The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

Update The day after…read moreposting the below review, Eagle Sentry called and said they would waive the cancellation fee. I wish it had not come to that, but they did make it right. When I purchased my new Tri Point home, I paid for the pre-install of a security system. When I moved in, I was told to contact Eagle Sentry. I paid for everything upfront and for my entire first year of service. At the beginning of my second year of service I once again and paid for one year in advance. After five months I decided to put my home up for rent and cancel my service. I was told that I was committed to them for three years and would owe not only my remaining pre-paid months but an additional $351. I have asked to speak to upper management and to see a copy of the contract stating that I signed a three year agreement, but I've had no luck in speaking with anyone or seeing a copy of my agreement. I had planned to install Eagle Sentry in my new home, but will definitely re-examine that after this terrible experience that I've had.

Everything was good and we set a date for install. As we all know life happens and some adjustment needed to be made. I called John and he was able to accommodate a change in my install date. Overall very satisfied with the system that I have installed, it is top of the line, quality and best of all there's no excessive holes in the walls because I didn't do it, haha. They are very professional and will help you out. Highly recommend!
