My garage power wasn't working, even after using the circuit breaker, and he was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, while answering my questions and explaining each step. The initial quote was fair- however, the only issue is that he up charged me on the material which I noticed after I looked up the cost. Not cool. Still, very grateful for his service and help.

We requested quotes on reprogramming our existing system as well as a quote on an upgraded system. This was on July 30th. Nick said he will have the programmer take a look and then he would get back to us in about a week and a half. It is now August 30th, and despite many reminders and follow ups, we still do not have a quote. In one of my last emails to Nick I said "So we don't know if this will take days, weeks or months?" and Nick's response was "Unfortunately, I don't know for sure". Is this on Nick? Probably not as he said he was following up with his programmer. So, who is responsible for providing customers with good customer service? And why couldn't we get an estimated time frame? If you don't even know if it will take days, weeks or months then there is a problem with company processes.

The ownership of the company has changed about 4x since getting this service over five years ago…read more The service is very good- at less than $40 a month, we have round the clock monitoring and if the alarm is tripped, security is dispatched (at no additional charge), to check the home's status. It's worth having that peace of mind. The alarm is very loud- I'm sure our neighbors hear it, I know some dogs hear it, because there is barking shortly thereafter. Sometimes we forget about the alarm being on, and then minutes later, we get a phone call to see if we are alright. It is advised to test the system once a month. Just call the center and they will walk you through it. I would highly recommend this service. We also use this company at one of our office locations. If we are having some work done (swamp coolers), I call the center to place the system on "test" mode for a few hours. It's very easy dealing with them- the operators are always very nice and pleasant on the telephone.

After that, had the nerve to send me an email stating that they were going to charge me another month even though I am not under contract. I attempted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the company is so low down and sneeky that they are made up of loosely affiliated companies. The only place to complain was So.
