Quick reply, came out on a Sunday. I accidentally llocked myself out of the house, Thank you!

If you have doubts, DON'T. Chaim is amazing, thorough, professional, personable, funny, knowledgeable, and reassuring all while GETTING THE JOB DONE! I of course needed a new key fob on Monday of all days. Had to uber to work, deal with work while trying to find a good locksmith. All a headache and reached out to the dealership to finally just get this fixed asap. Dealership said they would get back to me but never did and i need to be able to drive again asap. Tried yelp, sent out my request, and something was telling me to try this business and yup had beyond amazing service and a great deal. Got my new key fob, all questions were answered, service was fast, very satisfied, and Chaim takes pride in his work and it was refreshing meeting a genuine soul as well. Im out on the road again after a chaotic Monday all thanks to him! (Glad the dealership didn't reach back out and then having to pay astronomical prices! Things happen for a reason sometimes ! ) read more

Chaim is one in a million: professional, communicative, incredibly smart, and -- above all -- just about the nicest guy you'll ever hire for anything. We called with a late-night emergency rekeying request and he showed up within minutes, listened intently to our concerns, got the job done swiftly and dispensed so much valuable knowledge to help us better secure our home. Not only that, he did it all with a smile and genuine passion for his craft that put my wife and I right at ease during a stressful situation. A few days later we hired Chaim again to install some security cameras. He went out of his way to drive to Best Buy and purchase a solar panel that we'd forgotten to order, and after everything was installed, he walked us through the app settings to make sure we understood them. We so enjoyed chatting with Chaim -- he brings the friendliest vibes, so clearly loves what he does and genuinely cares about his clients' safety and wellbeing. His pricing is reasonable, and we honestly wish we could hire him for all our house projects. You won't find a better locksmith! read more

Chaim was amazing. He educated me, pointed out future problems and how to avoid them, runs a tiktok channel where he educates people about security. Amazing, I really was impressed by his knowledge, his ability to overcome difficulties creatively, and spent extra time making sure that the same problem as before wouldn't come back. Moved in to new home and needed 13 doors rekeyed. Submitted requests for service on Yelp and Chaim was the first to reply and had 5 Star reviews. He came same day and after rekeying the first two Kwiksets, we had issues with the remaining locks (all Amazon), so he helped me order new Kwiksets and even offered to run to Home Depot to pick them up. I ordered them and he came back a second time today to install and rekey. Prompt, friendly, and reliable! Highly recommend Chaim! read more

Chaim is amazing! So so grateful for his help. We have an extra lock on our front door that can only be opened from the inside and we left through the garage without our garage clicker. This meant we were locked out of the house and we were expecting the worst (having to break a window to regain entry). Chaim came on time, friendly, and so knowledgable. He was able to help us into our house without having to break any windows. Again, we are so so grateful and will definitely be calling him for any future lock needs. THANK YOU!!!!! read more

Quick response, great communication on arrival time with confirmation, and punctual. Offered flat rate upfront without trying to get my contact info, which I appreciate. 10 stars if YELP could allow me to. First off, I had inquired late on a Saturday night about services. He was very responsive and quick. Chaim was patient and offered to give recommendations for smart locks free of charge. The following day, I called him to discuss some options and to inquire about his availability in the next day. Once I purchased a lot, he was aware that it was getting delivered later that afternoon. He was more than willing to come to my house shortly after it arrived. as usual, Amazon isn't always accurate with their delivery schedule. There were multiple delays in my delivery, but he was on standby and was willing to wait to come and install it as soon as it arrived. My delivery finally arrived at 7:10 PM on a Sunday. He was on standby near by and was at my house within 5 minutes. Chaim was so personable and really took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend him. I could have gone with a bigger locksmith company but I would hands down recommend him to everyone. Thank you Chaim! read more
