The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He was focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious about getting everything installed cleanly. Vitaly, the owner and system designer, is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and flexible. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10!

We wanted a few outdoor and indoor cameras. Vitaly and his team were able to install all cameras, wiring and the main box seamlessly. Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

I'll keep this short, sweet and as simple as possible. You…read moreguys dropped the ball ! For the longest time it seemed like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. It was very unprofessional and business like.! I know who you guys are and I know how you got started and where you came from and where you have ended up and I believe due to good customer skills, and but once you decided to switch over to protection, all that go out the window! I was working with the salesman in order to get a new panel and then all of a sudden everything went silent. I heard anything for a long time so I decided to call my salesman and when I spoke with him, he informed me that he no longer worked for the that you guys placed on disability, and the right thing to do would've been for your to notify me and let me know and get me a new salesman or something, but I never heard from you never heard from my salesman. I never heard anything so you tell me what is wrong with that picture so of course I was pretty shocked and surprised to hear that reached out and called you guys got things I straightened out got things rolling again. Got you in my corporate office together and it took forever day to me. It seemed like you were putting more energy into making sure we signed your contract and you were to actually give us customer because our contract was finally signed back in March and the project was finally finished the last week of August and the issue originally started in October 2025, the first two months you guys are not accounted for but the next eight months you're definitely gonna be held accountable for and there's no way in hell regardless of or whatever it was not acceptable and it was very unprofessional and considering you guys were out to look at the many times in order to get all the information you needed in order to order and do whatever needed to be but then we're short on Parts we're missing and then all of a sudden are on backorder and then they're having to because there was no more left in stock back at the factory Lottie doll Lada It was just lip after lip service. ! With all that being said, I do give credit credit is due, and I would like to give the credit to Mr. Danny Garcia and his crew for taking over the project and getting it pushed through and of with all of the nonsense and unprofessionalism that had taken place and was still place by our inspector/Marshall, but Mr. Garcia and his crew were very diligent on helping me get this across the finish line and they were very professional about it and they wanted it across the finish line as badly as I did he knew and understood what customer service was all about because Mr. Garcia showed up whenever I needed wanted him to talk to answer questions to go over things there was times that he had worked all night, but still showed up the next morning because he wanted to help me get this project finished. I'm going to be honest I feel that Mr. Garcia and his crew were kind of thrown under the bus by your management to put out fires that they did not create so Mr. Garcia definitely stepped up to the plate. He took all criticism sarcasm or whatever because he knew that I had considering how long the project was and all of the hiccups bumps excuses, or whatever was thrown at me, so I definitely wanna give Mr. Garcia and his crew a thumbs up and a thank you with a lot of gratitude for their professional professionalism and due diligence on making sure that they help me and get this project finished and across the finish line because they had to deal with a lot of nonsense and BS from the inspector, and they did nothing but show the upmost professionalism and courtesy to a very, very unprofessional and rude inspector. So in my opinion, I believe that management should take care of Mr. Danny Garcia his crew for putting out their and I believe once Mr. Garcia and his crew can get caught up in all of the put out and really be able to handle their business without having to run around with chickens with their heads cut off. I believe that Fire side of Sting Alarms will be in good hands and should be able to do nothing but provide good customer skills, service and professionalism to their clientele and customers. !!!

I am giving 5 stars for John and Kevin's exceptional care and customer service during install…read more Kevin was very careful and respectful of my home. I can't help but remember the countless times a cable installer has come into my home and scuffed up my carpet or dented my furniture. Kevin's care has raised the bar for cable install. John was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. My main concern was that I wanted to make sure I could sign into the Directv app as many of my neighbors have had issues with that. He walked me through each step and provided effective trouble shooting solutions. Anyone else would have just thrown a textbook answer at me and insisted that it would work. John went beyond and provided a demo of basic functions. I had mentioned that I don't watch a lot of TV . This was SO helpful to me as I am embarrassed to say I don't know how to use all the new functionalities of the modern remote control lol. He also walked through upgrades and it surprisingly didn't feel salesy at all. Just seemed like he was recounting his favorite features. You just don't expect this level of service with a cable installer. Kevin and John were both exceptional brand ambassadors.
