Worst experience ever. The guy arrived and went to work right away. Off that bat, he seemed like he…read moredidn't care and was in a rush to get to another job. Ended up damaging my brand new door, door frame and the lock was installed crooked. He knew he fucked up and tried to act like it was all minor. When he pointed out the damaged door, he said my door was brand new material that he's never seen before. All crap! Not true. It was damaged because he didn't center it and it ended up breaking off a piece. With that being said, he offered a small discount and told me to go to Home Depot for the wood glue and it was an easy fix. When he rekeys my door lock, that also didn't work. To wrap things up and make it worse, he didn't even have anything to clean up the wood shavings. Left my brand new house filthy with debris inside and outside. Total garbage service. At the end of all this, I had to call another company to come out and repair what he did. Not sure how this company has 5 stars but this was a total disaster and crap of a company.

Perfect. Came in at least $20 under the competitors. Arrived quick and didn't try to upsell me.read more

I called…read moreSupertech Locksmith expecting a quick fix, but the conversation turned into something much more helpful. Carmon took the time to walk through better options instead of just replacing what I already had. There was no pressure--just clear, practical guidance on what would actually work best. After that call, a purchase link came through, along with help choosing a color that would match the door. What stood out most was how easy everything felt. As soon as the new lock arrived, scheduling happened right away. No delays, no back-and-forth. Installation day was just as smooth. Carmon showed up on time, handled everything efficiently, and made sure the lock was working perfectly before even talking about payment. The price was as quoted and very reasonable. It felt like working with someone who genuinely cares about doing things right. Personable, reliable, and easy to trust. I'll be calling them again the next time I need anything related to locks.

The price was reasonable at about $160 especially when compared to the dealership, but the key was unreliable. The tech, Ash, said I only had a 3 month warranty and of course all this happened after that 3 month warranty period -_-
