Chose this company based on all the reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the greatest experience. Called on a Friday night and company wanted to send someone out at 9:30 - 10 PM. Told them it could wait until Saturday. When I originally called, lady on the phone quoted me $85 plus any equipment that would need to be replaced. I decided to purchase the new door knob myself since I didn't know if they would have something that would match what was already there. Upon arrival, technician quoted $300! After negotiation, price came down to $180 cash with a "senior discount " for a 3-5 minute job. If that is the going price to replace a door knob, no problem.
