I was rushing around early Saturday evening and made the unfortunately mistake in my haste of locking my car keys inside the vehicle. I ordered a locksmith thru AAA roadside assistance, and waited. And waited...and waited. After 45 min, I noticed that the AAA request had not even been assigned to a specific locksmith yet, so using Yelp, my first call was to Lockpro Master. My call was immediately answered by a friendly woman, who took my information and told me there were techs in my area and that they would call me back momentarily. 1-2 minutes later, I received a call from the tech letting me know he was 10 minutes away and was heading straight to me. He arrived exactly 10 min later, when he said he would be there and within a couple minutes of his arrival, he had already gotten me inside my vehicle and I was on my way. The cost was very fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a good quality locksmith, especially on an emergency basis. They knocked it out of the park for me. One final note/comment.....I have a high-end vehicle so was concerned about scratches, etc.... They arrived on time, kept in touch by text and were truly professional. Two guys came Tom & Gill and I give each of them 5 stars. The job was done quickly and correctly my key touchpad was in and working right away. They explained the regular keys and the master keys and were very patient as I became familiar with the keypad.
