My amazing realtor, Haydee Ratner with Best Management Team, brought in amazing Carmon for my lock change on the day that I closed on my home He came on the day and had all kinds of great options to choose from to get my new house started on the right foot. He was such an awesome person to start this new journey off with!!! It was one of the best parts of my first day with my new home!! Thank you so much Carmon for making my first day in my new house even more incredible than it already is!! I will use your services again and again for any locksmith needs that arise!! Highly recommend!!

I didn't realize how outdated my front door keypad had become until it started acting up. I called Supertech Locksmith expecting a quick fix, but the conversation turned into something much more helpful. Carmon took the time to walk through better options instead of just replacing what I already had. There was no pressure--just clear, practical guidance on what would actually work best. After that call, a purchase link came through, along with help choosing a color that would match the door. What stood out most was how easy everything felt. As soon as the new lock arrived, scheduling happened right away. No delays, no back-and-forth. Installation day was just as smooth. Carmon showed up on time, handled everything efficiently, and made sure the lock was working perfectly before even talking about payment. The price was as quoted and very reasonable. It felt like working with someone who genuinely cares about doing things right. Personable, reliable, and easy to trust. I'll be calling them again the next time I need anything related to locks. read more

I came home, parked my car in the garage, went into my house through the garage door open the garage door with my key and I got stuck and I tried to get it out and the key snapped off in the lock. I had to get back to work so I needed somebody to come out ASAP so I called 24 super tech, Locksmith, and talked to Carmen. He said he could be out within about 45 minutes to an hour. I said perfect. He came out did the job. It was only a $25 service fee to come out plus the cost to fix the lock which was very low. He was done within about 15 minutes 20 minutes-ish and now the lock works better than it did before so it won't happen again. I would highly recommend these guys based on my first service with them. Service fee was fair price to fix the lock was fair. Carmen is a really good guy and he got out here real quick and took care of the problem for me. If you have an issue with a lock, give them a call. read more

A few family members including myself found ourselves stuck outside of the house in the heat when unable to open the door after unlocking. Our door knob was malfunctioning. I remembered the incredible service I had received with 24/7 Supertech Locksmith in the past. They responded to my inquiry right away thru Yelp and now my family is feeling safe in our home. I really like that they utilize Zelle as a form of payment. Very convenient. Thank you so much! read more

We needed our original lock put back on, and I called on a holiday not expecting much. Carmon answered right away and was at our place within 30 minutes. He swapped the lock back to the original instead of pushing us toward buying something new. Anyone else would have told us that was too much trouble. He got it back in, aligned, and working better than before. Then he went further and helped fix the door itself. Nobody asked him to do that. He just did it because it needed doing. Fast, honest, and clearly takes pride in the work. If you need a locksmith in Las Vegas, call 24/7 Supertech and ask for Carmon. read more

We needed someone to replace our gate lock after the old one stopped working. Since we couldn't find a new lock that matched the existing holes, I sent Carmon a few photos of the old setup. He came up with a cost-effective solution by modifying the existing installation rather than requiring a complete replacement. He ordered the necessary parts, and within just a few days our gate was secure again. Carmon was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. read more

The fob stopped working a little over a year after I got it. I called to ask if there was any kind of warranty since the universal key I received felt cheaply made. Unfortunately, there wasn't, but the guy I spoke with was kind enough to offer to remake the fob at a discounted price. I ended up going with a different company instead, who charged a bit more for a manufacturer key. Overall, the response time and price here were fair, but the quality of the key just didn't last. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Supertech Locksmith, specifically with Carmon. I found myself locked out of my home due to a stubborn deadbolt, and after a quick call to Supertech Locksmith, Carmon arrived promptly and expertly got me back inside. The fact that he was able to handle the deadbolt so efficiently was impressive and a huge relief. The service was not only fast but also very professional and friendly. Carmon made sure everything was secure and even offered some helpful tips to improve my home's security. What I appreciate most is the transparency and fair pricing--there were no surprises, just excellent service. Whether you're locked out of your car, home, or business, Supertech Locksmith is the one to call. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a reliable locksmith. We first met Cameron a little over a year ago, and since then, we've hired him three separate times for both our residential and commercial properties. That kind of repeat business speaks volumes, but I want to elaborate on why we keep coming back. In the service industry, communication is everything, and Cameron excels at it. From the initial quote to completing the job, he ensures we always have peace of mind. He is transparent, responsive, and always keeps us informed, there are no surprises. Beyond his technical skill as a locksmith, his approach is genuinely exceptional. He is incredibly friendly and has been consistently flexible with our demanding schedule, making the process stress-free every time. We wholeheartedly recommend Cameron; he delivers exceptional work every time. read more

As most of you know, I rarely take the time to post reviews because I am in the national Media. However, I have to say that dealing with Cameron at 24/7Supertech Locksmith at www.stlocksmith.com 702-800-7006 is nothing but exceptional. This is the third time has helped me out, and knowing that he has the skills and background to help me at our Western Capital Offices or at one of my homes, he gets the business. Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. He can go right ahead and provide a screenshot, but it will have been doctored. Untrustworthy, rude and condescending. As men often are to women. What can I expect from you? Why would I hire someone who can't even be bothered to make inquiries or try to be competitive to earn my business? Absolutely absurd. Would I have been treated this way if I'd been a man? read more

You never know when you will need a locksmith. And, it's usually an emergency when you do. Put 24/7 Supertech in your contacts. They actually live up to the name, 24/7. Surprising how many in the area claim to be 24/7 but aren't available weekends. Carmon is fantastic. Arrived in 30 minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. Took care of removing a badly damaged deadbolt on a security door due to a break-in that I could not remove myself. Repaired the damage to the door and installed the replacement in minutes. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, competent, and a reasonable price. Save yourself the effort searching for a locksmith and just make 24/7 Supertech your "go-to." read more

I can't say enough good things about this company! I needed a key cut and programmed for my car and called around to compare prices. They offered me a fair and reasonable quote, much better than others, and even came to my home, saving me the hassle of going anywhere. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call and completed everything quickly and professionally. The service was fast, reliable, and affordable - exactly what I hoped for. They earned their 5 stars, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing key services. If you're looking for efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced help, this is the team to call! read more

I asked the next day if he was able to go to Home Depot and get me a lockbox so we can leave outside for future guests he told me no problem and once again within an hour my job was fixed. Estimates were completely in-line with other competitors (not more, not less) for doing re-keying, rotating deadbolts, and installing a new locking handle. Was able to provide an accurate estimate, work was done promptly. Could have done the job same day but needed him to order an extra knob so had him come back. Highly, highly recommended based on my experience. read more

Dishonest ~ Carmon (male) does not respect Americans, does not respect women. Bait and switch on pricing, especially if you "seem affluent". As soon as the service is over, you will be asked to take out your cell phone and immediately post a positive review on Google. DO NOT DO IT. Workmanship is questionable - you feel a con artist in action is "helping you" while the work is being done! WATCH OUT SENIORS! WATCH OUT WOMEN! WATCH OUT EVERYONE IN LAS VEGAS!!! 24/7 Supertech Locksmith is the scam company - THIS IS THE CORRECT COMPANY. read more

We lost our key for about a week looked everywhere finally decided we needed to call someone we called them and that same morning they sent someone immediately out I had to go drop my son off and they were very patient and waited for me to return from School drop off he fixed the car was very polite. He made sure I had all the information I neededabout the new key and made sure I tried it out and it worked. I felt like they made sure everything was in order before leaving and it wasn't a rush job. read more

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Their response time was immediate, and the service was both professional and reliable. I reached out to several companies for quotes, and many not only provided excessive prices but also pressured me relentlessly--so much so that I had to block their numbers. In contrast, this company offered a fair price without any of that uncomfortable sales pressure. I highly recommend their trustworthy and efficient service! read more

Carmon was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed by his customer service. I too was very impressed and would highly recommend Carmon as your go to locksmith! He was able to accommodate me in his schedule for a same day appointment even though I am in a remote location. He even reprogrammed my garage door opener while he was here. I am so happy to support a local Las Vegas business. read more

Locked out of a room and feeling like I just lost the game, I called this locksmith. They showed up faster than I could say "door, please," and were super friendly. Like, they actually seemed to enjoy their job! They got me back in no time and even negotiated on the price, which was a nice surprise. If you ever find yourself locked out, these folks are the real MVPs. Would totally recommend! read more

Absolutely love this company! They got back to me so quickly and were able to give me a quote on the phone. I really needed same day service and had a really limited time to be able to get this done and they worked with me so well and were so nice and helpful throughout the whole process and were still cheaper than other places I called! I would absolutely use them again if I needed to! read more

Thanks Carmon! I moved into my new place and called around looking for immediate service. Carmon was able to come out to my place right away. I had him install a new high security lock for my front door with a dead bolt. He also made sure all the locks in my home was in tip top shape. Great service and honesty where you don't expect it, thanks again Carmon. read more

Sent a request for keys to be duplicated. I received an initial response, after replying - No further response from locksmith. After leaving the above review, I received an estimate. After receiving the estimate, they seem more concerned about this review & editing it. I understand people are busy but once you initiate contact, please follow up. read more

He went out of his way to help me get the car started at the dealership, and I remembered that. Recently I had an issue at my business with a commercial mortise that broke. It's not a cheap part, and he replaced it for $800. But what stood out most was how much time he put into figuring out the real problem. He came out three different times to diagnose it, on his own time, without nickel and diming me. It turned out the door had bigger issues from the original install. It was missing parts, which was causing it not to latch correctly. After some back and forth, Mike came back out again, replaced the missing parts for free, and made sure the door was working perfectly. That says a lot. Mike clearly cares about his work, his customers, and his reputation. I'm really glad I met him, and I'd recommend Winged Key Lock & Safe to anyone who wants someone honest and dependable.

Ended up damaging my brand new door, door frame and the lock was installed crooked. He knew he fucked up and tried to act like it was all minor. When he pointed out the damaged door, he said my door was brand new material that he's never seen before. All crap! Not true. It was damaged because he didn't center it and it ended up breaking off a piece. With that being said, he offered a small discount and told me to go to Home Depot for the wood glue and it was an easy fix. When he rekeys my door lock, that also didn't work. To wrap things up and make it worse, he didn't even have anything to clean up the wood shavings. Left my brand new house filthy with debris inside and outside. Total garbage service. At the end of all this, I had to call another company to come out and repair what he did. Not sure how this company has 5 stars but this was a total disaster and crap of a company.
