Chose this company based on all the reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the greatest experience. Called on a Friday night and company wanted to send someone out at 9:30 - 10 PM. Told them it could wait until Saturday. When I originally called, lady on the phone quoted me $85 plus any equipment that would need to be replaced. I decided to purchase the new door knob myself since I didn't know if they would have something that would match what was already there. Upon arrival, technician quoted $300! After negotiation, price came down to $180 cash with a "senior discount " for a 3-5 minute job. If that is the going price to replace a door knob, no problem. Some A hole robbed my bfs car of everything, including my keys, so I had ti have my Toyota key fob replaced. Toyota quoted me FIVE HUNDRED dollars. The texting was a little confusing, because I thought I was testing worh the owner, then suddenly another number was texting, which was the actual tech. I cannot recommend this company enough. Came home from a business trip at 10pm and couldn't get into my home as my garage door had gone offline and the keypad on my door had dead batteries. I called Lockpro and they were so nice, professional and quick. Soli came to my home within a half hour and was so kind and helpful. He was able to open my garage door first, so he didn't have to damage my keypad on my door. He then took the time to cut me new sets of keys and help me change the batteries in my keypad on my door.
