The Office at 175 N Stephanie suit 120. Henderson NV . 89074.....only nice to you when you are getting the insurance and they see the dollar sing they will get every month from you . God forbids you are in trouble or need help, they'll tell you to fix it your self and since you bought the insurance thru them you have no agent. An agent works for you when you need them the most which is when you are in trouble .......I'm cutting the middle man (Freeway) who is totally useless and I'm getting myself a real Insurance agent . all I needed was proof of Insurance of two years because according to the DMV I don't have insurance even thought they been taking 350 dollars every month. They lied and said it would be returned within 3 hours then said 24 now its going on 3 days and still have not returned the money to my account I would not trust this company with your card information. I was in a predicament with my daughters car insurance being canceled and I spoke with a lady named Adrienne Paddock. I told her my situation and she felt bad that I was going to be hit a a huge DMV fine. After asking me some questions and actually calling DMV # I was able to not have to pay the fine.she also waived a fee due to me unemployed . Previously had a great reveiw. Just wanted to say that their selling cheap insurance and the products their selling are not good. Was hit by a vehical who caries Mendota insurance bought through them, wasted so much time talking, writting at the end of the day I'm being cheated out of $1,300 on a $3,300 repair thats 40% of the total repair costs. The customer service here, let me say is absolutely superb! I was not the one who got insurance, however my friend did and OMAR was absolutely wonderful. My friend had to find insurance quickly so that she was not hit with dmv fines and Omar took care of everything quick and efficiently. My friend ended up going with progressive. I loved that Omar was very personable also so it made the experience that much better. This place is a joke. Their webpage says get an instant quote, then tells you someone needs to call you. When companies start off with a lie it's never a good sign. So needless to say it was simply a waste of time. First, someone called who was only licensed in AZ, so after wasting my time she transferred me to somebody else and wasted more of my time. All for a quote that was nearly double what reputable companies quoted. read more

First off. Freeway insurance is just a broker. They stiffed me by insuring me with the worst company that I have ever been with. It's called MultiState Insurance. They are downright rude and difficult to deal with. They charged my card, then harassed me with calls for me to pay them. When they finally figured out that I had already paid, he just said okay, and hung up the phone. A few days later, I got a call saying that my policy is cancelled. Now I am screwed out of money and insurance. read more

Upon walking in we were greeted by Jacqueline Guiwan. She reviewed and explained our current policy on a different provider and then worked her magic on a new plan for us. It not only came out cheaper for us, we added features. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
