Being fairly new to the area, I have had exemplary service at this AAA location. Not only for exceptional repair service of my vehicle, but the attitude of all employees I dealt with came across genuinely kind and caring. This day, I had the task of DMV registration. This branch has a DMV kiosk that is so amazingly convenient. Unfortunately, I'm technologically-challenged and Member Experience Associate, Jorge, jumped up to guide me through each step of the process. Usually we have a good experience here but today was quite the opposite. The only thing we have ever asked for is help with vehicle registrations. Arrived before opening and were one of the first in line but had to wait. After 30 minutes waiting they decided to have an employee meeting. We're like really? All we wanted to do was renew our registration. For what we pay for our annual premium membership what we get in return is not a good value because we haven't used it after 3 years. We feel very unimportant to these people after today. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe wait until there are no customers or have your meeting before business hours. read more

Initially I was reluctantly to step into a business that offers insurance or roadside assistance services. I was very impressed with how the staff treated my elderly father. They were willing to answer any and every question that he had. My dad was concerned over a cracked windshield. They recommended him to two places because sadly the current overpriced insurance didn't offer coverage to his car. Thankfully the Spanish speaking Triple AAA representative didn't try to convince my dad to play more but she did offer several options. I look forward to getting help from these wonderful bilingual representatives in the near future. The only reason I gave them one less star is that we didn't get various suggestions of businesses to contact for a broken windshield and a detailed pamphlet or description of the new insurance policy/plan along with the benefits for having the potential driver and the 2nd car insured in case of a crash. read more

I called inquiring about international driver license. The agent was accommodating and informative. She suggested coming in for a quicker processing. I went in and was greeted right away. Filled up a form for processing and within less than 15 minutes I was issued an international driver license and was on my way out. A very efficient and neat place. read more

We picked up Car insurance and went to DMV there. Their DMV. IS GREAT THERE. THE NV DMV is terrible and not designed correctly. I hated it. Will do DMV any other place then at NV DMV. All the help at AAA WAS GREAT. read more

This AAA branch was a breath of fresh air compared to the DMV. The wait time was quick, the facility was clean and comfortable, and customer service was awesome! The value of membership paid for itself just by being able to not have to be at DMV. There is just one kiosk but the place is clean and plenty of professional and friendly staff providing customer with variety of service like renewing car registration in person or answer questions on AAA membership. Well we didn't do anything with the insurance part of this location, but we do have AAA and we got my wife put onto the account while we were there. Also we procured international drivers licenses for our trip to Hungary and Croatia. Alex was incredibly helpful with everything that we needed and we took her card. The new and second Henderson AAA branch: Headed into the New Year I wish you a Happy and Safe 2020. Safe travels plays a major part in a Happy and Safe year. Throughout nearly 25 years of driving AAA has been there for me when I have had motor vehicle emergencies. This has included the times when my battery died in the Pebble Marketplace parking lot (ironically this is where the other Henderson AAA is), when I had a flat tire in McCarran Marketplace, and when the brutally cold New York winters drained my battery. With that said AAA is a membership service that you may never need but when you do need it it is a lifesaver. For example, AAA charged nothing to help me when I got the flat when the car manufacturer wanted to charge $80. I could just imagine how much worst it would be on a dark desert highway in the middle of wilderness.    This is a brand new location that is so new that it is not listed on the AAA website. It is the second location in Henderson. In a way it is a replacement for the Warm Springs at Julia Street location. However, it is an improvement on account of the fact that it is the first Henderson AAA to offer auto services. If you are an AAA member you get 10% off. The sundry of auto services include radiator flush and oil changes. If I am not mistaken it will have a smog station. There is one bay which answers the inquiry why they request appointments.   Fortunately it wasn't an emergency that brought me here. Nor was it insurance, discounted tickets, or travel services. I came here for the complimentary City of Henderson Street Map and Las Vegas Road Map. In this brand new location that practically has a new car scent, the agent at the central desk greeted me. When I requested the two maps, he politely pointed me to the friendly agents at the left desk. The friendly woman who helped me seemed to be brand new. I got this impression because her friendly supervisor was helping her with my request. While they worked on my request I glanced at the list of all these discounts AAA members get. I never knew that I can get 10% off Safelite glass and MGM hotels. I photographed it and included it below and in a tip. She was friendly enough to the point that I asked if this location has a DMV kioak. She stated that this location is brand new and that they will have a Nevada DMV kiosk operating in January. When I walked out with my two maps the employees said goodbye, and I said to myself "hello to one more year of being an AAA member." read more

I contacted them to service my car. I had my oil changed and my AC unit repaired. Allan is very professional and courteous. I appreciate his assistance immensely with these issues. My oil was changed the same day but, I assume, because of local demand I had to wait a few days until my part arrived. When it arrived, as planned, he called and texted me. We set up an appointment for the next morning at 8am. My car was done within 2 hours! The repair cost was reasonable. On another note the waiting area is clean and the staff is pleasant. read more

It's not the branch it's Triple A's bad tow service I had. I waited three hours for a tow. No noticed were sent that they had someone on the way or being delayed. It's sad how the representatives had no clue accept the last lady I spoke with who I think put things in motion. Thank you lady, sorry I didn't get your name. Some one else listed my tow as my address when I only gave them the across from where my car needed a tow so they could find me. It was hot and I was as drenched waiting on Triple A for three hours. read more

The parent company the Hartford for car insurance is constantly trying to overfill me. I catch them making errors all the time that they deny I'm sick of dealing with them but they have the best rates at this time I have to put up with them and I can't stand the company. read more

This is in regards to the mechanic portion. Front desk guy was very nice. Had a good conversation. However brought my car in to get free brake inspection. Came back saying I needed brakes, rotors, front axel, serpentine belt and brake fluid change. The big thing here is the front brakes and belt. The axel was recommended soon but not urgent so ok fair. Same kinda idea with fluid. The brakes seemed odd to me cause I was fairly certain they were fine from a previous visit to another mechanic. So I got a second opinion and I was right. Brakes and rotors were fine. The brakes still had 70% left. Belt looked fine as well and the second opinion said there was no sign of needing to change it. That's a big issue for me. What a great team! I was the epitome of frazzled, on my lunch break and ran to the Julia location only to find them gone. A quick YELP search and I was on my way to the biggest AAA office I've ever seen! It's tucked back next to Chucky Cheese in the old Sears location, don't worry, you'll see it and be treated with 6 cheerful faces! I started with the ladies on the left dealing with the odd DMV glitch. Then asked the gentlemen on the right about the cost of a new battery and pro rating policy. Meanwhile I began the process of adding a homeowner hazard insurance on to my policy and am expecting a phone call when I'm through with work today. All of this in just 17 minutes, I was back from lunch with 3 minutes to spare! Amazing! read more

Both my cars needed oil changes honda crv and my camry. Great price great service great staff they were very helpful even got me a lift to get home so i didnt have to sit and wait there the hole time. Very friendly and professional.
