I called Lockmaster Security Services because we were having issues with our door locks and security door, and they sent Dave out within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and how professional the whole experience was from the start. When Dave arrived, he was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The problem seemed difficult and stressful to us, but Dave handled everything perfectly. He took the time to look over the doors, figure out what needed to be done, and made sure the locks and doors were working the way they should. He was patient, efficient, and did a great job explaining things in a way that made us feel comfortable. On top of the great service, the price was very reasonable. It is not always easy to find someone who responds quickly, does quality work, and charges a fair price, but that was exactly our experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help with locks, doors, or home security. Dave did an outstanding job, and we are very thankful for the service we received. read more

Great service. Same day pickup. I got a new ebike key replaced for my ebike. Highly recommended.

So Dave, the representative from Lickmaster arrived on time, he was professional, courteous, and took care of my lock issue promptly. A+. He even helped with one of the issues with the doors, not seating exactly as it should, which was above and beyond what I was expecting. If I need lock help, I will use them again. Lock master is now my go to guys for anything to do with keeping myself safe in the house. read more

Great experience. Fast, perfectly made keys, the next time I need keys, I will be back.

Very satisfied. I shopped around for an extra key for my car, it requires a chip. Lockmaster quoted a great price without having to put me on hold or look anything up. When I arrived, the assistance was immediate and the man who helped me moved quickly and got my new key made and programmed quickly and perfectly. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and am writing this without them requesting a good review. BTW... GPS NOTE: My GPS took me to a small commercial shopping center behind the VA building on Rancho. The best way to find Lockmaster (when you get close) is to look for the skating rink directly on the other side of Rancho. read more

They were friendly & professional. They were able to duplicate all my keys, including ones that no one else would cut. They also cut my vehicle transponder chip blank key. Other locksmiths wouldn't cut my blank or wanted me to purchase whatever keys they were selling. In addition, they were able to duplicate my toy hauler key. No one else in the NW was able to duplicate that key or cut my blank Toyota transponder key. He lubricated all my door lock cylinders & the ignition to insure my new keys worked smoothly. Great customer service. read more

Highly highly recommend! My daughter and I were locked out of our house today. Called this place, was told 15-20 min. Mike arrived in about 10 minutes. Made sure to check my ID to make sure it was my house which I very much appreciate. This is the 2nd time in a week I've locked myself out. ‍ The first company I called was horrible; took over 2 hrs when I was told "15-20 min" , they were unprofessional and never checked my ID. Mike was quick, professional, efficient, and at a great price! Hopefully I don't lock myself out again lol but if I do I know I'll only be calling this place. Thanks again!! read more

They were efficient & very reasonably priced. Highly rec! Location is right off the road, hours are convenient.

I needed a simple key duplication. Simple in that I only had the teeth. I asked numerous key duplication and locksmith services here on Yelp and got lots of responses that said they couldn't or wouldn't do it. I try Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe's, but they have all gone to those do it yourself or simple machines that would swallow my teeth and not produce a key. I walked in here minutes before they were closing and the genius behind the counter had me out the door with 3 working copies of the key I needed. I am extremely grateful and know who I will be recommending for a large lock change job our HOA is contemplating. read more

I used Lockmaster last year to duplicate a key to my front door. They are apparently approved by the apartment building I am in. Recently I contacted them again to install a deadbolt on two different interior doors. Within minutes my phone blew up from people I did not contact or want. All from another country that causes me concern. Their estimates were a total rip off. Over $800 for 2 interior deadbolts? Seriously. Then one of those jokers left me a vm that his boss approved a 20% discount for seniors. Please !!! This review is by way of advising residents in this city that something very sketchy is going on with locksmiths and it concerns our security. I am posting this read more

Hands down best locksmiths in town I called all day around Las Vegas trying to find someone to get the broken half of my key out the ignition and make me a new one, no one would work on motorcycles, but then I find this shop and after a quick phone call I brought my bike down and they got me out of there in less then 30. Minutes with a new key that matched my gas tank, it truly is hard to find a good shop in Vegas but the 2 gentlemen at the counter helped out a lot and got me on my way 10/10 would recommend read more

I have been coming to this locksmith since I can remember to get keys made for all my random old cars because, not only do they stock the key blanks I need but they are so knowledgeable that they knew what key they need just from seeing the old and almost rounded off keys I bring in. They're always polite and friendly. Will always recommend this place to my friends. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our business entrance door was having issues. Called on a Sunday and received excellent service. Our door has never worked better! Thank you to Eric for promptly responding. Thank you Dave for exceptional service. read more

I have a bedside gun safe that I was locked out of, the battery was dead and its located inside the safe, the key was probably tossed years ago so I had no way to get in. I couldn't locate any explosives to blast like I've seen on many Three Stooges episodes so I looked up this locksmith on Yelp and stopped in. Literally 2 minutes to get inside and another 3 minutes to make another key for me. Total cost...$30! My other option was drilling and possibly damaging the handgun inside ($1000 Sig Blackwater) then spending another $150 on a new safe. These guys know their business. One thing I realized being in the shop while I waited is why do I get all my locks and my keys made at big box hardware stores? These guys sell better quality locks and it's a small business....I'll be back for locks and keys when I need to get some. Experience was a 5 of 5. read more

I called to explain my issue (car key not working) and the exact words I got were "No thank you have a good day" in an angry tone and then he hung up the phone on me. It's possible he's a great guy with outstanding service just having a bad day. read more

My keys got lost by paramedics recently and I was recommended this business by some fellow riders. I mostly dealt with Eric over the phone and he was very cool answered all my questions in a very professional manner. They got the job done quickly and at a good price. Mike fuller I think was his name was the guy who came to my house when I locked myself out. First things first he was extremely rude. I heard him make comments about my body and call me a bitch for absolutely no reason. I know I'm a heavier set woman but I think it's ridiculous that he believed that to be ok. It was extremely unprofessional. I got a quote originally for around $190 when I called them, when he was done he tried to charge me $400!!!!!!!! Insane. My husband came home right around that time and tried to negotiate down the price but he was rude!!! Even threatened to put hands on me and my husband!! Never call these guys you will regret it! read more

When you need a special key made you can't go to the big box stores. You have to find a real locksmith shop. These guys are the ones to turn too. From out of town and found them on Yelp. Had 1 car key made and three different ones for an rv. All were cut while I waited and more importantly worked when I got home. This is why you go to a Locksmith, yes you pay a few bucks more but they have the odd blanks and they work after cut. And you get to support a local store not a big box. read more

Answered their phone, prompt and responsive. They showed up within the time frame they quoted. Would use them again. Very polite!

Locksmiths are like auto mechanics...it's hard to find one that you like, but when you do, you hold onto them for life Lockmaster is that kinda of locksmith...one you hold onto for life I called Eric after getting very high quotes from mobile locksmiths for simply rekeying my deadbolt! Eric gave my a friendly professional price and finished the job while I waited...professional competitive service with a smile is what will keep me coming back every time I need a locksmith read more

Mike and his team were top notch. They had quick, reliable, quality, professional service that we were more than pleased with. We had them install our entire office's lock system using the new access control system software. The employees love it because they just have to hold their phones up to the front door and gain immediate entry into our building. Our magnetic doors work great, and they make us feel secure. Lockmaster Security Services did an excellent job.

Great customer service. Fast and the keys came out perfect! They were able to make me keys for my bike and help me with my jeeps spare.

The technician that repaired our key fob was amazing. I found my new locksmith!!! Thank you so much from the girl with the gold Lexus RX330

Went to this place and requested a better, more pick-resistant lock. They rekeyed 2 lock cylinders with spool pins and made a better , more pick resistant key profile. It took some time and I think their AC unit was broken inside but nonetheless they provided a quality product/rebuild. I will be back in the future for locksmith needs. read more

Don't waste your time here if you own a modern vehicle. They don't understand the programming process on newer cars. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. I had called in advance and asked if they could make a key and fob for my car, they told me it would take 20 minutes. During the 45 minutes that I waited for them to attempt to program a key and fob, it became increasingly apparent they had no idea what they were doing. They kept going into the back of the store and looking up solutions on the internet. They didn't say a word to me the entire time they were working, and they didn't respond when I asked them if they had the software that is required to program a new fob for my vehicle. Had they been friendly and just explained they were having a hard time, I wouldn't be bothered at all. But customer service is a foreign concept to them, and their lack of professionalism warrants a bad review. When they finally gave up, they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't get the fob working so they'd just give me the key and charge me full price. I asked again if they had the software needed for programming, and this time he told me he didn't know what it was. I explained that I didn't come for just a key, and I didn't want to purchase it since I'd have to go to another store to get the fob separately. In all likelihood the next store would give me a better deal if I bought the key and fob together. The moron behind the desk smirked and asked why the next place would give me a better deal on if I bought both there... perhaps for the same reason his store offered me a discount if I purchased a key and fob together. When I told him I wouldn't be buying just a key, he said okay, threw it in the trash and walked to the back of the store without another word. No explanation, no apology, no thank you, not even a goodbye. It's pathetic that this is their profession and I have a better understanding of it then they do. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Super help! I order a car key took it to them and was programmed in less than 5 mins! They have unbeatable prices! Trust me!

Rude, overpriced, and late!!!! My girl called them up for me cause I locked myself out of my house.. They told her $195 (which I have since found out is $99-$150 service from other companies) then they get there 3 hours later when they originally said 45 minutes, and then when they get there, they tried to charge me $300!!!! This is an unfortunate review to make. I believe that Yelp has to tell the good and the bad equally. I manage multiple apartments and am always having keys made. I use multiple locksmiths but this one is the closest to a cluster of my apartments. Today I went in to have keys made and there was an honest mistake made by an employee. He had cut the keys on the wrong blank. Never before had such a thing been a big deal but the owner wanted me to pay for the mistake. He seemed to understand that there was an innocent mistake made by his employee, but he still wanted me to pay for it. I will taking my business to a more reasonable company from now on. Its important to say that the shop absolutely REEKS of cigarettes, it's so bad I try to wait outside. read more

We use this company for all of our rekeying needs so I didn't check their yelp review until I checked in. I found the service to be great. We had called in the keys since they are ones he had rekeyed before and they were ready when I arrived. Also while I s there I notice they can make transponder keys, since I have recently paid a dealer to make me a new key at an exorbitant price I figured it could just to have a back up. He gave me a very fair price (around $160) and it was finished in about 15 min. Easy peasy. I'm not sure what happened with those other reviews, but my experience was very good. I am very happy to consider this place my locksmith. read more

I called this shop because I work in the same complex as them and have used them over the years. I went to work at a second job and needed keys to a limo. They qouted.me $195 to rekey and program a 2 keys. The price was to include making and rechipping two keys and the service call. By the time the tech Joshua arrived, the keys were already found but we had him copy the key and make a valet key. He still charged the full price. I went down to the shop and five techs stood around dumb founded as I went off as to how furious I was that he didn't even have to rekey the ignition since we found the key and only copied and provided us with one chipped key and a slug key for $195. They had the nerve to tell me that was a discount and the second key was a courtesy only. I told them Liberty is far less than them and was dissapointed they did only part of the job and still charged full price as qouted. They told me they would make me a key as long as I brought the limo to them as they needed the car there to reprogram the key. I called them out on a service call and would expect they come back out to finish the job they didn't finish since they won't refund anything. But of course they wont. They were not apologetic and customer service really sucked. Like the previous reviewer said. This place reeks of cigarettes. Who smokes inside a place of business nowdays? I will NOT use them again. Save your money and go with a higher reviewed locksmith. read more

Kinda scary how they were able to cut and program me a new key that bypassed the built in 'immobilizer' security system in my car but for 40 bucks it was a better deal then taking it to the Acura dealer and paying an assload. Also had them program me a remote that cost 40 bucks. This is seriously overpriced. would have been reasonable at 15-25 but 40?? and all he did was take an instruction sheet from a binder to do it...40 bucks...come on I BROUGHT IN THE REMOTE. other then that service was quick. was in and out in under half an hour read more
