0 stars if possible. On 08/30/2026 around 1:00AM MST, I utilized the official State Farm website (myinsurancequote.com) to submit personal information for a private auto insurance quote. Got a response from this agents location. Within 24 hours, on 08/31/2026 at approximately 3:45PM MST, I received an unsolicited telemarketing call on my phone number from an outbound representative operating on behalf of HBW Leads LLC. During the call, the representative explicitly stated they were calling to connect me with an Allstate agent for an insurance quote. When I questioned how they obtained my information so quickly after my private inquiry with a completely different carrier, the representative claimed that the timing of their call was a mere "coincidence". They also tried to claim it was public data from voting registration. Based on my experience in the IT industry, and the precise next-day timing, this is an obvious evasion. My real-time consumer shopping data was actively intercepted, purchased, or transferred without my explicit knowledge or consent to fuel an aggressive outbound telemarketing solicitation. Furthermore, my phone number is actively registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. read more

They are the exact OPPOSITE of a "Good neighbor." My parked car was invoived in a hit and run accident and instead of actually doing their job and using the information I provided to locate the at-fault driver to get their information they blamed me for not getting the fleeing driver's insurance information and then insulted me for not having enough disposable income to afford a policy with a lower deductible. The worst customer service provided by Joe. I can't believe they have this type of person working at their office. He has no care for the clients that pay money. You ask him a question about your policy and he goes around about way of not answering your question. It's unbelievable that I've been with State Farm for this long and to call and ask about my policy and basically his answer is deal with the changes. I suggest you change your profession because you're horrible at customer service. read more
