Highly communicative, knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. Our needs: One of the locks he worked on was our pushbar backdoor, which required a special made lock/set up to swap with our needs. He not only had the specific parts, but also was able to fabricate another piece we needed to avoid a 1-2 week special delivery. The other lock was a key bolt for the front.
