Marius and his team were friendly, professional and quick. I messaged around to find the best quote for unlocking my car because I left my keys inside. Marius came within twenty minutes and unlocked my car in about two minutes. Hoping you dont lock yourself OUT, but if you do, I would highly recommend Winged Key Lock and Safe to come to your rescue with competitive price. Thank Marius and team again for their help (: read more

Mike at Winged Key Lock & Safe is the kind of person you're really glad you found when you need a locksmith. I first used him about a year ago when I lost my car key. He went out of his way to help me get the car started at the dealership, and I remembered that. Recently I had an issue at my business with a commercial mortise that broke. It's not a cheap part, and he replaced it for $800. But what stood out most was how much time he put into figuring out the real problem. He came out three different times to diagnose it, on his own time, without nickel and diming me. It turned out the door had bigger issues from the original install. It was missing parts, which was causing it not to latch correctly. After some back and forth, Mike came back out again, replaced the missing parts for free, and made sure the door was working perfectly. That says a lot. Mike clearly cares about his work, his customers, and his reputation. I'm really glad I met him, and I'd recommend Winged Key Lock & Safe to anyone who wants someone honest and dependable. read more

Winged Key Lock & Safe - Unfinished lock. Missing shield plate. Sticks out beyond door frame. - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Went to get a custom key made for my classic Porsche and the cut didn't come out close enough for me to feel confident it would work and instead of admitting it wasn't right, he still wanted payment even though my 400 dollar key was unusable. So when I didn't want to pay they said they weren't giving me my original Porsche key back. Cops were called and everything...man it was a 120 bucks and just so unnecessary. Everyone makes mistakes it's not like I was furious I just wanted the job done right. read more

Reasonable price and quick service was very much appreciated and it was convenient to have my keys made at home

Shout out to Mike. Kept me in the loop on his route here. Showed up, did a great job and was a good-hearted dude with a great work ethic. Was quoted a few prices in my search, this company was one of the better prices. I needed a lock opened to my house and in 110° weather, he was efficient in getting us out of the heat and into the house. AND....AND, he didn't make me feel stupid for locking myself out. Definitely hittin' them up when I need any locksmith services. read more

Amazing and fast service! Just after midnight I see that one of the visiting toddlers has locked the door to an unoccupied room. I submitted a request for an estimate on Yelp and received an instant answer from Mike . I was hoping he could come out in the morning but was surprised and grateful when he said he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later, the door was unlocked! We hired this company to install a new lock at our commercial complex. Unfortunately, the workmanship was substandard and the customer service was even worse. The lock was left with a visible gap and loose collar that every other unit in our building does not have. When we reached out with photos and video showing the issue, instead of taking responsibility or correcting an obvious installation problem, we were given long, scripted explanations insisting that the installation was "functional" and therefore acceptable. In a business environment, presentation and quality matter just as much as basic functionality. A professional locksmith should be able to recognize when a part doesn't fit properly and address it onsite, not leave it looking unfinished. We also requested three keys and were only provided two. We value vendors who stand behind their work. In this case, the response was defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. We will not be using this company again and do not recommend them for commercial properties where quality standards matter. read more

Told him what I needed, and my work schedule, and he was able to schedule service the same day after I got home from work. Great service, quick work, and great price. Made extra effort to get out to our place at the late hour. Much appreciated!

Mike was very responsive to my request for an estimate to fix a deadbolt. I had called three other locksmiths who advertised as "mobile." This led to an answering service and no callback. I put a request into Yelp and Mike responded within 5 minutes, providing me a clear price and the exact time he could be at the job site. He arrived on time, was polite, professional, and well organized. I also had him change out an old door know on the same door.
