When it comes to the security of your home, the first line of defense is your locks. Whether you find yourself locked out or in need of lock-related services, it's crucial to have a reliable expert by your side. Lockpro Master, is exactly that - a trustworthy and skilled locksmith service that I had the pleasure of experiencing. I had been procrastinating for too long on getting my front door deadbolt professionally fixed, and the time had come to find a local locksmith. Admittedly, it's not a task anyone looks forward to, but Chaim made the process remarkably easy. Among the few companies I contacted, Chaim stood out as the most motivated to solve my lock issue and find the best solution for me. Chaim arrived promptly and was ready to assist. Upon inspecting the lock, he quickly identified the problem. What sets him apart from other locksmiths is his commitment to customer satisfaction. Instead of trying to upsell a costly and unnecessary replacement, Chaim assured me that the issue was straightforward and could be easily repaired, saving me both time and money. Chaim's efficiency, attention to detail, and extensive experience in locksmithing are truly commendable. What's even more impressive is the fairness of his fees, considering the quality of service he provides. It's clear that Chaim is not just a locksmith by profession, but a locksmith by passion. He genuinely loves what he does, and this enthusiasm shines through in his work. Knowing that he is duly licensed and insured gives you peace of mind that your home's first line of defense and safety is in the hands of someone trustworthy and reliable. Lockpro Master is the kind of business whose contact information should be readily accessible, whether it's on the side of your fridge or saved in your phone. Don't hesitate to call Lockpro Master the next time you require a locksmith's assistance. Chaim's dedication to his craft and his commitment to customer satisfaction make Lockpro Master a top choice for all your lock-related needs. read more

I was rushing around early Saturday evening and made the unfortunately mistake in my haste of locking my car keys inside the vehicle. I ordered a locksmith thru AAA roadside assistance, and waited. And waited...and waited. After 45 min, I noticed that the AAA request had not even been assigned to a specific locksmith yet, so using Yelp, my first call was to Lockpro Master. My call was immediately answered by a friendly woman, who took my information and told me there were techs in my area and that they would call me back momentarily. 1-2 minutes later, I received a call from the tech letting me know he was 10 minutes away and was heading straight to me. He arrived exactly 10 min later, when he said he would be there and within a couple minutes of his arrival, he had already gotten me inside my vehicle and I was on my way. The cost was very fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a good quality locksmith, especially on an emergency basis. They knocked it out of the park for me. One final note/comment.....I have a high-end vehicle so was concerned about scratches, etc.... But let me assure anyone reading this that Lockpro Master shared my concern and left not even a fingerprint on my Lexus. Fantastic - exactly what everyone should want and expect from a locksmith working on their vehicle. Great overall experience!! read more

I cannot recommend this company enough. Came home from a business trip at 10pm and couldn't get into my home as my garage door had gone offline and the keypad on my door had dead batteries. I called Lockpro and they were so nice, professional and quick. Soli came to my home within a half hour and was so kind and helpful. He was able to open my garage door first, so he didn't have to damage my keypad on my door. He then took the time to cut me new sets of keys and help me change the batteries in my keypad on my door. He was so lovely and pleasant and turned a bad situation into much relief. The cost was extremely reasonable and well worth the service. Please, if you ever have any issues being locked out, THIS is the company you want to use! Wonderful customer service goes a long way in the digital age, and they and Soli were perfection! Thank you. read more

After having trouble with Complete Locksmith (see review) I looked on Yelp for good reviews. These guys received 5 stars and I can see why. They arrived on time, kept in touch by text and were truly professional. Two guys came Tom & Gill and I give each of them 5 stars. The job was done quickly and correctly my key touchpad was in and working right away. They explained the regular keys and the master keys and were very patient as I became familiar with the keypad. They are the only ones I will use in the future. Ask for Tom & Gill you will be happy you did. read more
