I ordered blinds from this company and not only did they have the best price, but the owner came to the install and made sure everything was perfect. He helped me pick the perfect product and took his time to explain everything to me. He broke down the difference in price and quality which I particularly liked because when I realized that his price was almost 50% less than the competition, I was able to get the higher quality blind that I wanted. Submitted an online form to see if they can bid the job of outfitting my entire home with new coverings. Never got a response. Drove to office to see if I can work with them. Office is 2 stories and I hear a disembodied voice from upstairs upon walking in. I walk over and said am I suppose to walk up. I was told by a very rude and unprofessional woman they didn't have a sales rep in the office. Ok great, just wanted to see about offerings, however given the complete lack of professionalism I simply said I was trying to give you business, however if this is what I am met with, no thanks. Taking my business elsewhere. Don't even bother with this place. read more

Hmm, I guess I was too small potatoes for them. Shaun came out to measure 4 windows and 1 slider. I was interested in cellular shades/panel blinds/and 1 motorized treatment. He said because of the (4th of July) weekend coming up that he would have to get back to me with pricing. Never heard from them again :) Home Depot's window service got the business instead ...... read more

Blind wholesalers is AMAZING! I am very cautious regarding vendors but this company is the BEST! Our sales person Jim was so professional, not pushy and the pricing he gave us was the best and we got three bids. The installation team did a FANTASTIC JOB! They were on-time, very organized, kept my house clean and were meticulous regarding the install. We love our Norman shutters and will recommend Blind Wholesalers to everyone we know! Thank you for a job very well done! read more

I submitted and online request for a quote and got no response. I then called and received a call back from Jim. He took my information and said he would get back to me the next day. It is a week later and nothing. We decided to go with another company, along with several of our neighbors. They missed out on a pretty large job if you combined all of us. read more

Very happy with the blinds Al and Ron installed for us. They look great and block out a lot of sun for our overlarge window. Surprisingly quick install, as well. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Al came out and measured everything, quickly got me a quote, and we place the order. Our shutters showed up exactly when he said they would, Victor, the installer, was awesome! I am extremely happy with our choice to use Blind Wholesaler. read more

If you're looking for window blinds/patio shades you have to give these guys a call. They were at least $800 below the closest competition. The guys who came out to install my patio shades were professional and extremely knowledgeable. One of the installers (Steve) answered every question I had while I watched them install my patio shades. Again if you're getting estimates...do yourself a favor and give them a call. read more

From start to finish, the process of getting shutters from Blind Wholesaler was smooth and professional. Al returned my call the same day and we met a few days later for a quote. The prices are very reasonable and on par with other companies that we checked out. After we paid the deposit, a fellow came and measured all the windows. 3 weeks later we were told that the blinds were ready for install. The two guys that did the install were efficient and professional. I liked their organization and how they kept everything tidy throughout the install. In 2 hours the entire house was done! The shutters are perfect and the process was so easy! Thanks Al for the great service and for the quality window treatments. read more

Sean left the job, and the owner Al called us to make things right. Apparently Sean made a lot of mistakes and damage to the business. Al came in personally and took measurements. When the blinds came the second time, though, they were the wrong kind again! The blinds ordered required drilling holes in our marble window sills which was not an option. Al reordered everything again. I am sure by this point he lost big money on our house but he didn't whine or leave any unfinished business. The correct blinds came 2 weeks ago and installed perfectly. He even gave us a discount for salesman mistakes. We are happy with the final results, even though it took us 4 months to get everything done. read more

Al w/Blind Wholesaler was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Blind Wholesaler for all window treatment needs!

Our realtor suggested Al as she has worked with him on many occasions. He was amazing. From start to finish he spent time going through all our options and patiently gave us multiple quotes to allow us to customize our home but still stay on budget. He even kept track of our home's completion date so our plantation shutters would arrive on time. His suggestions fit our home perfectly. Thank you so much Al for your professionalism, great customer service and kindness. We love our window coverings. read more

Just called to get an appointment to go over window dressing options for my newly purchased home. Spoke with Allan. Instead of being interested in scheduling my appointment to help me with my current home, he was more concerned that I would not be able to afford this project. Disappointed. Too bad he will never earn my business. Will not bother to call this company again. read more

Give these guys TWO enthusiastic thumbs up! (I'd give three if I had another hand) I called Blind Wholesaler after doing my homework. "Al Ander" was my initial contact. Yes, he courteous and efficient. And, when you're searching for "the best" that's a great start. But, that was only the start of a great experience. First, his pricing was - BY FAR - the best. Then he actually met us at the home (it actually was just a shell at that point) we were building to go over shutter options. He gave us a time frame and told us what and when too expect completion. And, I tell you it was PRECISELY what he promised! When the installers showed up - these guys were also courteous (fun, actually) and amazingly efficient. Listen., moving is not fun. And, we did have some headaches. But, this part of the process was so easy and fun it's almost hard to believe. Great quality! And, shutters with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! Need shutters? Simple.
