bread that it came with was lightly seasoned and was as fluffy as it could possibly be. I could not eat much of my Brussel Sprouts because it was also very large. However it was not too oily or drenched, and each bite had a perfect light crunch, which is the standard for Fried Brussels Sprouts. Top it all off, the Grilled Branzino was the finisher to my savory dishes. The grill gave the fish a roasted flavor, which was complimented by the sweetness from the corn purée. The various greens, roasted tomatoes, and corn pieces themselves added bites of textures and secondary bursts of flavor. I can see why it took a month in advanced to book a decent time at Aba Austin. The atmosphere was so perfect because the air flows through all the doors and windows, allowing the diners to enjoy fresh oxygen. This place is a must visit, both as an experience and a meal that is WORTH the bill.
Started the evening with a few cocktails at the outside bar while we waited for our reservation. These cocktails are the same as the menu ones inside. Unfortunately these cocktails aren't a great flavor profile pairing. I'd almost recommended the restaurant revisit the creations to inspire new drinks. After being sat outside in the aesthetic but hot patio section we were promptly greeted, we started with a few different cocktails from the menu and confirmed my prior statement. For shareable, we started with the whipped feta and the short rib hummus. The feta was good and very rich, as was the hummus of the spread, but the meat on the hummus was tough and rigid in texture. Next we got the crispy potato's and the chicken kebab. The potatoes are a miss and would avoid. Hard, thick, and lacking any type of flavor. The chicken on the other hand was juicy and perfectly seasoned. We had ordered another round of classic non menu cocktails prior to the main dish coming out and waited probably 15-20mins for this drink, thankfully the waitress was nice enough to comp some of them. We finished the meal with another round of cocktails and the date cake which is a must! Soft and gooey with a crust of caramelized sugar on top paired which a dollop of whip cream! The show stopper of the meal. This place needs some work before I'd return.

Such a delightful place to dine -- great vibe, friendly, knowledgeable servers, and creative, well-presented, delicious food. Thanks Dani (sp?) for making a great meal even better! Every dish -- and the 5 of us had 10 or so of them -- whipped feta, eggplant, garlic humus, Brussels sprouts, haloumi, cauliflower, skirt steak, chicken thighs, and a beef/lamb kabob. And two desserts -- chocolate cake and cheesecake - yes please. Tasty wine and a delicious latte. Candidly, my Kettle One vodka martini was just okay. One of the top restaurants in Austin! Great people watching too ... Pricey ... worth it! read more

Aba is located on SoCo (South Congress) in between a building walkway. The restaurant appears to be in a tree house or a rain forest with all the lush greenery surrounding it and throughout the restaurant (including indoor and outdoor seating). The overhang outdoor covering gives the seating a European feel. Also, Aba has diffused lighting, which emits a sultry, romantic vibe. This venue would be ideal for a wedding proposal or date night with a special someone. Ambiance is a key attractor for Aba. Since I was having a meeting, I had to focus on business and less on the ambiance. The menu is inspired from Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece -- flavor explosion for any palate. I met a colleague here for lunch and she has many food restrictions. She is a near vegan, cannot eat most vegetables and textures. We shared hummus for lunch (Smoky Garlic with ceci, aleppo & urfa pepper, and preserved lemon - best hummus of my life.) I also had the chicken kebab served with basmati rice including yogurt marinade, sweet pepper, and zhoug. Service was superb when we sat down and our order was taken. However, it took a good while for our food to be delivered. We had to ask our server for status. The restaurant was packed so they were backlogged according to our server...the only downside of dining at Aba. Paid street and garage parking is available. Some restaurants on SoCo validate for two hours, however, Aba gives you $3 off $12 (first hour). Aba is a unique dining experience - décor, menu selection and service. You feel transported to another place and time. Your taste buds will be jumping for joy from all the swirls of flavor you experience. The reality of where you are hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as your feet touch the SoCo sidewalk. Aba is two thumbs up for me...way up!! Beautiful restaurant and amazing food. We came for my bachelorette party and had a set menu due to the number of people. The whipped feta, fresh pita, and grilled chicken were my favorites. The custom menu was the cherry on top. Highly recommend! read more
I haven't been to Aba in about eight months so it was nice to be back! I absolutely love the Whipped Feta, it's my favorite thing on the menu--creamy, a hint of sweetness, salty, rich flavor. I also tried the beef short rib hummus which was delicious, nicely flavored and perfectly paired with the warm pita bread (can we talk about how flavorful and addictive the bread is?!?!) We also ordered the crispy chicken which wasn't well seasoned and not crispy due to it being soaked in a liquid and the beef kebabs which were my least favorites of the night. The Brussel sprouts were okay because they were so dry and salty. They needed a glaze on them and a sweet or spicy kick to them would have enhanced the flavor. The crispy potatoes which were well seasoned but missing something. Things to note about Aba! Tapas style! Although reservations are highly encouraged they will seat walk ins if they have the space. Happy hour is ONLY served at the bar/high top seats. This needs to be clearly noted on their website... Parking in the area is awful. They only validate up to $3 off parking which at minimum will be $25 if you're dining for an hour and parked in the garage. For a restaurant of this caliber parking should be fully validated. Our server was very sweet but extremely overwhelmed running between multiple tables. Be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes in between staff taking orders.. One lovely thing is that they expanded the space to add another 3rd bar and extra seating. read more
I wish I had been even hungrier than I was! This place is gorgeous, so much indoor and outdoor space. PLUS it's just fun to look at! Great spot for gluten free folks! The service was wonderful and I have no complaints on that. The girls and I did a little bit of this and that and it was well worth it. We just shared things that sounded good based off of what was gluten free for me. Amazing idea! This restaurant is an Austin gem. It is very cute inside, the decor is beautiful inside and out. The food is also wonderful. We went for happy hour and got multiple different things that were delicious. The happy hour is only at the bar, and the bar seating is limited but the staff was very nice and helped us get a spot when one opened up. read more
Beautiful place to have a romantic meal with that special someone without having to go dressed up to the 9s and 10s. This place serves Mediterranean food and I had the chance to sample two of their main dishes: the heirloom chicken thighs and the lamb and beef kefta skewer. The lamb and beef skewer was tasty, but a little on the dry side which was funny because the outside did not seem too charred. The star of this dish is the basmati rice which was flavourful and had a nice tangy acid surprise from I'm thinking lemon? The chicken thighs are a must get dish. The chicken was crusty even with a sauce over it. The onions in the dish basically absorbed all the flavor from the chicken and spices and added great depth to the place. The one think lacking was the service. Sitting at the bar, the barmaid could not give a damn about our party. She couldn't have been bothered and pretty much ignored us through out the night even though at one point we were the only two people sitting at the bar. She did basically nothing her whole time there. Thank goodness the barman came to the rescue and served us even though he was doing the service bar and wasn't really our server. Aba is one of the most popular restaurants in Austin, and for good reason. Great food and beautiful vibe. If the weather is good, I would 100% recommend sitting outside rather than inside. It almost feels like a secret garden. In terms of food, you have to get the hummus and whipped feta. For the hummus, I had the short ribbed and smoky garlic - both were fantastic. I do not recommend the classic hummus (it was just okay). You can also get that anywhere. Be adventurous and try one of their more unique options! The whipped feta, watermelon & feta (more so the watermelon than the feta), and pita bread were also stand-outs. The things that I thought were just okay were the crispy potatoes, classic hummus, and chicken thighs. Not bad by any means, but nothing to rave about. The sour cream that the potatoes came with though was DELICIOUS. read more
You just cannot go wrong with Aba! Every time I go I am simply blown away by everything on the menu. The patio has immaculate vibes. It's shaded, so it's still comfortable even in the Texas heat. Our waitress was very passionate about telling us the menu which I always look forward to. It really speaks to the food when the staff raves about it. The falafel sauce really tied it together. My friend doesn't even care for falafel and he enjoyed it. The Lamb & Beef Kefta rocked my world!!! I would recommend every person order it. The whipped feta and hummus were phenomenal as well. Aba might have the best outdoor dining in Austin. You feel like you're on vacation as soon as you are outside the restaurant. The food also happens to be amazing! We came on a Sunday for brunch and had a reservation. There was a line of people at the door exactly at 10am when the opened, so I'd definitely recommend booking ahead. The Thirst Trap cocktail was so refreshing, and I loved the glass they served it in. So pretty. We split the smoky garlic hummus, falafel, chicken kebab, and chocolate cake. The hummus was smooth and creamy, and I enjoyed the house-made bread. The sauce with the falafel was really good, and the chicken kebab was super flavorful. As for the chocolate cake, I loved it. It was a bit sweet for my husband, but I'm a fan of a rich chocolate dessert so it was right up my alley. Would be a great place to impress out of town guests! read more

I am giving a 2-star review based on my experience with the two bartenders at the second bar outside. One of them, Kaity, was particularly standoffish, and the other bartender--whose name I unfortunately did not catch--also made me uncomfortable. Their behavior felt unwelcoming, and I couldn't help but perceive it as racially insensitive. I personally dislike using that term and am very cautious about it, so please understand that I am being thoughtful in my choice of words. When I asked for Kaity's name upon leaving, she seemed aware of her attitude and immediately started being nicer, but it felt too late for that, Kaity. Now about the place, it is lovely and asthetic. The atmosphere transported us to our favorite restaurant in Dubai. We were blown away with the ambiance. Gorgeous restaurant with beautiful plants and thoughtful decor. We went for lunch! They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. While the prices may be higher, it is highly recommended to experience this establishment. read more
I'm giving Aba a hard 4 stars. I can genuinely say I enjoyed my experience here and the vibe is incredible. The restaurant feels incredibly lively and they did a great job with the layout. Not too bright, not too dark, not too loud, not too quiet. A very popular spot too so plenty of people enjoying meals here. Incredible. The food itself was solid. A few dishes were a bit off in taste to me but it could've simply been a preference thing. Morgan was great and guided us in the direction we were looking for. Plenty of dishes in the photos I'm posting, feel free to ask about any of them! The drink menu looked phenomenal too. Cheers! read more

This was an excellent experience! I love Mediterranean food, and this one meet my expectations. The ambiance is a bit dark and hard to see the menu where i sat, but over all looks amazing inside, and the patio was nice and full. The service was great. Gave really good suggestions to our meal. The meal in itself was really pleasing. My favorite was the short rib hummus. And the green sauce went great matched with the salmon and steak. The Brussels hit the spot too. The added sweetness was a nice touch. Great job here guys!! read more

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my friend for happy hour. All appetizers on the menu were $5.00. I ordered the Smoky Garlic Hummus with ceci (roasted chicken pea), aleppo & urfa pepper and preserved lemon. As an added benefit, they were donating 100% of the orders to the victims of the Kerville floods. This was the tastiest hummus I ever had! Though you have to taste it for yourself, see the descriptions of each ingredient below to imagine the amazing combination of flavors: Aleppo is a spice originating from Aleppo, Syria, that's made from dried and ground red Halaby chilies. It's a staple of Mediterranean d Turkish chili pepper known for its unique flavor profile and dark, burgundy color. Urfa pepper is a Turkish chili pepper known for its unique flavor profile and dark, burgundy color. It's characterized by a combination of spicy, smoky, and fruity notes, with hints of chocolate, raisin, and tobacco. Unlike traditional chili flakes, Urfa Biber offers a mellow heat that develops over time and is often described as having a having a salty and sweet taste. Preserved lemons are salty lemons that have been pickled in salt and their own juice, resulting in a softened, mellow, and intensely lemony flavor with a salty, umami taste. They are a staple in Moroccan and other North African and Middle Eastern cuisines and sweet taste. Yum! It normally comes with homemade bread. Since I eat a gluten free diet, I opted for crudités instead. Though I could have eaten the whole hummus by itself, the vegetables were so fresh and perfect pairing with the hummus. Cucumbers, carrots, purple carrots, zucchini and lettuce. We sat at the bar; the service was very fast and the server was super friendly. My birthday was last week, and they still gave me a free dessert: a froyo with black cherry sauce and fresh black cherries. It was topped with a chocolate bar that said, "Happy Birthday." The Mediterranean ambience of the restaurant is subtle, beautiful and relaxing. I'm definitely going back for more! read more

I normally dislike being seated outdoors to eat but the area their outdoor dining is designed was so nice and had such a great breeze it felt like I was on vacation in the Mediterranean. I came here with one of my friends and we tried the smoky garlic hummus, whipped feta spread, and the crispy potatoes. The potatoes were pretty large and had a really nice crispy outer layer. I wish there was more seasoning to the potatoes but it made for something nice to eat with the spread/hummus too. The smoky garlic hummus had a nice garlicky flavor that tasted even better later as leftovers. The whipped feta was my least favorite since I'm not a fan of feta, but I tried it anyways because this was something my friend really wanted to order. I'm not a fan of feta as a flavor itself but it was still good when paired with other things like the potatoes. read more
pretty pricey $$$$$ but lots and lots of flavors! we arrived for a lunch vibe and it was mildly busy, but we still got sat and serviced fairly quick. the restaurant is beautiful and they have a cute exterior seating area. it's located right on Congress Ave, where there's plenty of shopping + exploring to do. we ordered the following: Aloe Vera drink - strong but still palatable. love that they were able to incorporate aloe into it. Falafel - ordered as an appetizer. comes with 4 pieces and sits on a bed of their avocado tzatziki + garlic tahini. such a fresh, bold, creamy lime mix of flavors. Beef x Lamb Kefta - served with a side of their buttery, fluffy basmati rice. the meat was delicious and prepared with lemon and olive oil. TL; DR: great for big groups, delicious drinks, fun setting Aba had an amazing service for hosting a group of 20 girls. We had a preset menu that kept us very full and happy. The drinks were delicious and fun in their own special way. The outside area is where we were and it had a great atmosphere to it. They were very mindful of those who had gluten allergies too. Finally made it to the infamous Aba for brunch! We had reservations for 10:45am (quite early) and oh my, the parking on South Congress is insane! I had to park about a half of a mile away and walk to the restaurant. There's also a parking garage near but it's kind of expensive. Despite being late, we were still seated and not given a time limit on our stay. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. We were sat outside and I was thankful for the umbrellas and fans to help keep cool. I ordered the Kefta & Egg which included lamb & beef kefta, scrambled eggs, tzatziki, and lemon dill rice. The eggs and the lemon dill rice were the stars of the show for me. The eggs were so fluffy, tastes like they had the chicken laying eggs in the kitchen! The lemon dill rice was good as well. The lemon dill was a nice twist to the rice and wasn't too overpowering. My lamb and beef kefta however, was a bit too dry. I am not sure if it should have been that dry but thankfully the dish is served with tzatziki sauce because it come in handy. I enjoyed my dish and would return to try other dishes but I do think this place is a bit overhyped. read more

The decor is beautiful and the ambiance is very festive. We sat inside because it was chilli but the outside patio looked great for a warm day. Our sever was not very attentive, we ordered more pita bread and had to ask twice. Our timing was perfect, we cleared the lunch rush. I had the steak kabob with white rice. The rice was very tasty, but the kabob ..I asked for medium well and it was way too pink. The other entree was the steak and fries. That was delicious! We couldn't get enough of the fries, they were so good, and the steak was perfectly cooked. The best thing we had was the brisket hummus. Amazing!!! This could have been a meal, it was a big portion. We will definitely go back, and I will try the chicken kabob! read more

This place is absolutely stunning walking into! As a plant girly I was in awe and so in love. A large part of the restaurant is technically outside but it's covering under a building. It's hard to explain, but so so cool!! I came here to meet with a group of coworkers directly after landing in Austin and I was so hungry! My coworkers were already there and had eaten a few light bites already. So, I got to jump in and try a few things. The whipped feta app was amazing! I had some really delicious hummus too. I ordered an old fashioned and really enjoyed that as well. I felt so relaxed sipping this yummy drink under lights and beautiful greenery. The staff was great and attentive, even for our large group. For my entree I ordered the lamb kabob and rice. Very good, no real complaints, it just wasn't great. I went to Austin, TX for Texas BBQ but ended up loving this spot the most from my trip. One of the best Mediterranean food I've had. From the Apps to the Mains. My favorite thing and will be dreaming of was the Muhammara. My first time having it. The roasted taste was exquisite. Aba - Austin has a multi-level outdoor patio, terrace and bar that seats up to 130 guests. In the middle of the patio lives a 100+ year old native Heritage Oak Tree. In addition, Aba's 86-seat dining room is warm and inviting with climbing ivy and foliage, an indoor trellis, and a curated collection of decorative lighting with influence from the Middle East, Mediterranean and Eastern Europe. Also, for those who are 'in the know' also understand THIS is the place to be seen and it's a hang out for local celebrities like Matthew McConaughey. Getting a table here usually requires up to six weeks advance reservations. I came here two weeks ago with my Yelp work peeps for dinner and laughs. We tried many things on the menu so we could get a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Let's get to it... Whipped Feta Oh my word!!! It's my belief that feta cheese makes almost anything better, from a few pieces of crumbled feta atop a fresh salad to a grilled cheese sandwich...As far as feta appetizers and dips, baked feta, tirokafteri (spicy Greek feta dip), and loaded feta dip are definitely up there for me. This whipped feta is another amazing option that's sure to please a crowd! This Creamy Whipped Feta is the perfect dip made with rich feta cheese and thick Greek yogurt. Served with seasoned pita bread, this was not only light but was also flavorful. Crispy Short Rib Hummus The sherry and beef jus brought forth earthy and rich flavors! "Crispy" is the perfect description for this dish because it was tender and easy to pull apart into small pieces but still maintained a crispy texture. If you are seeking a dish that is rich but not too heavy, this may be for you. Faroe Island Salmon Faroe Island salmon, known for its rich flavor and firm texture, is a popular sushi-grade salmon sourced from the cold, pristine waters of the Faroe Islands, a sustainable and high-quality option. The salmon's vibrant color is naturally present due to a diet rich in carotenoids, particularly astaxanthin from microalgae and shrimp. The dish was accompanied by carrots, onions, yogurt and what was a spicy habanero like sauce. Absolutely perfect! Aside from these dishes, we ordered a plethora of dished from brsselsprouts, to Crispy Heirloom Chicken Thigh, Tamarind Braised Short Rib, etc. Also, nothing that we had was disappointing.
