Great new addition to the local shopping plaza. They put in a computer for simple Amazon returns. If you get lucky and the store is empty, it only takes less than a minute. They sell a lot of mailing supplies, boxes, tape, things of that nature. Greeting cards are stocked along with stamps and envelopes of every size imaginable. Beware, there are a lot of "challenged" individuals new to the area who are going to hog up the machine and any staff. "Skill issue" is a friendly way of putting it. There's always a long line I went into have some stuff scanned, and there was only one person with a big line and everybody trying to talk to him at once and then he told me he couldn't scan my papers because there was tape on it, but I don't understand that because we do that at work all the time so I left without what I came for , it's a problem with a lot of businesses. I think the worker was so overwhelmed. They need to hire more people. Maybe he wouldn't be so frustrated. I think $1 per page plus $3 for computer use is a bit pricey. read more

When I came there today at 11:30am (Wednesday), there was only one person working to help guests. She was doing her best to take care of everyone without too much delays. Lena and Riley went above and beyond to help, with no benefit to themselves!! My elderly mother took a large box there to return. She paid for it, not knowing I had a shipping label. Riley and Lena saved the box for us, refunded my mother the next day and then Lena volunteered to take it over to Wal-mart for the Fed Ex return since UPS doesn't even do Fed Ex. UPS 284-C E Lake Mead Parkway Henderson, NV 89015 Walmart Shopping Mall Prior to the recent hires, Manager Frank is still the consummate professional. Will always help and he acknowledges repeat customers. He seems to understand customer retention but believe me, he's the only one. Within the last month I've had three packages, two Amazon returns and one eBay, that have gone missing, up to this point. Coincidentally, there have been 2/3 new employees hired during this time frame. I never had to pay attention to the cashiers because Frank was ringing me up for the most part. When my last package went missing I began making notes. - I started paying closer attention to the girls ringing packages. Even though I believe it was thievery, I went back to see for myself. They scan packages at a fast rate. I caught them scanning the same package twice and taking the one package that wasn't scanned. She made 3 scanning errors and I confronted her. Zero acknowledgment or apology from her...plainly stoic...cold. - As a former F&B Director with Strip Casino Resorts, I had 60+ FT, PT, O/C Cashiers under my umbrella. There were no scams I wasn't aware of from customers and my cashiers. These new employees have a knack of committing a technique of a "quick change" scam, but on their end. Even though there was no money exchanged, they rush and move packages around, like a shell game, which becomes confusing even when paying attention. - I delivered 13 miscellaneous packages one day last month, one being a $200 pair of Men's Tennis Shoes, and Amazon never received them. Unfortunately, the return stated Men's Tennis Shoes and I guess it was just too tempting for an employee who suffers with no integrity. All other packages were scanned but not this particular one. - Another visit I had a multiple packages returned, along with one large package that included clothing items. Value was $135.00. I have thrown away receipts up to this point because for the last five years I never had problems with Frank & Co. So either way, scanned or not, the package never arrived to the original seller. - I made an appointment with the owner, Nick. Sad but exactly like the employees...cold, unwelcoming, and nonchalant. We told him the problem and he said "packages go missing all the time!" Yes those were his words verbatim. He blamed it on the Corporate Hub and packages are getting lost there. Zero responsibility for what might be taking place in his store. After the brief encounter we were disgusted for even bringing our issue to him. He couldn't have cared less. Completely useless and a waste of time. We let him know we'd be filing a formal complaint with UPS Corporate. He dumped an 800 number on us which was his extent of offering elite customer service. *****Updated as of today July 21**** - If you don't read any of this post, at least read this. The seller of the Men's Tennis Shoes previously said the UPS office never had a record of our return tracking label being scanned. Today, AND ONLY AFTER CONFRONTING NICK was a DIFFERENT RETURN TRACKING LABEL printed and the shoes sent. Shoes are being returned to the seller, albeit, FOUR WEEKS LATER! YES...FOUR WEEKS LATER. The seller asked how we printed a different return label from UPS? WE DIDN'T BECAUSE WE CAN'T. Only Amazon issues a return label to us. What does that mean? In simple, capsule form, the UPS OFFICE printed the NEW RETURN TRACKING LABEL which means they had my shoes! I can't come up with any other explanation. - I would recommend one should never take their business there but I shouldn't state the obvious. But if you decide to go based on convenience, look at your receipts carefully and take your time. Be prepared by keeping any backup and receipts. - I just found out that CVS offers UPS pick up. I had just left the post office with rude costumer service.. no acknowledgment for any costumer the lady that was helping me had an attitude as if she doesn't even want to be there. If you are unhappy leave or go in the back and not let your energy drag on to another person... anyways I left because I will not be treated that way. I left a package there on Monday the 13th, 2020. Online never updated. Called ups and they said that they would reach out to the store and that the store would call with an update. I went the next morning when they had opened. I inquired about my package? They said that the driver didn't scan the package so that may be the problem. I asked when it would be delivered? They told me Thursday the 16th and the I should call the receiver and ask if it was delivered. Really? What am I paying you for? I called ups and inquired again. They told me that the package may still be at the store. Wow. I told them that I went to the store this morning and it was not there. Will never use ups again. I get it, everyone deserves a break, but at least say that you apologize for the inconvenience. This is the absolute greatest UPS Store on the planet. Sheena, Katie and Alma are the very best at customer service. When I moved across the country, they assisted me to get all my things shipped at the lowest rate with the very best delivery dates. I needed everything to arrive after a certain future date and they made sure that happened. They also got me a AAA discount which saved me 10% on all my shipping expenses. Sheena is a terrific manager and she has fun with her employees which makes the experience fun for customers, too. I've been to this UPS store quite a few times but before this last visit it's been awhile. It's ok they provide quite a few services the other UPS stores may or may not have such as mailbox, packing and printing services. The customer service is hit and miss, they've never been really big on it at all. This recent visit I was only picking up a package. When first approaching the counter the staff member was in the back doing something, nobody else in the store. He finally came out and I told him I was just in to pick up a package. He said ok, as we kind of starred at each other. With me picking up many package in the past I asked him, do you need to see my ID, he said yes usually it's kind of expected for them to ask for ID the customer for ID as they pick up packages. I signed and was on my way, no biggy. The parking lot is super tight I guess since it's sharing space with a Super Walmart and other stores around it. read more

Went to the location at the near the Walmart Super Store on Lake Mead in Henderson (2887). When we got to the door we noticed the sign showing this location closed at 5PM on Saturday. It was about 5-10 minutes past 5:00 and we started to turn away. but unlike anywhere else we have encountered this situation where most employees pretends not to notice anyone at the door, a young man Frank came to the door and we informed him we just had a question about shipping. This today evening it was so terrible visit . i just wanted He did notarizing the my signature, of passport application, for my son because the rules ; - "There is of minors under 12 years of age As a general rule, when applying for a passport for a minor, (legal guardian) to the application by filling out the parental consent form and signing it in front of a notary public . " This guy refused my notarizing the my signature, of passport application, because he told me :- " the law do not allow certificate my Hungarian passport " . I told for him , Doesn't make sense but he just and and turn away from me , for no good reason. He yelled at me in front of lots is customers. Now it is lost. No apology, no customer service. . i'm think so this old guy Greg He's an selfish crusty old relic for this job UPS employee obviously can't. What a joke these people are. Awful awful awful. This guy is the rudest person, ever!!! He is greedy and hideous I feel sorry for the people that work there!! I'm not sure where all the negativity is coming from . This was the strangest ups store experience ever. The older man behind the counter took my package that I wanted to mail and asked me what was in it. I was sure I'd heard him wrong but he repeated the question. He didn't say are there any explosives etc... he wanted to know specifically what was in my package! I told him it was none of his business and he then handed it back to me and told me to take it to the post office. I did and they didn't feel it was necessary to know what was in the package.
