More recently, we replaced our windows and when the window company (Power Home Remodel) lied constantly and effed up, so that the Boss screens could not be re-installed, the people at Boss were with me 100% from day one. They were my allies and advocates. Specifically, Waylon Knapp in Arizona could not have been more helpful if he was my own son. Locally, engineers Alex and Ray were at my home about 3 times each with solutions. Even the owner James got involved and was supportive and gracious. All of them are knowledgeable, competent, honest and ethical. Put your faith in Boss Security Screens.

Owner Farzad at Security Camera Las Vegas was great!…read more He answered me real fast with a quote to install a brand new Ring Doorbell Pro at our residence. We had a near break-in of our home the day before with my daughter in the house. So scary!! That same night I installed some new steel door bar handles. The very next day I went to get this Ring Doorbell Pro from the store, and on the same morning I asked Security Camera Las Vegas for a quote. Farzad came back with a message to me less than 30 minutes later, and with a very reasonable price. I asked I could do it only if he could come the same day, and told him my reason I needed it installed so quickly. He agreed and said family safety is a priority! He would be by our house no problem after I got off work. Farzad is very friendly and very versed on these new Ring video doorbells. His install was quick and efficient, he helped with getting us setup with Ring accounts too! We tested they Ring doorbell and he made some final adjustments. Professional and courteous! Farzad even gave me a quick tutorial on some of the Ring doorbell settings and how to make some simple changes to maximize the camera view. Much thanks to Farzad and Security Camera Las Vegas - we can now view our home entrance with peace of mind!

We requested quotes on reprogramming our existing system as well as a quote on an upgraded system. This was on July 30th. Nick said he will have the programmer take a look and then he would get back to us in about a week and a half. It is now August 30th, and despite many reminders and follow ups, we still do not have a quote. In one of my last emails to Nick I said "So we don't know if this will take days, weeks or months?" and Nick's response was "Unfortunately, I don't know for sure". Is this on Nick? Probably not as he said he was following up with his programmer. So, who is responsible for providing customers with good customer service? And why couldn't we get an estimated time frame? If you don't even know if it will take days, weeks or months then there is a problem with company processes.
