Owner Farzad at Security Camera Las Vegas was great! He answered me real fast with a quote to install a brand new Ring Doorbell Pro at our residence. We had a near break-in of our home the day before with my daughter in the house. So scary!! That same night I installed some new steel door bar handles. The very next day I went to get this Ring Doorbell Pro from the store, and on the same morning I asked Security Camera Las Vegas for a quote. Farzad came back with a message to me less than 30 minutes later, and with a very reasonable price. I asked I could do it only if he could come the same day, and told him my reason I needed it installed so quickly. He agreed and said family safety is a priority! He would be by our house no problem after I got off work. Farzad is very friendly and very versed on these new Ring video doorbells. His install was quick and efficient, he helped with getting us setup with Ring accounts too! We tested they Ring doorbell and he made some final adjustments. Professional and courteous! Farzad even gave me a quick tutorial on some of the Ring doorbell settings and how to make some simple changes to maximize the camera view. Much thanks to Farzad and Security Camera Las Vegas - we can now view our home entrance with peace of mind! read more

I just called these guys on the phone they are so helpful! I mean seriously helpful and friendly. They explained things to me to help me better understand what I want. Though the person on the phone did say that due to the heat they will not be able to run wires in the attic for residential(I totally understand). When it comes time to needing professional installation of security cameras I will totally call back. That's again! read more

Not only did Security Camera Las Vegas come in with t worst bid to hang my tv, but they did an amazing job! They were great working around the chaos of me re-doing my master bedroom. After they were done, I needed a piece that organized my cords and I didn't have it. They told me what I should go buy. Before I could even gather my kids and go out to buy it- they returned with it, and even installed it! I tried to pay them for it and they refused. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I'am very happy! Rudd was great. They were very quick and professional in taking care of what I needed. When I called they were able to work with my schedule and get my cameras installed quickly. Rudd spent the extra time to get the system set up exactly like I wanted and answer all my questions (and I had a lot). Great Company! I can't say enough good things about Rudd and this company. They are very professional, hard working and stand behind their work. When I had the system installed I called them after a having trouble with another company that had done a very poor job. I'm very glad I called they were quick, honest and very fair. Fast forward to yesterday I called with a question about my system and they were out today to walk me through the problem and had me up an running immediately. I am so happy with my security cameras. Beyond excellent service and installation. They are quick, precise and very knowledgeable in the security systems. I've had my cameras for a year and had questions recently about how to navigate through my devices, they came back out to my house and explained the process again with great patience, as I'm a little challenged when it comes to technology. They also offer other security options that I will take advantage of when my contract with my current alarm company is expired. I highly recommend this company for all your security/alarm needs. Purchased a TV and decided to have it wall mounted. Put a request in for a quote to multiple businesses and the owner Farzad contacted me almost immediately and was able to send a Team out the same day! His service quote was also the most reasonable!!! He kept me updated with their scheduling and how far out to expect his techs. He also contacted me when they were on the way to my home! Nick said he will have the programmer take a look and then he would get back to us in about a week and a half. In one of my last emails to Nick I said "So we don't know if this will take days, weeks or months?" and Nick's response was "Unfortunately, I don't know for sure". Is this on Nick? Probably not as he said he was following up with his programmer. So, who is responsible for providing customers with good customer service? And why couldn't we get an estimated time frame? If you don't even know if it will take days, weeks or months then there is a problem with company processes.

The ownership of the company has changed about 4x since getting this service over five years ago…read more The service is very good- at less than $40 a month, we have round the clock monitoring and if the alarm is tripped, security is dispatched (at no additional charge), to check the home's status. It's worth having that peace of mind. The alarm is very loud- I'm sure our neighbors hear it, I know some dogs hear it, because there is barking shortly thereafter. Sometimes we forget about the alarm being on, and then minutes later, we get a phone call to see if we are alright. It is advised to test the system once a month. Just call the center and they will walk you through it. I would highly recommend this service. We also use this company at one of our office locations. If we are having some work done (swamp coolers), I call the center to place the system on "test" mode for a few hours. It's very easy dealing with them- the operators are always very nice and pleasant on the telephone.
